Kiaburi Chicken Rice in Ranau

They charged price differently from their list. I ordered kopi ping. The price list shown was Rm3, but then when i paid at the counter they charged rm4. Food taste not worth the price.

Slow service, price a bit unreasonable, if you can avoid this place and go eat somewhere else, trust me they service was great in 2019 but everything went down hill in 2022, workers seem lazy and not productive, I dont know what really happen to this restaurant but from what I see and experience it was not good.

So so. Chicken rice cant really taste the "kick" although its their signature dish.

Want to find food while hungry at the Ranau area? I recommend this place. Open until 1000 pm. Eat delicious. Value for money. Convenient to reach area. I order chicken rice Rodgers and chicken soup. Good " Highly recommended

The price is quite pricey, but, the food taste all good, so, 😊. The most popular dishes here is nasi ayam lemon, nasi ikan bahulu and nasi lalap. They got water cooler and sink. And dont worry if weather get a little bit hot, the interior space got aircond loh.

Love the sambal Nasi Ayam Penyet. It has the right spiciness for me. The signiture dish is also good. And it is served fast. Feels cleaner coz its not open air. There is not much in the menu but its easier to choose. And all of it are quite tasty

The boneless bauhulu fish deep fried is quite tasty. Love it. But call first to see if they have it because sometimes they do not have supply of the fish.

Moderate taste of food like everyone can find in Ranau

I love the taste but there are a few selections that I think its overpriced. Normal roasted chicken or steamed chicken rice shouldnt costs more than RM5 unless it is very special.

Not going to say that its bad but they must improve their cooking ☺️

4 star bcs the food is great, nasi ayam lalapan, ikan bahulu+nasi is recommended. Didnt give 5 bcs the services is so so, i think they need more helper, or maybe today too many staff is on leave.

Service is a bit on the slow side. Went and ordered a simple chicken rice and it took them more than 15 minutes to fulfill the order. For a local, the price is moderate, but Id say the quality is so-so, especially for such a hyped restaurant.TL;DR : its quite okay if youre looking for a place to enjoy chicken rice, but be prepared to wait a little longer than usual.

The chili dip is good. The food is slightly better than the eateries around Ranau. Lots of flies and smell, could be due to weather.The nasi ayam penyet and nasi lalapan are the main food attractions.

The chicken rice is superb! One of the best i tasted. Next Ranau trip i will only be eating here. The spicy tofu is also extra delicious. Simple homemade-ish meals, yet worth every ringgit. Two thumbs up
