Khun Jeed Yod Pak Restaurant - Chinese noodle restaurant in Phuket, Thailand
Dropped in here for an afternoon snack. Had the gravy noodles with chicken. Dont sleep on the coconut desserts they provide on the tables - super good! Would come again
The gravy noodles were good but the highlight was the delicious satay pork.
Food was great and cheap with great tables beside the ocean. Great food and much better value than the fancy new restaraunts around. Highly recommend. Support this lovely Thai family. Cash only Highly recommend
Good ambienceThe satay though recommended but not to my likingThe crispy noodles were too sweet too !
Delicious noodles in a thick gravy. Would highly recommend, a very local place we were the only foreigners in there when we went.
This is a wonderful discovery in Phuket Town. Tasty stir-fried noodle comes with 4 shrimps. Spring rolls are surprisingly amazing. Longan Juice and Iced Thai Milk Tea is also great. The price is reasonable and service is terrific. Highly recommended. Love from Taiwan.
If you are looking for a non BS place with delicious Satay, Crabrolls and Coconut Pudding at VERY affordable prices, this is it. Personally i love this place for it is tasty, authentic, efficient and affordable 👍
Good food for the price.Local food that you will like!!
Tasty meals at reasonable prices. Highly recommended. There are also lots of deliverymen waiting outside the restaurant, which indicates it is a hit with many folks in the area.
Was walking around town and decided to try out.(RiceNoodles was nice, but portion seemed to be too little for me (not sure if theres a larger serving). Deep fried crab meat roll was cripsy hot and nice, but softer than prawn meat rolls that I am used to back home. Also tried the Thai coconut milk custard. Reminds me of malay desserts, but less sweet.
Crab fried rice and noodle both do not taste good. Ice black coffee was to diluted (no taste). Maybe we ordered the wrong food here.
super overrated. not sorry to say this. i had tried "rad na" at many locations around Thailand. the noodle this time taste like candle instead of the "charred" aroma. probably due to too many orders and the staffs didnt cook properly. price was very reasonable though.
Coconut Pudding. Salty sweet creamy simple small bite size!
Good food, local prices, friendly staff!
Had their stir fried noodle in black soy sauce with squid, then I had the worst food poisoning of my life😷 luckily it was my last day in Phuket, otherwise this trip could have been ruined.I will not recommend this eatery, no no no!!
Good solid taste. Dishes big enough and fairly cheap. I especially like the fried noodles in black soy sauce. Also like the chicken satay, crab rolls and even the slimy noddle in gravy sauce. The best thing is probably the dessert on the table, if you are lucky and they are still warm its even bettet.
Affordable food. Food was nothing to brag about.Come to Singapore if you like these kind of food. It’s everywhere.
The signature dish is unusual and worth trying. Simple noodles and coconut dessert done very well.
Bustling local joint for #michelin star food. Simple menu. Great service. Enjoyed the gravy noodle and stay but nothing was actually warm/hot. All meat pre cooked. The soy noodle will be tried next time, that looked awesome hot from the wok.
Great food. Their gravy dish is wonderful. Coconut custard is fantastic and the satay in also great. Highly recommend
The signature "Jeed Jak Ka Pad" is super good. There are all kind of seafood inside
A great local and casual spot. We got the fried rice with fish, the rice noodles with an omelette and, fried wantons as an appetizer. The portions were very generous. Staff were efficient and friendly. Highly recommend if you are in Phuket Old Town.
This is it for eating like a local. Starts serving from 10am and packed until closed.
Local Thai Eats! Can drop by whilst you’re exploring Phuket old town and want to grab something local to eat. You can smell the wok aroma from outside the restaurant. Located at the entrance are the chefs preparing their signature menu, noodles with gravy (rad naor fried noodles (phad see you). I opted for the flat noodles (kway teow). The rad na was a tad too sweet for me but the phad see you was delicious and full of wok hei. Portions are on the smaller side but good for me as I would like to try many dishes. Can give their satay a miss.
The best Raad na fish I ate in my life . Satay pork yummy and coconut milk pudding amazing. Highly recommend.
Best thai food i had in phuket it was here , taste amazing , and you can know that from my empty bowl 😅, and small "mushi pi"s on the table was good too, really highly recommend it ❤️
We stumbled on this place accidentally but it was an amazing experience. Packed with people and many more grabs waiting for their orders. I really liked the gravy with fish, but i prefer it with regular noodles ratherThan crispy yellow ones. TheFried crab meat was amazing and I was really stuffed already but then the coconut custard came and that was just a heaven!!!! I forgotHow happy can food make you!
Nice small restaurant perfect for a fast meal. Thai-Chinese style noodles and rice. They also hand made the classic coconut cakes. Really tasty.
Best radna. Good radish cake. Satay so-so. Friend kuay tiao not bad.
Michelin restaurant in Phuket Town!A restaurant where you can eat Ratna, Pad See ew, and Sate at a reasonable price. Delicious, cheap and good place to visit.Ah, Grab Food and Food Panda are also delivered! If visiting is difficult, delivery is also a good option.
Came here for lunch as I was told that this place is known for their Radna (noodle in gravyand the place did not disappoint. I had the fish Radna and the taste was amazing, delicious, superb :).Had chicken and pork satay to accompany the Radna. Also very tasty.Order the Thai Coconut milk custard if you love sweets. This is also amazing. The place is very clean and the staff are very friendly and take necessary hygienic precautions.
