Kids Zone in Worksop

Live in Retford but sometimes like to go somewhere different with my 2 little 1s. Both of mine love it here! Always clean and tidy + the food is decent as well. 5☆☆☆☆☆

Ive brought our daughter here several times. Shes 5yrs old. Personally I love this place. Very clean and tidy, friendly staff. The prices are so reasonable. Its just a safe great environment and the cafe is a real bonus. Definitely recommended for children under 1.45m.

The boywas a sleep and didnt wake up so we left .I took other kids when thy were younger Each time I found cut value for money

Nice clean plenty of parking space a bit expensive for any adults wanting basic sandwiches etc but great fun for the little ones 🙂

so much fun and the staff are really accomodating and sweet. definitely recommend for your little ones

The staff are nice. It was clean from what I could see and standard play area food. We always choose this play area.

Great place to take the kids, suitable up to about age 12.There ate 2 enclosed slides and a larger 5 wide wave slide right down the centre. There is a younger areas which is nice so something for everyone.Foods a but average tasting but not too expensive so to be expected.Toilets could do with a revamp, particularly the baby change and accessibility toilet. Along side this there needs to be another 2-4 aircon units installed as the room is far too large for the amount there now, it was so hot and sweaty - very unpleasant to sit in.

Had an absolute fantastic time celebrating my sons birthday. His party was enjoyed by all. The food was amazing, thankyou for making his birthday special

Weve had a fabulous family get together for Priya and Deyas birthdays, the whole afternoon has been amazing thankyou to the staff at kids zone you was all fantastic.100% amazing venue we will be back promise ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Facilities were nice and clean.Kids loved it.Food was mainly good, reasonably priced and decent sized portions.The burger wasnt so good what our eldest had.

Very nice and friendly place but for the youngest babies it is too loud.

Absolutely horrified to find out from my daughter today that her visit with my 4 year old granddaughter and my daughters friend had to be cut short due to my daughter removing a huge flea from my granddaughter neck .. after finally finding a member of staff and showing her the flea my daughter was offered a sheet of paper towel to discard of the flea and wasnt even offered an apology.. this is totally unacceptable and a call to environmental health will now be made !!!!

We had our 6 year olds birthday party here on Friday (17th May). All the children seemed to have a lovely time . We went for the hot food option as the party was straight after school. Plenty of food , excellent value for money .And a big thank you to Elika the party host 😊

Been twice this past week and had my 5 year old complain about bullies only today I happened to see the so called "bully" following my child! Unfortunately for my son by the time I got to him he was already screaming and crying being pinned to the floor and about to be smacked in the face by this awful child!!! To make it worse the child wasnt faised at all about been shouted at by myself another parent/stranger and continued to be rude towards me which made me terrified to leave my son unattended. Staff acted appropriately although still never faised the child who went on to bully other children... Thankfully after roughly 2 hours the child left the premises. Not what I paid for! Soft play Child setting should be none other than safe and enjoyable. People really need to pay more attention to their children. To think if I didnt see the child it could of ended alot worse. Im absolutely hurt and disturbed by the sight of my child only 5 years of age pinned down screaming and crying his eyes out absolutely frighted to death. Not in a hurry to go back or attend any other soft play areas for that matter!

Totally disgusted with this place. Always treated differently. My daughter loves playing at kids zone but now I have to take her elsewhere.The staff was really horrible to me.I had brought some fruit from home and my daughter wanted to eat it. Everyone’s does it....there. I shan’t be the first and won’t be the last!The member of staff was so rude about it. It’s the way she spoke to me that offended me .How do I explain to a child that she can’t have her apple.... I said “it’s only fruit” .

Spotlessly clean! Great size play equipment and very reasonably priced food and drink.

Carpets were filthy and had an overwhelming smell of urine! Would not waste my money going there again. Staff was not very friendly either.

Ya can sit and have a coffee and something to eat and relax whilst the kids have loads of fun
