Kerasia beach - Beach in Tepelene, Albania
Kerasia beach in Tepelene
Description
Nice pebbley beach but not enough tavernas.
So far my favourite beach in Corfu. Its a long pebbeld beach with deep blue crystal clear waters mutch warmer compared with those in paleokastritsa area, little to no waves, with shoals of fish ideal for snorkeling/spear fishing...be sure to explore the rocky formations on the left side of the beac or the 2 wild beaches on the right side. It can be reached with any car or bike just keep in mind the road is steep and narrow.
MoreSmall but lovely beach. Its pebbly. Theres a small restaurant at the entrance. The water is very calm (after a small storm, many of the beaches suffered being swollen by the sea or experiencing powerful winds, but not this onw). However, the beach is narrow, and and cars are parked all along the coast.
MoreVery nice beach with clear water. For mid September it was not crowded. We had a pleasant one-day stay here.
MoreLovely pebble beach
Good for fishing 🎣🐟 and nice scenery on the side 🙂
Excellent place for snorkeling. Clear water, nice underwater landscape and various fishes to see.
MoreThis beach is a bit crowded and you have to pay 10€ your umbrella, except if you go far from the road : youll find then shadowing trees and quietness.Beautiful views as everythere along this coast and a pricy but nice tavern.
MoreThe most beautiful Corfu beach, IMO. Wherever is windy and waves, here is calm in this bay.
MoreNot the easiest to get too and its stony, but its a beautiful location, surrounded by trees and wonderful walks. I personally dont like the sunbeds and like to be spread out, and there is room for that and easy parking
MoreVery nice beach, accesible by car.
Beautiful viewpoints abound along the coast road . Kerasia beach is just one of the beautiful beaches along this road.
MoreNice quiet beach spot with views of AlbaniaI wrote a detailed guide on how to make the most of a trip to Corfu on my website if you want more tips - link on my photo
MoreA very beautiful beach, very intimate and quiet. The water is perfect for bathing. Take care, the Albanian Roaming can cost you a fortune!
MoreA secret spot. Hard to find. Two great tavernas directly on the beach.Tourists go elsewhere.
MoreStillest, clearest water you will find anywhere in the world. Beach quite small, but you can park a few metres away and its v convenient.
MoreOne of the best beach we had because of the beautiful and clean water and it wasn’t crowded.
MoreLovely rocky beach. Crystal clear water.
Exceptionally clear water with beautiful pebbly beach
Stony beach. You can rent umbrella and beach bed. Two taverns with good food and draft bear, good house vine Good place to spend whole day
MorePebbled beach. Perfect in the evening with tall trees providing nice shade. Remember to reach this beach through Agios Stefanos and not through the alternative route that Google maps gives first.
MoreNice beach with not too many people. Plenty of parking near by.
Great small beach. The waters amazing:)
Lovely beach at end of road accessible by car. crystal clear water, pebble beach - not crowded during our stay.
MoreA tough road to get there but when you finally arrive you will see a hidden paradise !!One of the best in Corfu island !!
MoreLovely pebble beach with crystal clear water. Not busy when we were there. Plenty of sun loungers. Access by foot from Kaĺami or by road also. Decent Taverna at the far side of the beach. Peaceful tranquil and idyllic. What more could you ask for.
MoreExcellent view
Lovely bay to go swimming in , very stony you will need to get swim shoes as its too hard on your feet to get into the water. It is very deep a few feet in but the water is so clear. Only toilet is the cafe and no changing facilities, no shower to wash off the salty sea water, very basic sunbeds to hire with an umbrella cost 8€ a day.
MoreLovely long pebbly beach. Steep drop off but crystal clear water. Great taverna at one end. Reasonable sun loungers and umbrellas. Pedalo and stand up paddle boards
MoreNice and quiet beach. This is the place if you want smth quiet however, not enough umbrellas unfortunately.
MoreThe beach parking is a nightmare. Constant traffic up and down the back of the beach, cars getting stuck trying to turn around once they realise that there is nowhere to park. Beach quite busy in any case and just no chance to relax. Better beaches nearby.
MoreBeautiful, popular, local pebble beach with shop, taverna and cafe / bar. Great for swimming, or mooring up a boat, good for snorkeling.Umbrellas and chairs provided for very reasonable cost. (A few Euro each).Beautifully clean and warm water and fantastic locals.
MoreBeautiful clean and quiet beach with a choice of tavernas.
Lovely beach with very nice tavernas. Only downside is that the beach becomes a car park in busy periods.
MoreMy son in laws uncle has the beach taverna/ restaurant best meal ever and brilliant service 😎👍
MoreOne of the most beautiful beaches in corfu
Lovely beach, nice friendly taverna
See through see and an amazing beach altogether!
Beautifull quiet beach
Its accessible by car. The beach itself was awesome, not crowded and very clean.
If you talk about beautiful beaches in Greece, you are talking about Kerasia beach. A little bit hidden, however, good to reach by car and with a lot of parking spaces under the trees. There is a restaurant and a small shop for all necessary refreshments. Water is amazing!
MoreI thought this beach might be tricky to drive to as the roads looked narrow. As it turned out, no problem. You can easily park on the beach and walk 10 metres to the sea. The SUP and kayak hire was Euro 10 per hour which seemed fair. It worth going there as it is simply beautiful.
MoreThis beach is quiet and very clean. However the sunbeds costs 8 euros which is a bit higher compared to other beaches of the Corfu. The road to get on Kerassia beach is ok and you can easily find a parking for your car. This place highly recommend if you are looking for a nice place with great sea to relax.
MoreI am not so big fan of beach with stones. Not so many shades.
Lovely pebbly beach in a nice cove. Great taverna and a snack bar on site. Beach shoes a must.
MoreCalm and beautiful beach. Good bar and cafe too
Maybe one of the best beaches on the island...!!!
Nice rocky beach. Cafe, taverna, souvenir shop. Beautiful view.
Wonderful views. Warm water. Going further from the main beach and following little path over the rocks takes you to small beach.
MoreVery nice beach but way too crowded even mid-week.
