Staff behavior not good

Good taste and the most important thing You dont have wait for too long for your order.

KFC has a managerial and supervision issue that has been there for years. Even after changing their chicken to local and the taste rely improved, the staff still make unforgivable mistakes such as wrong orders and missing items in the order... those mistakes almost disappeared from the market but KFC still doing it.Revised on 17 Sep 2022:Major change in everything. KFC food became great specially after using local chicken not the previously imported one. Their response in Drive-thru and Dine-in improved a lot.

I went at 2:30 am and the staff said that only online orders are taken. You order online. Open until 4am as shown on google maps. Anyway, it doesnt matter. After 2 minutes of ordering online, the order shows ready. Go and see that they have given the previous ones. Means the order is cold. Even after saying no response.

The worst branch ever

Very poor! tastes and smells raw chicken!!Not sure if this is only in this particular branch.

The worst ever if u want black and not cooked chicken u have chosen the right branch (marakbat). Garlic sauce is smaller than the other branches, not recommended at all. !!!!

My order was incomplete.. Also, I ordered Coleslaw salad it was only too little for its value ☹️The cashier is not professional at all.

I got the meal not hot and I had order it spicy but the give me the normal one.

I didnt like the service... The order was very late. And the food was not good as per quality...

overall experience is below satisfied.. the flavor of the chicken is not as expected. i order spice chicken.. i am not expecting very spice but at least i should feel the heat like as before, the chicken is slightly crispy kind of undercooked the buns are hard its not new, the serving should at least be little more presentable, and the way the staff serve the extra chicken in our table is with a tong.. literally he took it from the warmer with a tong and directly bring it on our table and put it directly to my friends plate.. we are talking about hygiene and the staff is literally rushing us to fill the feedback form even we just finish ordering. plus no sanitizer on the door so we need to touch door in and out no tissue even.

Bad service, no card payment in drive thru.The restaurant is cheating and stealing customers by adding extra ordersI strongly urge customers to avoid this branch, the worst of the worst.Still bad 2021

On 25th of September 2020 I came to the restaurant , I ordered food and it took 40 minutes ! Even though no one was there , the tables was dirty and the cashier wasnt helpful at all , I talked to the manager , and he said and I quote " These workers are tough to manage ! " , Last time that I eat in this Sh*ty restaurant.

The food is good. But not as good as the rate tho. Everything is expensive and the quantity isnt upto the price.

If I could, I would post stars in negative numbers.This place continues to make the worst fries in the world. Oily, cold and old. And ofcourse it always worse when you dont eat at the restaurant or pick it up but rather have it delivered at home.I WANT TO GET WHAT I PAY FOR. GIVE ME GOOD FOOD PLEASE.

I have tried there Kabayan Meal. Sauce was not sufficient for the rice. Chicken was ok.

I dont know why the taste of pakistan kfc and Saudia kfc is so different. Pakistani KFC food taste is way much better than Saudia kFC.

I bought 1 Dinner meal chicken 4 pcs in drive truIt was incomplete the the chicken only 3 pcs i received.No spoon for the salad.No receipt.I just wondering how KFC can give satisfaction.Im also a valid costumer 😒

180° improvment, I had given up on KFC for years now, but after trying it this time it was really good. Clean, fresh, quick, and delicious. 10/10 keep up the improvement

Slow service. Staff need training and to take it easy with customers. They should listen to customer order carefully. A smile from the staff is good too. The management should put qualified people to deal with the crowd.Food taste has deteriorated significantly.Another staff was good and he fixed our concerns.

Chicken were not fresh.The other thing that bugs me is that they would not allow us to Stay inside during Prayer Time.

They take a lot of time. Around 15-20 mints. There fries were like soaked in water. Ive had much better fries elsewhere.
