Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) in Lilongwe

Theres a very rude cashier at city mall KFC called SYMON, bad attitude and just loiters about keeping customers waiting. He should be sacked. 3 people in the queue complained about his rudeness!!!

No quality standard

This is one of the best eating places in Lilongwe. Their meals are second to none, so crunchy and juice. The place is clean, and the customer service is superb. The prices of the meals are very affordable. If you are a lover of nice and well prepared meals, you cannot leave Lilongwe without making a visit at KFC Lilongwe. Simply the best.🇲🇼❤️🤤

The staff are organised and very efficient (thanks to the order management system). BUT, the food is not too great. When compared to the KFC in Blantyre, the chicken here is just too hard. It is not easy to bite into. Sad they dont provide toothpicks.

Taste is KFC, nice juicy Chicken fried chicken. Chips were perfect.The waiting was looong (-2 stars)

Chicken was nice and fresh unlike the bread rolls I was given the other day not to mention the feathers on the wings.

Chicken is good, food is good, but I doubt the chicken is really from Kentucky

The staff need to learn how to get the orders right but the food itself is good.

Best KFC ever. Manager Hennie ensured the food received was always of the best quality. I am still to find a KFC in South Africa that even comes close to KFC Lilongwe. Thanks guys.

Drive through service is pathetic always check your order before you leave i order a.double crunch burger and discovered i only the bun when i got home I spent a total of 35 minutes to get my food

The worst customer service in Lilongwe by a mile. Ordered delivery at 4, waited till 7 and not single phone call.

Extremely disappointed with service, drive in at 10.15pm though the drive through, placed my order and told to go and park as order will take 10mins...waited for over 30mins and the surprising thing is they are not even busy...very unfortunate to see such big franchises being handled so poorly.

Its nice to know that KFC chicken tastes the same wherever you are.

Convenient place a quick bite. Also has a drive through service area. The place is located at the City Mall at Mchinji Round About.

Very nice place. A trip to Lilongwe and a must visit to KFC. Its awesome. Its mouthwatering burgers and a nice taste of the Oreo Krusher.

I just love KFC. WE DONT HAVE OPTION IN Lilongwe as there is only one outlet...... quality is okay....

The sole KFC in Lilongwe. Located in the city mall complex. Service is sometimes slow for a drive in. The chicken comes in very big pieces and very tasty and juicy.Ideal for your kids and friends Saturday outings

This is not a upto standard KFC restaurant at all.. the menu list is too short. Service is also very slow. Sometimes you have to wait hours .. Sitting arrangement also inadequate.. visited 2-3 times . But don’t like it.

Drive through, eat in or if you enjoy outdoors you can have your meal on their front porch. The only KFC in the city of Lilongwe

Quick service, polite staff, excellent meals

It has got one of the slowest take away facility. The bigger the order the more time they take to have it ready. Imagine spending like 30minutes.

Probably the worst KFC in the world, typical Malawian service, poor, slow, staffs dead man face. Always out of washing soap, not timely cleaned floor, sometimes it takes half an hour before your food is ready, sometimes they are using yesterday fried Chicken. The management is totally a disaster compared to KFC in other country.

Nothing to add its KFC, you go there for the chicken .The chicken is KFC but sometimes the service is so slow, that it becomes Malawi Fried Chicken.. Malawian service with a KFC flavor..

Tasty chicken. Have only been a few times to this location. Of course nothing compares to eating KFC in Kentucky. The food has been good, but the service is slow in the drive-thru.

I was amazed how identical it was to UK KFCs when they opened, I have notice a negative change taking place and this to encourage more training of stuff and advise not to compromise on product. Great place though. Why I give 4/5 ☆
