I can’t say enough good things about kettle brewing. Hands down my favourite brewery in Kelowna. The can art/mercy art is so cute and funny. Great beer and food is fire.

Solid choice for a pint in the north end.

The food was exceptional! I loved the chicken wings and calamari, especially the chicken wings you have to try that! And the little patio looks so nice, they also have live performances so that’s a plus

Had an amazing time here yet again! Beer and 42 ounce ribeye steak, shared with friends, was delicious and so much fun! The staff could not be friendlier. Cant wait to go back!

Pretty hoppy IPAs - all good to drink on a hot day on their great patio. Super friendly staff and very cool artwork. The food also looked good.

Big board special is amazing! Its always beautifully and creatively presented and is undeniably delicious. Wide variety of tasty craft beers available, a relaxed funky atmosphere and friendly genuine people. Love it!!

Nice heated patio and cozy inside. The passionfruit sour was my favorite. My friend and partner tried the poutine and were blown away. They also had non alcoholic beer options.

We had an amazing time today!! Food was great and so was the beer, l recommend the salmon platter! Brock and his wife were so friendly definately becoming a regular and telling all our friends!!

Hidden gem! Coolest atmosphere - like being in someones eclectically-decorated garage. Comfortable, casual and very welcoming. Great staff and good pub food. Looking forward to hitting their big patio when the weather turns around...and bringing my dog!

Im a huge sour fan and the International Womens Day tenenets tenet sour is honestly one of the best sours Ive ever had. I tend to enjoy dry-hopped sours but this beer was something else. Get it while you can!

Amazing ! Love the rose sour and pilsner .. their food provided by Provisions is exceptional. Their menu changes frequently always bringing fresh and inspired options. We went to trivia night last night hosted by Kate and had a great time. Strongly recommend supporting this local brewery!

The beer here is usually pretty bland in my opinion (very watery and not much varietyhowever the food and atmosphere more than make up for it. Probably some of the best brewery food in the area, and we always feel very comfortable and relaxed hanging out there. If the beer was a bit better or the prices were a tad lower, this would be a 5 star review.

Myself and a group of four 35-40 yr olds had a couple of drinks at Kettle River Sept 4. I arrived after my group - who’d been there since 8:30pm - at 9pm and when I went to order a drink on my own, the bar staff had zero personality/did not engage at all. I actually stood waiting for two staff to finish a conversation for a few minutes before I could order in a near empty place. At 9:30 they announced last call and by 9:40 my group all had bought a final drink and sat down. At 9:50 the server came over and said they were getting ready to close, we all said “ok, we’ll be gone shortly,” then at 10:17pm - as four of our group were standing and grabbing our bags with one person sitting and finishing the last 10% of his beer - the server walked up and stood behind two of us and loudly said, “Can you guys just go home?!” in an incredibly rude, condescending and unnecessarily aggressive tone. I’ve worked in customer service for years a decade ago - I was a bartender in a very busy and unruly bar in Vancouver, I managed another bar, I served in restaurants and I worked in big box stores - I would NEVER speak to a customer like that, especially not if they had not been at all difficult and were literally standing to leave. If I had ever spoken to a customer like that, even if they deserved it, I would expect to lose my job. I will never return to Kettle River and I will share my experience with anyone who wants to go there. The last 18 months has been hard for everyone and to go out for a total of two drinks with a small group of friends is a rare joy now. To have a local business and its staff actually treat customers like garbage is unacceptable. I’d rather support any other brewery in the city than Kettle River again.

The woman who was working - who was very friendly with the dog at the table - said at 9:30 to last call, and we were happy to order the last drinks of the night. Once we order, 15 min later we’re told they’re closing up soon, we say we’ll be gone shortly, and by 10:17 (sales stop at 10she told us - and I quote - “can you guys just go home” in an incredibly rude tone while half of our group of 5 are standing packing up while the 2 others finished our drinks. We quickly finished and went on our way at this point but this was very rude and considering at this point collectively we’ve spent around 250.00 at a table, you’d think we’d be allowed to finish our drink without being told to “go home” less than 20 minutes after sales stop. pretty big shame. We were not rude, drunk or at all being oppositional - the server (brown hair with bangs in a ponytailwas absolutely the rudest customer service experience any of us 35-40 yr olds have ever experienced. We will never return to Kettle River and you shouldn’t either.

Hidden Gem in the North End. Lots of local stuff and in house beers. It has that rustic atmosphere which is awesome!

Had an awesome experience for lunch. The food was amazing and filling. The beer was great and the staff is fantastic. Would definitely come back again.

