Nice location to bring the family on a weekend. Well equipped play ground but needs to be child proofed as it has several open drainage ducts in the middle of the playground. Service was quite slow and unenthusiastic.

Fresh and delicious food. Went here while they were closing so had the doubt that since there were no customers around we would be served food thats overstayed. Ivan handled our order and the food was top notch. Excellent service

Until I visited Kikalloh Grand resort thats when I realized that indeed Machakos its the place to be..the serene environment ,the quietness,the services ooh my..the experience was heavenly!!

Its a beautiful place with lovely ambience. Lovely amenities and a well maintained space. The service is slower than normal, but I have no doubt that this can be worked on from their end. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay there.

Id always choose this place for my family outings. Safest place for kids to play with a variety to choose from. From the slides...swimming pool...trampoline...train.List is endless.The food there never disappoints. Timely service and friendly start. My personal favorite...the scenic atmosphere is something to look forward to. Thank you for having us

I truly enjoyed my stay at Kiikalloh.Excellent service, great food,and the scenery is very relaxing. A great gateway close to Nairobi. My nieces really had a good time at the kids park and swimming pool. Will definitely be popping in when I need to get some fresh air. Thank you Kiikalloh.

Beautiful place to relax and hold events, or have family time.Swimming Costs 500/= ppChips and fish Fingers costed 500/= and was very yummy.

Its a beautiful place, the pool is safe since not very deep. The resident lifesaver looked a bit intoxicated and so the shallow pool was a relief.The food came out very fast, the prices were festivalish as the traffic to the location was higher than ordinary. The parking is sufficient and well planned.The road is great so even small cars got to the resort with ease. All in all, twas an ok experience.

Absolutely loved it !! Nicely sized pool ,good warm service ,and the place is very nice to look at ,with good scenery and very child friendly coz of their amusement park. Definitely recommended!

This hotel is awesome. Spacious and cool no unnecessary noises. Swimming pool. Video and photo shooting sites. Very convenient for meetings, get togethers and also team building for companies and corporates.

Last time I was here the place wasnt officially opened but I could see the visionary minds and sound investment the management is doing. The staff were on devoution in the morning but they found the time to assign us one resource to take us round the facility. Esquisite accomodations leveraging on latest technologies. I would recommend it once its available for public visits.

The place is quiet and serene. If you need that, this is place will be good for you. Their prices are abit extravagant in my opinion. For example a simple mandazi will cost you KES 100. Also the swimming pool prices are also unreasonably high. Also theres this lady manager who doesnt know how to communicate to customers, shes rather arrogant. But you should be fine if shes not around.

A fantastic getaway from the city. Swimming pool and childrens play area available. Spacious. Still under construction. The place is fairly new and its going through teething problems such as under-estimating the number of expected guests on Christmas Day, which affected customer service. Bound to get better. Ill be going back, definitely.

The buildings, general infrastructure and ambience is great. The effort to impress with the ambience is fruitful. The restaurant sitting area has a very good view of the vasr plains and hills of lower eastern Kenya. The reception and attendants are welcoming. While the waiters make visible effort to impress, they could use more training or exchange program to learn to deal better with possibly sophisticated customers. The food is good but variety is not as wide as appears on the menu. The swimming pool is decent - not very big but well kept. Generally the place is good for kids. Food and drinks pricing leans more towards pricey than affordable. In general this place is very promising and should be very highly recommended in a years time.
