Kin Plaza Arjaan by Rotana in Mushie

I was there to take to have some great time in my wedding day.

Had several meals over there. Mushroom soup and the fresh mixed juice were the best. Followed by sandwiches and breakfast

Nice Hotel

4/510th June 2022I came here for a business visit for 6 days. All my 6 days I stayed here.The hotel and the rooms are very nice. The washroom is nice as well with hot water facilities. I did not see any mosquitos, they have it well maintained.The only reason i would reduce my rating is for the room service. The food was not tasty at all and the prices are sky high.But if i am back in Kinshasa again, I would come back here again.The staff are kind and nice and some do speak in English.

A fine, upscale place to dine

This place for 270 USD a day at standard king size room was not a plesent stay at all. I had booked for a month, but i had to get out of there in 2 days. Not so friendly customers service, most of them did not speak english. Beware their rooms does not have bathtubs unless you get a suite which is crazy prise, it was like 340 a day, ridiculous. I felt more like I was staying at motel 6. It does not have a welcoming or comfort feeling that you get at most hotels. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Management is doing a terrible job. They need to bring someone who knows how to run a hotel.

Good place for a magic journey in Kinshasa

I saw the pics of the rooms online but was still sceptical. When i arrived I was amazed... the pictures does not do it justice. It is beautiful, bougie, classy, clean and staff speak in English. Staff are so friendly there. If you are like me and like high standards in Kinshasa this is the place. The room look 100 times nicer in person. Thank you kin plaza for such an amazing hotel in DRC!!

My favorite hotel in Kinshasa... great service, super clean, modern amenities and rooms, and an outstanding central location in the middle of town with easy access to most places of interest. Rooms are definitely more spacious than what youll get elsewhere in Kinshasa.Theyve taken really robust measures during Corona and you can see and feel that their diligence, cleanliness, sanitization and distancing measures are all taken very seriously... comforting for any traveler 👌🏽The restaurant and sheesha terrace with live music on the second floor are the perfect way to unwind after a busy day at sunset or in the evenings... great food, awesome view and positive vibes.Also, the hotel is conveniently attached to the Kin Plaza mall with a high end supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant/ cafe, bank, jewellery and clothes stores, and a kids play area.. very convenient!

Food is great but management need to understand that they host cannot only have French speaking if they are to attract global clients

This hotel is right at the center of Kinshasa. I would give it 5 stars. The health center is amazing with modern equipment. Since I was here during Covid times, they took really good caution to protect everyone. The rooms would be sanitized and sealed until next occupant. The food is amazing as well. Would definitely stay here again when Im in Kinshasa.

Limited service but good room quality for Kinshasa.

The rooms are nice and comfortable. But the quality of staff and service is mediocre. The food is the not the best, over priced and For some reason it’s never warm when it gets to you. 😒 I wouldn’t advise anyone to waist there money to eat there.

I stayed for 2 nights only. The hotel is a pretty standard business hotel. Rooms are very spacious and the bed is huge and comfortable. Safe area. The restaurant is buffet, which is not my style, but that is personal preference. Dinner was quite expensive at $50, but I dont know what is normal for Kinshasa. Otherwise, nothing really bad and nothing really special. It is comfortable, basic furnishing and service is decent.

Very nice and new hotel. Big room. Clean. Just the breakfast is not as nice as the rest of the hotel. You can take your breakfast in the mall without really going out of the Hotel.

The rooftop bar is now the place to hang out for kinois (people living in kinshasa). The place is clean and prices are good

New hotel from the Rotana. It located in the Kayzer mall which means that I had access to the Kayze cafe which is great. Rooms are nice and big and staff is nice and friendly. The hotel restaurant still has some growing pains as staff was often confused during my visits.
