Great location, service is OK.

Making a booking with this hotel made me stressed out! I tried to book with them through Agoda website for my parents’ stay, and the hotel specifically declined to take credit card payments via Agoda. Later, I received an email from them asking me to proceed with money transfer to their bank account. I made full payments for 4 nights stay + airport pick up service straight away to their bank account, sent them the transfer receipt, and bank confirmation that the transfer went through successfully. 5 days later, the hotel insisted my parents to make payments AGAIN by cash, on the spot! The hotel kept saying that they havent received my transfer while it’s 100% confirmed by my bank that the transaction was carried out successfully, and to the correct account number. While I called up the hotel to clarify the issue, the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude, unhelpful and dismissive. The hotel didn’t even bother to say sorry for troubling my parents the whole time, chasing them for a payment that was already made days ago! Even until now, the issue was unresolved. Had I known the whole experience was this bad, I would never do a business with them. The only reason I booked with them in the beginning was their convenient location, but it’s not worth the trouble and headache to deal with their terrible service! Avoid at all cost!

Worst hotel ever. Waited for hours to check in only to find out that the room next to mine was being fixed. Too noisy and dirty because of the ongoing repair, and worse, the workers were simply passing in front of my balcony. No privacy and no chance to rest. Asked to change the room as I wanted to rest but nothing happened. Paid for a 3-day stay but because I could not stand the place and even the staff who simply laughed when I complained, I moved to another hotel few hours after checking in. Been going to Dalat for years and it was also by chance that I booked this hotel, but would definitely not recommend it to anyone. I would also agree with the others that the smell of mould at the room was really unpleasant. Such a terrible experience.

Good location. Dalat night market (200m). Restaurant Halal HAWA (400m). 3D Trickland museum (600m). Spacious room for twin superior, clean and neat. Bathroom, good facilities with high water pressure. Acceptable lobby for 2 star hotel. Helpfull reception staff though very poor english.

Good and Clean hotel not far from da lat night market. You can rent motorbike in this hotel but cant rent for 24 hour, you get the key at 06.00 and return it at 21.00 and one day I got to return it at 18.00 a bit dissaponting in this motorbike rent thing. In front of the hotel there a good bakery and restaurant 👍👍

Not a nice hotel because next to the Telephone antenna tower! Might affect your health. Not recommended.

Very stinky room, leaking pipe below the sink that was reported the very first night and was promised to be fixed the next day. Nobody fixed it during our 3 night stay. The room was damp, there was mold in the bedroom as well as the bathroom. There were ants in the bedroom. Really unpleasant experience

Have never stayed in the hotel but I rented a scooter from them. It was a bit more expensive then a typical scooter renting place but the location is great and the bike was brand new.

Good hotel for 2 star standard. It is right in Dalat city center, 2 minutes to night market. Have good restaurant and bakery in the front. Friendly staff.

Warm fridge warm shower room smelt like mould ask to move to another room ran out of toilet paper at an important time and Im the only person in room only hotel ive stayed at that doesnt have complementaryc coffee or tea not at all happy with this place in my 20 day stay in Vietnam have stayed at 5 hotels i dont know why its rated so high

Staff are friendly, clean room every day, near night market and several cafe, closely Lien Hoa open til 12.p.m.

Really nice hotel. Great location close to everything, and will arange for a moto rental... You have got to take a moto and ride around the Da Lat area. I had a great time.

Only location,otherwise no point staying here,check in need to surrender passport,not only 1 but all 4 guest passport,when check out,need to pay extra for missing noodle cup in room.Luckily we managed to show it was their mistake...dont ever stay in future,watch out for this kind of hidden trap if u really want to stay there.

Stayed here from 8 - 11 December 2017. Its a small hotel that located in a very good location (5 mins walk from Dalat night Market and has a restaurant, I believe it is called Lien Hoa, just across the street - clean, cheap and tasty food). Moreover, the staff at Tulip Hotel are always helpful and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again if Im revisiting Dalat.

Dont really like rooms here but any way it is cheap. Check out the beg first, it is quite dirty and smelly.

Excellent value. Hotel may not be the most modern place to stay but for the price this hotel is located in a convenient part of the city. Close to the night Market city center , an phu bus, and the excellent bakery restaurant Lien Hoa..

Nice and clean in the centre of town, but the shower pressure and hot water was not good at all. Like many hotels around asia, it needs a refurbishment

Hotel is fine especially price and quality ratio also location is good, staff speeks English, dont bother with breakfast because its just toast with jam or toast with egg. Be smart about tours because profit margin is somethere about 50%, in other words if you wount negotiate price down by half you are over paying big time (personal experience). So hotel is fine tours not so.

Good service, room is clean and suitable for family . However, there is not air conditioner.

The room was good, but it take them 20 days and more than 10 phone calls to send the invoice. If you plan to take invoices, dont stay here.

This hotel have the best stuff, i travel to this hotel in very early morning from ho chi min, basically not the time to check in yet, the receptionist allow me to take rest at their stuff room while they preparing my room, please check with the receptionist if you want to have nice food around, she will recommend you a long list to visit. They can speak english also. Only thing to take note, they do not serve breakfast, but there is a lot nice local food around, so it does not matter for me.

Location - goodService - they can speak english very wellWe rent car with driver traveling in Dalat cost 1,100,000 VND. And another day we rent car from Dalat to Mui-Ne cost 2,600,000 VND. The driver ,name Vong took care us very well. You can specific ask hotel to let him be your driver.

Good, clean and comfy room, excellent staff (the most friendliest I met in Vietnam, so far), good location nearby night market. Theres a lift/elevator! You can book a English speaking day-tour with them.

The rooms were so comfortable! Especially the beds, fluffiest pillows ever. The customer service was exceptional and made us feel like royalty. It is the best I have ever seen. The staff were well trained, polite, and treated all our requests with importance and urgency. The hotel is beautiful. Location is fantastic within 2 mins from the city centre by walk.

Absolutely a great place to stay : The staff were friendly and there is a free complimentary tea for you every time. The opposite of the hotel were a 24/7 shop that sell bakery and Vietnam food like Pho and many more. great place to stay.

We really enjoyed our experience at this hotel. Very clean and very friendly, although we did find a ton of hair on the floor of the bathroom. The bed and pillow were rock hard, but I think this is normal here. It was a surprisingly large room, with a separate seating area. Not that I can understand Vietnamese, but the TV didnt work. No signal.

Decent clean city hotel to stay in Dalat. Its walking distance to most of the attractions within the central city. Staff is extremely helpful in finding places to eat and shop.

It was a great moment with my girlfriend during the stay. Service is always attentive and I was really impressed by the cleanliness of the venue especially the our presence room and the comfortable lobby. I would high recommended to everyone which is going to have a trip in Vietnam.
