I gave a 4 star rating 1 rating because it is a fixed menu unlimited thali restaurant, so the one thing they should be good at is having a good ambience with great hospitality. Forget anything to be "great" here, you have to keep calling the waiters and managers again multiple times for any additional serving thus taking your mind of really enjoying your expensive meal. One cannot complain of the range of dishes and sides served but the ambience is just too loud for my liking. They certainly should and must step up the standard of management of the restaurant. The only reason why there are always diners at this place is because you wont find any other substantially well recognized thali restaurant around it, its prime location at Indiranagar is whats keeping the business ship from sinking, coz I dont think anyone can boast about its "tasty" food or how comfortable the restaurant made you feel. In spite of all this booking a table before your visit is highly advisable to avoid a wait time.

The minute you enter the restaurant, you feel very cosy and welcome to be there. Coming to the Thali, the variety is crazy good. Got the dineout offer for 50% off, which made it value for money. The service is decent but they constantly look to quickly fill you up by getting something or the other treat every 2 minutes or so, which is my only negative.

This is to share the experience we just had with Rajdhani Indiranagar Outlet. Taking pain to write back within an hour of our dining is something disheartening. Your food was too bland, oily and lacked aroma. Forget the taste as there was none. Ghee is poured without even checking with the customer on the quantity and you should stop calling it Ghee as the particulars of that doesnt match.Have tried Rajdhani before (may be 2 years agothe food used to be very good with your waiters explaining what exactly you are having, Very tasty and satisfying. The staff was very unfriendly (not the waiters).. but looked like they wanna get rid of every soul who walk-in with serving them with all the food theyve to offer. They just serve food for the heck of it and no personal touch as in whether we are interested to have it or not. The food is not worth the money paid and the service makes it worst.I will never recommend Rajdhani to anyone, visiting again is far fetched. I feel you should stop all marketing and concentrate on making your food better to win back your old customers. Getting back to you made us realize we wasted our time and money.Overall a very bad experience in terms of ambiance and food. The name Rajdhani doesnt go well with the experience you are giving. Hope you will take note.Regards

My friend treated me here after getting a job and not having heard of the place I was amazed at the service, quality and variety of food. It’s a royal treatment and a great way to enjoy different tastes ranging from starters to desserts. Ofcourse one needs to have a huge appetite to truly enjoy all the flavours of the different delights. The key is to taste and then choose what to feast on. The quantity doesn’t change the quality and that’s what I liked about the place.

So the most awaited mango festival is back at this amazing family restaurant which is an experience in itself. The spread is huge to try and you should try their specially curated mango dishes like aam panna, mango smoothie, mango chutney. There was a gravy called mango chunda served with a special roti which is a must try. Their dal baati is my all time favorite to try.Do head over before the ma go festival ends lo try these amazing dishes out!!!

Rajdhani - Aamlicious Mango Festival :)One of the most valued north Indian vegetarian restaurant chain in bangalore comes up with Aamlicious mango festival every year during summer. Being a mango lover, i tried my hands on with this specially curated Mango Thali..It was true to its hype with multiple dishes in the thali ranging from farsaan, sabji, desserts .. etc made with mango itself.. We were informed that among 32 dishes in the thali, around 8 dishes are made using mangoes .Definitely a better place in terms of quality of food & service...Got chance to explore new items from Rajasthani cuisine.Loved the Aam papad chilli samosa & Paneer mango kadai. Not to forget the heavenly Aamras.. the price tag may look little expensive for veg thali, but it is all worth the price when it comes to mango festival :)

I had gone there during their Aamlicious festival and it will last till 31st may 2019. This was my 3rd visit to Rajdhani. They include many mango influence dish. We Started with raw mango panna drink and kesar aam thandai, perfect refreshing drink. Mango khandwi was an innovative dish where they made khandwi with mango and put some mango plup on top. Mango flavored biryani was too good. Aam Ras was the most delicious drink among others. Every dish has different taste and lip smaking too. The service was excellent. Thanks for inviting us 😊.

