Nice hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only complaint would be the stained carpets in the rooms. They have a little breakfast room which is great for early mornings.

The room was in dire need of steam cleaning. Looks like an old blood stain and other stains were left in the floor.It’s a busier time of the year where a combination of contractors and visitors were making noise at all hours, but it was dulled with the air conditioning. Besides that, it’s a good looking hotel in a preferred section of town.

Staff are genuine and helpful. he place is very clean , open and has a good feel to it. We have used this place a few times. hank you for helping me with me receipts :):)

Good spot for our stop between Prince Rupert and McBride.The hotel is right on the hwy for easy access. The rooms are large and clean, with a king size bed and couch. The beds are on the firm size, but comfortable. Bathroom looks fairly new. Breakfast is adequate. They have breakfast sandwichs you can heat up, fruit cups, coffee, juice, bagels, toast and waffles. Enough to get you on the road again.The Key-oh Lodge looked like the best overnight in the area.

Absolutely Beautiful place with awesome front desk service, except the pop machine wasnt available, and wake up call was so rude, I slept in due to my medications, and she was knocking and yelling my name out in the hallway I was late in waking up, I should have mentioned my medical condition. Other than that of t was a perfect 10!👍

Walls are super thin, can clearly hear the neighbors, and I bet sleeping on the floor would be softer than these mattresses. As a regular traveler I can attest to the fact that this was hands down the hardest bed I’ve ever slept in, awful sleep. Room was clean but the carpets are stained. No sleep = 2 stars

Very nice hotel,beautifully decorated.However the beds are awful and found garbage on the floor.walls are paper thin and the tap in the bathroom barely had a trickle.We were awoken by staff at 5 am outside our window having a conversation.They continued after being told.I will not stay here again.

We just stayed at the hotel last weekend. Staff was very professional, courteous and friendly. The room was very clean and the breakfast was ok. We had a great experience at a reasonable price. Beautiful decor! I will definitely come back.

This place has people that bring covid to the building after a break out in a care home. She does not get tested and lies to motel about it and sends work clothes to be washed by staff with your laundry and bedding. Room is not cleaned or sterilized. There are no warnings and motel does not care about your safety! Certainly not following reinstated protocols for these situations. Burns Lake/Northern Health should be very concerned that this person is going everywhere in town without any care for others. Be ready to get covid from anywhere in town.

The hotel itself is beautiful and decorated in incredible artwork and local photography. The Keyoh has up to date rooms, and friendly service at the front desk. In my opinion, the only downfall is the thin walls. You’re able to hear quite a bit of what’s going on in the hallways, as well as the neighbouring rooms. Regardless, I would definitely recommend a stay here, it’s by far the best option in Burns Lake!

Room was nice and clean and the young ladies at the front desk were so lovely. I stay in a lot of hotels for work and would definitely say they decor is a step up from ones I normally stay at. Will stay here again next time I’m in Burns Lake!

Stayed 4 nights. 2 days room was not cleaned. Staff attitude was not good when asked for the room to be cleaned. Floor in my room was dirty and stained--was not vacuumed during my stay. I felt not great quality for the price

First class First Nations Lodge! Love the wood carvings and art everywhere. Even the toiletries are sourced locally.

Rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. Beautiful art in all the areas. Good complimentary breakfast. Nice and helpful staff: I would definitely go back!

The customer service was incredibly poor. 90% of the time there was nobody at the desk at all and you had to go searching to find them. They were rude when you finally did find someone.The rooms were dirty. There were water marks down the backs of the door, and there was handprints on the walls by the toilet.From the outside the hotel looks nice, but sadly it seems cheaply made and poorly cleaned.

Thin walls, unfriendly and unmasked staff, motion sensored washroom lights which turned off (while in the shower), or on in the middle of the night. The washroom hadn’t been cleaned (well, if at allfor our arrival, sweat marks running down the walls, the door was filthy, white splash marks on the inside of the door, mirror was streaky, smeared drops of something on the floor, and a rock hard bed. After I politely told them that the washroom was not very clean, my sister over heard the staff making fun of me for informing them. The parking lot was sheer ice, no maintenance. The breakfast included some dry bagels and some ok bagels, they ran out of coffee cream, over all very disappointing for $150/night. Would never stay there again. Would never recommend especially for that price.

Clean rooms, great covid19 measurements for guests. If I needed anything they wanted to do their best asap.Internet was a bit to slow for my needs but everything else was great.

On day 2 of stay and its been a good experience so far. The kids are finding their imagination in all of the beautiful art and information they find throughout the lodge. Its a very clever layout (if u pay attentionrich in what my kids are calling "an adventure!" ..hat tip to the designer, management, and staff , and also Carla Lewis whos pictures are absolutely astounding.

Stayed here twice over two weeks. Simple breakfasts in the morning due to covid, otherwise the room was clean. Showers great, and good shampoo’s provided. Bed very comfortable, better than i have at home. Would recommend to a friend.

The TV works perfect. We saw it on the roadside ads and booked thru the phone. Sound isolation is not that good. It doesnt affect this lodge to be the best in town.