The entrance is a bit odd but the food was really good and reasonable price. Its always busy in the restaurant so I dont recommend to go during the lunch time. You may not be able to get the table.
In Phuket old town, if you want to have "Raad naa" (rice noodle topped with gravyfor lunch or dinner you need to go here. inexpansive and good taste, I recommended.
Oh my God!It was pouring rain ☔️ and we were looking for a place to have a quick bite when my spouse went like: “this must be the most famous restaurant in town! Look at how many Gran and LineMan are waiting outside!”Indeed! Good eyes 👁 Baby, good eyes! The food is amazing! It can quick and it was instant WOW effect! And for me, it’s my best Pad See Ew to date! So super good!If you’re walking in Phuket Old Town and don’t know where to eat, try Khun Jeed restaurant. You will be delighted! I promise!
Khun jeed yod pak is a Thai street food. The best seller is ‘Rad-Nha’.I tried many menu. And it’s all delicious.I super recommend ‘Hoi jor’ and Crispy noodle rad nha. It’s the best one.
Enjoyed the food here so much, we came back for lunch every day during our stay in Phuket town. Friendly service and Pocket friendly prices. We enjoyed the chicken satay, crab fried rice and noodles in pork gravy lar nah. My mom favourite was the steamed coconut custard dessert they have served on every table. Creamy and not so sweet, Do give them a try. This is an open air restaurant, even though it is not air conditioned. They serve good ice coffee and iced drinks to cool you down. Get crowded during peak hours.
Food was served super fast. Steaming hot bowls of deliciousness. If you’re not a fan of gravy, go with the stir fried noodles with soy sauce. The coconut milk custard was a nice way to cap off the meal. All prices were reasonable. About 100 baht per person including drinks.
Very ordinary noodle with gravy, fried rice simply lacks flavor and is way too dry, can’t even beat any stand at any night market. 3 star for the longan water and potential possibility of better satay and fried noodles.
Had been to this place a long time. Food is good as always. Indoor seatings and roadside parking which is very hard to find. I love their coconut steamed dessert, must try item. The portions used to be bigger than this though.
Popular restaurant among the locals. Pad see-ew woonsen is delicious. Love the fact that they warmed the coconut custard. Rad-na was okay.
Perfect place to grab delicious, simple and quick food. Fried crab spring roll is a must ordered food. Coconut custard is still hot and the underneath layer consist of pandan custard which balance the dish well. Service is average as the place is crowded.
The food is delicious and cheap with the food being fast. Is a kinda like the E-mian in Singapore but the sauce being a bit sweet and the noodles a bit more crispy.Their satay is totally different from Singapore, is a piece of chicken on a stick. I guess I too use to Singapore satay so the sauce on the satay not really to my liking.Their dessert is like so cheap for two. Is a double layer dessert with coconut custard on top and kaya at the bottom, a good mix.
Its a great for a quick meal but dun underestimate the portion size its quite a lot. The taste is more towards sweet than savory, so if ur inclined towards a more savory meal than this is not your cup of tea. However the pork satay is tasty several d only with lean meat, and a min order of 10 sticks, which is decent for one or two. Served with Thai peanut sauce and brined cucumensber onions and some chilli. The yellow crispy noodle ijs somehthing to try here. On top of that you have a choice of gravy sauce or stir fried black sauce. I choose the mixed variety so I can try a bit of everything they had, the fried fish cake was super fresh with fresh ocean fish in the inside and crispy fried texture on the outside, simply devine. It all compliments th dish quite well, served with a side of desserts in tiny cups. Eat as much as you want. Good job Keep it up guys.!
This is a local reataurant where you can enjoy with noodle things and Moo Sa-Te. For atmosphere is quite crowded and hot.
Best lunch spot in Phuket Town. Quite a lot of the locals eat here for lunch as well. Definitely get the yellow noodle with gravy. The fried dumplings as a side. Satay and the dessert thats already on the table. The Thai tea is delicious and not too sweet. You wont regret coming here.
Good Thai food at basic local prices! They have options from padthai to genuine coolers to authentic noodle and rice options in chicken and seafood. There’s a big seating area with good air conditioning and very clean interiors. The entrance is via the kitchen, so just hop in and try something really local and authentic.
Tried and Love their fired noodles with seafood, chicken satay and coconut custard. Menu is priced very reasonably too. There are large pictures with English descriptions of each of their dishes on the walls. Spacious dinning area with AC! There are several larger tables if you come in a larger group. Dont think you can go much wrong to pick on anything in their menu.
Saw that it was always full house, so decided to give it a try, wasnt so impressed by the taste. Theres plenty of local Thai food and drinks options, very affordable, service is fast too. Just that the taste is quite disappointing, very bland.
Easy delicious local lunch.Raad-na is noodle with glutinous soup. You can choose 3 kind of noodle, sen-yai is the big one, sen-mhee is a small one, and mhee-grob is a fried noodle which gives crunchiness. The sticky soup base is the same but you can top it with variety choice of meat e.g. pork, shrimp, squid or fried fish.Pad-c-eiw is a stir-fried noodle which you select either the big noodle or small one. The topping is the same.
Ahh, love the good food here. Satay pork and the little coconut dessert bowls are a must to order. Also "stir fried noodles with pork and soy sauce"is great.