Summer is here and so is the King Of Fruits, Yes it is the season of mangoes that we all were looking forward to & me most importantly for the Aamlicious Thali @ Rajdhani. I was here recently for their delicious Aam’ful Thali Of the season In the ongoing Mango Festival, till the 31st Of May 2019.Apart from the impeccable service that you always receive, the Place was brimming with a table full of dishes prepared, infused, sautéed, pickled, pounded, chopped, with raw amd ripe Mangoes.I especially loved how each course is carefully curated to alternate between the raw & ripe mangoes to create a sense of balance on your palate to ensure that there is no overpowering sweetness or sourness.Something that stood out among the many interesting dishes was the Pizza Dhokla. This beautiful disc of dhokla Goodness is topped with an array of sweet & sour ingredients with a generous topping of mango pulp, with a few tiny sev to resemble cheese. Beautifully executed creative dish, I loved the taste as well. The generous helping of Panch Phoron Kairi Panna & Kesari Aam thandai were absolutely amazing and complimented the meal beautifully.Rasila Aam Papad Samosa & Kala Aam Papad Potli Kachori were superb, especially with the delicious array of chutneys, out of which my favourite was the onion, & tomato and the garlic chutney, super delicious. The multiple courses that followed took me to Aam heaven and I managed to complete the meal with multiple helping of an amazing Aamras, Amrakhand, Mango Basundi, Gulgand Paan Malpua with Mango Rabdi and to top it all a delicious mango jalebi which was an ultimate treat to all mango lovers.Am heading here at least one more time, before the festival closes by 31st Of May 2019.

A 3.5 star place in my opinion. As soon youll enter the place theyll welcome you with a Chandan tika, which is refreshing.Ambience wise the place looks good but this time I had a chance to get a glance of their kitchen and I found it little unhygienic and untidy. Coming to their thali, few of the items were really good like dal baati, Phulkas, khichdi, panner sabji and halwa, apart from these most of the items present in the thaali were just playing the role of fillers, as none of them was good in taste. Among drinks I tried buttermilk and mango lassi which was good in taste.

Had been to the Aamlicious Festival recently at Rajdhani. One wonderful experience of Aam Masti!! The service here is extraordinary.. no compromise about that. The manager Raghav Shetty took fantastic care of the customers.Coming to the Aamlicious Thali, this year is another success. Chef Sujotho and his team has made a fantastic job in curating the menu. To, start with, they serve four varieties of Chutney and four chilli based semi gravies.I loved the tomato chutney though, goes very well with samosas etc.We were welcomed withPanch Pharon Kairi Panna: A delicious raw mango drink!! This would be my pickKesar Aam Thandai: Thandai was a but heavy, so we would advise just to have small amounts of Thandai when going for the thali.Chatpat Aamras, Mango Khandwi: A mind-blowing concept, where Khandwi was made with a mango and topped with Aamras and seasoning of pepper.Cheesy Aam Pizza Dhokla: Pizza and Dhokla, such a fusion food!! The fusion went well though.Rasila Aam papad Samosa: Kairi or raw mango infused papad, gives a very good taste and would excite your taste buds.Kaala Aam Potli Kachori: Kala aam from Delhi infused in a kachori shaped as a potli, absolutely deliciousChats,Aamras Khasta Kachori Chat: Chat with Aamras on a kachori, woah..Bikaneri Palak Aamras Chat: Palak Patha or leaves of the palak made as a pakoda and chat with amazing moong dal to increase the taste levels is this!! Totally in love with it.Kairi Bakarwadi Chat: The masala used for balancing the taste of Bakarwadi and chat was great. Do not miss this, in addition there is a sour and awesome flavour of raw mango.Main Course,Ker Sangi Amboliya: Dry mango curry. This has a deep rooted Gujarati flavour.Rajasthan Kaju aur aam ki subzi: Kaju subzi infused with mango, rich in gravy!!Aam ki laaunji: A sticky gravy with raw mango.Gol Amboliya: as the name suggests, gol or round.Kairi Samose ki subzi: Raw mango infused samosas in a red chilli based curry. This was my favourite.Dal and Khadi,Kairi Surti Dal: Sweet Dal, which has a beautiful texture and amazing flavour of Aam.Fajeto: a sour gravy.Kairi Sargwa Sing Dal: Spicy mango flavour dal where one cant miss.Kairi Pyaaz pakoda Khadi: My pick here. Khadi pakoda being my favourite. The mango infused khadi pakoda was extraordinary.Rice,Aam Pista Pulav: Pista Pulav sprinkled with ripe mangoesMarwari Kachi Kari ki Biryani: Raw mango Biryani in a Marwari or Rajasthani styleDesserts,Aamras: Woah!! Aamras Puri is the best combination.Amarkhand: Samarkand with ripe mangoes have become amarkhand.Gulkand paan malpua with mango Rabdi: Malpua made with gulkand and topped with Paan and mango rabdi is really something awesome. Do not miss on this!!Mango Jalebi, Rabdi: when one bites in a jalebi, you get a Mango 🤩Mango Basundi: Light and awesome!!When the kind of fruits is back, why not start with this Bang!!Bon Appetit,Ghatotkatcha