Sauntered over from our condo downtown and tried out the flight of four beers available. I had 4 and my partner had the other 4. Service was amazing, staff are friendly, and dogs are allowed on their patios outside. The girl behind the bar asked about water for our dog and gave us a bowl big enough for her to have a swim. Very groovy.I would give 5 stars but it was not comfortable sitting at the “overflow” picnic tables. There were no umbrellas, and it was really uncomfortable in short order. We would have stayed for food but it was sweltering. An umbrella or shade cover would have made our visit perfect.

Fries and aioli were great, beer was not bad, wings were definitely different.Loved how dogs were aloud thats really cool. Service was okay.

Great little brewery. Staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable about their beer. Food is great, never had a bad meal here and really enjoyed their 3 course Dine Around offering.

I love this place! The food is tasty and filling and the brews...wow! I love their stouts. One of my favorites is Under the Weather (chocolate milk stout). Yummy! The service is always friendly too. Thank you for a great birthday!

I wanted to take my husband out for a good burger and beer. When you enter you order your drinks and food yourself at entrance counter. no problem. The server did offer a beer sample.That was nice. We paid tip included immediately. We went with servers suggestion of fish and chips.You have a pager and collected our own food from kitchen. No problem. Problem was the portions were fairly small...could be forgiven however fish was soggy with a cucumber topping that was quite strange. No tartar sauce when we walked to kitchen to request it. Even more disappointing was the appalling lack of interest in us by 4 fairly unoccupied servers after collecting our money. Not one scrap of interest shown in us beyond collecting our money. I understand COVD makes it hard to survive these days but I think you can do way better than this guys .

Good beers, and the fries are great -- fresh Kennebec fries, cut in-house, with house-made ketchup! The patio is a great place to sit with friends in the summer.

Really liked the place and its cute decorations, the food was ok but I really expected a pizza!The beer was very good! Honestly, all beers are good 🤣

Atmosphere was ok; dog friendly patio was going through some upgrades that will make it nice later-on in the summer. Front of house staff was friendly, but not very helpful or customer service focussed. Kitchen staff were amazing, although the food is grossly overpriced. Go for the beer, but eat before you get there.

Fun, easy, laid back atmosphere. Very rustic decor with the wine barrel tables. My only comment is the last time I was there they only had like 4 beer options and they were all fairly similar. The food is good, had the meat pie and blue mac n cheese. Will be back.

Cool place with some funky vibes. Staff were friendly and attentive. The brews were solid all around, with 6 on tap when I visited. They have a small food menu, all of which sounded good but for whatever reason they closed the kitchen early. They were quite apologetic and still got us some fries so no biggie, will have to go back to try again. Sunday trivia and a live band after wards.

The patio is great in the summer, the decor is fun, the staff and friendly and knowledgeable, but you knew all that from the other 100 five star reviews.What you didnt know is how amazing the food is. it has no right to be as good as it is for the price they charge. The menu is small, but each item seems delicately crafted to taste unique and inspired. Try anything, its impossible to go wrong.

Very cool atmosphere, tasty bites to eat and best of all dog friendly!!! There are more and more places opening that are dog friendly which is great , but this is an awesome spot to check out! They have less variety than the others but have very good brews for their small selection!

Visited today - pretty cool looking place. The patio was nice and large, and the artwork was a grand ol time. Had wished they had a card to explain what beer was what in the flight, but besides that enjoyed the place.

Absolutely love this place! All of the staff are AMAZING and make you feel so incredibly welcome. Chris & Russ have done an amazing job! The addition of the Patio is wonderful for the hot Kelowna summer days. Not to mention the opening of Provisions kitchen!Do yourself a favor and go check this place out. Amazing Beer, Amazing Food and most of all AMAZING people! You wont be disappointed!

Great local spot full of hipsters and cool people out for fun. Loose Canoe IPA is the classic great beer of choice and every so often they push the limits on beer flavors and styles. Gotta shout out to Ben as well for doting this place with his swagger.

Great beers on tap and have quite a few fun games to play (darts, cards, fooseball). Love the art work on the glasses embracing Kelownas own ogopogo. There is a ramen food truck that stops by in the afternoons as well.

Nicely themed, patio in front. Centrally located downtown Kelowna with nearby breweries.

Really good Craft Beer. Great knowledgeable brewers and friendly too. When you drink here you become part of the family. Just been to a Brewers Dinner and CraAsian Food Truck did the catering what an amazing food experience. These two women that cater out of CraAsian are amazing cooks and with Kettle River Brewing beers what an taste busting experience.

Always great service and an ever-evolving and changing selection of beers. Love the atmosphere and the various food trucks.

There were many taps but only 2 types of beer to choose from. The beer is way over priced at $9 per pint. And the beer tasted "green". I would describe it as dirty unfinished beer. The staff was pleasant and it has a neat hipster environment going on.

Amazing local craft beer, brewed on site. Worth a taste.