Just stayed at this hotel. It’s Gross. I walk in and there’s crumbs all over the floor. Dorito crumbs clear as day. Hair all over the bathroom. Did not have a shower curtain, the body lotion container was open. I don’t use body lotion. There was no bars of soap and a half used body wash. Stains on the tiles of the bathroom which if it was mopped would not be there. I had booked this room for 3 nights for work and I checked out after one night. This place is not sanitary and I question how much this hotel was disinfected during this pandemic. I would drive back and fourth from Prince George before I would stay here again. Very lazy staff. And all for a low rate of $157.50. What a joke.

Key-oh was great! Chuck was treated very nicely during our horrible move this winter. Staff were helpful and very friendly. We had a short notice booking and they held the one and only room till Chuck arrived. The room had a king size bed with cozy blankets. Well stocked Keureg a fridge, big screen tv on the wall. Nice big bathroom with full size shower tub. It was quiet , temperature was easy to regulate and there was a nice clean smell. FREE Breakfast was downstairs with abundant coffee, waffle maker, scrambled eggs, sausage and fruit.

The staff was friendly and welcoming and we were offered a crib to help make the stay with our two young children easier. However, once in the room, our 21 month old found empty drug packets in the bedside drawer (residue was still visible). The person at the front desk apologized and said management would be notified. No one was sent to clean the area where these were found, we weren’t offered a new room and management never contacted us.

Was staying in town for a work trip and a client recommended me to stay here as he said it was the nicest hotel near town. Staff were very friendly and customer service was great. Rooms were very spacious, modern, and clean. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Bathroom was spotless. I slept very well as everything was very quiet and room stayed warm all night. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m passing through.

Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay - greeted at our middle of the night arrival by friendly hostess, room had everything we needed: clean, comfy bed, coffee, wiFi, mini fridge, bathroom (with a fan!). Dont hold it against a hotel the required fire doors slam, just help the door close softly, fellow guests will thank yOu for the consideration.

Hands down best place to stay in Burns Lake. I have been put in every hotel in Burns due to camp work so I am talking from experience here! Amazing staff, clean AND comfy rooms, as well as a decent breakfast. The laundry, gym, and highspeed internet are great bonuses too.

Beautiful, new, big room, big bathroom, big screen TV, extra blanket, comfy bed with duvet and the shampoo and bath shower soap was an incredible experience . First Nation runnned Hotel, excellent customer service , great rate with breakfast that includes little hot buffet with eggs, sausages and waffles along with specialty hot drinks like cappuccino , definitely I am coming back every time I will travel to Terrace like I did this time. The only thing missing was a microwave, so be aware of you bring food with you.

Great new hotel. This is the newest hotel in Burns Lake and is very comfortable. They offer complimentary breakfast in the morning with eggs sausage and waffles. You also have the usual cereal and yogurt. The rooms are small but laid out nice. Big bathroom with a tub and shower. They also have a small gym with 4 machines and some free weights. Stay here if you are in Burns Lake.

So disappointed in my stay here. I was travelling with 3 children all under 6, one being a newborn. We had come to town for a ball tournament. It was +35 and i asked if we could get in our room even an hour early. I was told absolutely not and that room keys dont work until 3. I dont mind being told no but being lied to and told its about plastic room keys is absurd. There is a total of 36 tv channels and 6 of them are for movie previews you cant order. The breakfast is only served till 9 so be up early for that. The breakfast may be the worst food i ever ate. The sausage was so hard you couldnt even bite it. The eggs were yellow thats the only thing I can say..because there was 0 taste. The brown bread was moldy. I had a housekeeper just walk into my room and tell me I had to be out of the room and it was only 1030. The hotel also makes you give a 250$ deposit even if you use a credit card. Which makes no sense. I would rather of slept in my truck!! Never again! this hotel may be new but youd get better service from a fruit truck.

😉The lodge is nice. Simple elegance throughout the inside and outside.A view would be pretty on the grounds at the back of the lodge. Maybe a waterfall or something.🙄The lodge room we were in had a stain on the rug at the foot of the bed. Not really a good 1st impression.😏We arrived back at the room end of day and our dirty coffee cups were still there and new coffee had not been replaced. These are the simple things we pay for.😁The front desk host was great and he did what he could to make our stay enjoyable.😁The fitness room is clean, and in really good condition as well as open for use 24hrs.😁Very close to stores and easy access to walking to all amenities.😁would recommended to anyone to stay.Steve&Stace

Beautiful new hotel, friendly staff and quiet as its set back from the highway. Well priced for the area. WiFi is slow but free throughout the hotel.They have pet friendly rooms which is amazing for such a new hotel!Breakfast is included.... Not quiet the fresh fruit advertised but good enough. Would be nice to have hash browns and bacon available.Overall best place to stay in Burns Lake!

This is a very nice place to spend the night. Built in 2017, the beds are great, the rooms comfortable and modern and there is free WiFi through the hotel.A little more money than the other hotels in town but worth the money.

The rooms are definitely a 5 star! Great room great price and pet friendly rooms available 👌Only downside. The breakfast wasnt that great. Dried up bagels, eggs that didnt look appealing and the sausage didnt looks worth it. The coffee is excellent though!Ill stay here again