This month I ordered a Working Meal Box which had one subzi, one dal, rotis, steamed rice and pickle and papad. The taste was decent and felt authentic north indian but the oil content was more. A lot of oil could be seen floating over daal. Also, packing can be made better.

Such a great place. Loved the food and ambiance. Only thing I want to point out is the people who are serving sweets, they dont come again until they are called upon twice or thrice. The food has a great taste, it is basically a combination of Rajasthani and Gujrati dishes. If you are a North Indian, youre going to feel 2-4 dishes spicy. Over all its totally surreal. Hope this helps. Thank you for reading.

Great food with awesome unique flavours, with one big thali. Lot of variety to try, just tasting their exclusive 15+ items would easily fill you. Waiters would ease you with a feel royal service. This undoubtedly is the best place for having Vegetarian food. I especially love it during the Mango season because during this time they come up with Amilicious festival. They have nearly 150 dishes that are based on Mangoes. The entire place is setup to be able to feel the Mango. On an average everyday they have nearly 10-15 Mango based dishes served to the guests. The best among all would definitely be the Mango Russ and the Mango milkshakes. But imagine infusing Mango into multiple Rajdhani/Gujrati based dishes. The Chef and staff are on top of the game. They are eager to take inputs and also make necessary correction.I especially love the Rajdhani at HAL 2nd Stage which is closer to the IT offices because it is very spacious.Definitely visit this place and have fun.

I am always impressed with royal chappan bhog kind of thalis. Though I am a non-veg lover, there are exceptions if veg dishes are really good. So definitely when it comes to vegetarian thalis, Rajdhani is the name on my mind. Currently they are celebrating Mango festival and being a mango lover, I was eager to taste their menu.Mango- the fruit of the season was everywhere on the teasers decorated inside the restaurant. The Indiranagar Rajdhani is quite a cute outlet with a good seating capacity. Mr Santosh who was managing this outlet briefed us about small details. He also informed that they use the Hapuz variety of mango in all their dishes.Coming from the scorching heat outside, the kairi panna was very refreshing. The other two welcome drinks were Mango thandai and Mango Lassi.Jumping to the much awaited food now...In the starters, we had Mango khichiya chat, Aam khasta kachodi, mango dal dhokli, Mango karkara roll, Mango ring dhokla and kairi kanda dhokla. It was very amusing how they rightly infused mangoes in raw and ripe forms in each of the dishes. In starters I loved the Mango chat, dhoklas and karkara roll. My stomach had very less room immediately after the starters! One thing I love about the place is the small rajasthani/ gujrathi heritage bites that reflect in the overall culture of Rajdhani. Be it the attire of the staff or the presentation of numerous steel bowls inside a huge thali or even the way they serve to wash our hands in copper vessel.Next came different varieties of mango infused curries like Kacha Aam launji, Kanda kairi subzi, Arbi Kairi saag, Gunda Kairi Sabji, Mango fajito kadhi and Mango Surti daal. This was accompanied with assorted breads- Phulkas, Khoba roti, Kairi thepla and puri. I just felt a need of something non-sweet after consuming too many sweet mango dishes. So, Mr Santosh served us the regular mango free Shahi paneer and Green Gujarat. The Shahi paneer was heavenly. The combination of AAMRAS and puri is a pure bliss! Even after having so much food, I was too much tempted to taste the desserts. The angoori apple kheer was awesome but the Mango Jalebi was the star of the day!It was my first aamlicious festival visit at Rajdhani and I thoroughly enjoyed. None should miss as this is running till 31st may :)

