Kiltartan Gregory Museum & Millennium Park - Museum in Galway, Ireland
Wonderful lady so in formative (Rena)??Thanks for a lovely afternoon.
I spent some absolutely wonderful time here with a very warm knowledgeable lady who took the time to give me a detailed tour of this packed museumn. I could write a short book on what i learned and saw and touched. It was an unbelieable rewarding education on Lady Gregory, her family, yeats, good old Rafferty an File and the haunting story of Eileen Quinn ( doc on one ), Highly highly recommended, then go to grave of Eileen, on to Coole park. Today I will go and find Lady Gregory grave in Galway . Thanking you all so much. Everyone should go here on a damp afternoon. Thanking you again. Elma
This is a must see if you’re in Co Galway. Great history of Kiktarn/Coole/Gort area. Lots of interesting pieces and information on Lady Gregory, WB Yeats, O’Shaughnessy clann and Kiltartan area. The people who run it are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We had a great experience and bought a book with tons of info on O’Shaughnessy’s.
Fabulous place to visit if youre in the area and in anyway interested in WB Yeats and Lady Gregory
Speaks for itself!
Magical place , well worth a visit.. Full of history and amazing insight to times past of the Gregory Family Coole Park Gort..
What a wonderful stop on our Gregory/Yeats weekend! We were granted a private tour after emailing the website and found Rena (a member of the heritage societyavailable to open the doors for myself and two kids. What a treat to get a guided tour through many of the articles accumulated within. I recommend this to all who have a love of literature or the lovely historic communities of Ireland in general.
Quiet and relaxing stop while touring.

Great local place of interest
Kiltartan Gregory Museum is a very popular destination as it holds some of the best photos and memories of the past hundred years of the local culture. It is filled with memories of the Gregory family and is run very well by the Supervisor RENA .