Delicious Aamlicious !Dont you just love it when Mango, the King of fruits makes its way into most dishes. Well the Mango festival is on at the Rajdhani and we dropped by their Indranagar branch to savour this special thali.Love the hospitality at Rajdhani. The sandalwood paste on your forehead is definitely a start to beat the sweltering summer. A mango thandai and kairi Panna to quench your thirst. Oh yes it felt good! Out came the Mango salad, Chats and Kachori. I dared seconds even though we hadnt started the thali because it was so yummy. We dived straight into the thali. The whole list of daily menu is put up. I started off with Puri and Aamrass. The Aamrass is only thing on the menu in limited quantity. It was divine. The rotis were very filling. I particularly like the Kache Aam ki Launji and Arbi Aam Rasawala. Again seconds 😁.At this point I am absolutely full. But we have to make space for the desserts. Loved the Aphus Jelebi and Amarkhanand. It was absolutely worth the money! Definitely rush here before the mangoes run out. It was a packed house!

Rajdhani thalis are just wow. They pretty much have their presence in all metro cities. So go enjoy your grand thali experience. Its a typical Rajasthani style restaurant, where in you get a warm welcome in Rajasthani style and all the arrangements, dining makes you feel about thier cultural authenticity and traditional ambience perfect place to have unlimited thali experience.thier service is good. The taste is little bit sweeter, and little less spicy. Its more of a family get together or gathering type of restaurant .The best thali you can find in your city, the taste is good, ambience is nice, and service is good.Visit on Tuesday where you get thali for only ₹250, where as onOther days its ₹450.

My taste buds were craving for Gujarati Thali for quite some time. Though I have been here earlier at same outlet thought of giving more insights on how are they and where is the scope for them to do better !!We reached at 1:30 pm and place was not overcrowded soon we were served the Thali. They had Gatte Ke sabji , Bhindi Ki Sabji and Rase wale Alu along with Paneer sabji in vegetables. Farsan had Dhokla and Petis . Samosa chat and as usual Dal bati too with two types of Dals (Gujarati and Punjabiand Kadhi sweet had Halwa ,Ras Malai and Rabdi Jalebi and buttermilk with Pulao khichadi and curd rice !!Though everything was good and good. I feel some of the things they need to improve is.1)Food is very low on spices but still food need to be spicy2)Time taken to serve complete Thali is too high (This I can say as I didnt start eating till I clicked fully served Thali)3)Service is bit slow.4)Food is served hot .5)One major point missing here when you go to any Thali Joint in Gujarat the people who served the food are insistive and strike chord of communication with customers is missing !!6)And the Signature Rajdhani Drum which is there but tradition missing !!what happens at Rajdhani is the satisfied customer will hit the drum on their way out and all the staff in one voice greet them with "Aavjo" meaning visit again !!

One of the best North Indian Thalis. Food quality and service is commendable. Lots of different variety of veg food. During Mango season, you will find mango cuisines with superb taste. Food served in good manner. On Tuesday’s you will get off 250/ thali. Bit crowded so better book and visit. Kitchen is near so surrounded with noise. Must visit for people who gets North Indian cravings.

Rajdhani is a famous North-Indian restaurant, which has several chain outlets in India as well as Bangalore. Only north Indian food will be provided. The concept of the restaurant is different and very interesting for someone who goes for the first time their. One consistent menu is provided. Around 10-15 different types of dishes will be provided. Very useful and easy, especially for people like me who are expats and are not aware of the names.Since they serve different types of foods, you select only the ones, which you like. And for me the taste is very nice. The price is also decent combined with a pleasant atmosphere. I usually spent twice per month going there.
