Rooms werent as cold, but thr bed was comfy and the food was great!

Andriel Scharff is an amazing front office manager!My family and I planned to spend my daughters birthday at the pool and beach only to have Mothernature ruin our plans with a heavy rainstorm.On the fly I had to make an audible and change to an indoor venue. Andriel followed her company policy and rules and was still able to accommodate my needs.Thank you for saving my daughters birthday. I appreciate everything you did for us.

Old hotel with great pools and friendly staff. Pillows smell like a wet dog. You hear all sort of noise from rooms upstairs and rooms next to you.But I would go back there for the pools and the location.

I don’t like how me and my friends booked at the same time but they got the newly renovated rooms and i wasn’t given one but was given the option to upgrade for an extra $90 which i didn’t do. why should i be forced to pay $90 and they didn’t even though we booked and checked in at the same exact time.

Great location with good amenities and several restaurants. Awesome pool and immediate beach access! Probably time to update the rooms as they are dated and starting to show wear & tear, but it’s fine. Friendly staff!

Below my expectaion for overallCant accept the service as 5stars hotelWe have struggled to get a house keeping for 3nights stayIt was unpleasant experienceI asked a house keeping 4times but they didnt clean our room for 3daysIve never experienced this kind of service when I visit the other hotel in the world.Also the room card doesnt work during our stay so we struggled to fix it and It was so uncomportable.

This is a pretty amazing hotel and has exceeded my expectations. The entrance is very grand and extremely welcoming. Right off the beach with a large pool with a water feature. The pool actually has different sections. There is a restaurant and shopping area. Theres also a deli when you first walk in. The rooms are very nice.... Laminate flooring for supposed ease of cleaning. Theres an enclosed toilet with bidet. The bidet has a seat warmer and water warmer too. You have ultimate privacy while using the toilet behind a door. Small shower is probably the only gripe. Large tub, amazing views..... Sliding doors/wall for the bathroom area. Loved it.... I would just say an updated furniture/electronic package and this place would be set.

Most thing is good. But, house keeping service is terrible. No one change our used towel and clean the room. Service is not good.

An absolutely stunning experience while in Guam. The staff and management here exceeded expectations and made my stay incredibly amazing! If I ever come back I’ll return here as fast as possible!

Very nice place, awesome people, a lot of stores and restaurants to visit. They even have beautiful outdoor setting and cool pools.

King with panoramic view on the 12th floor was incredible. For some reason, our room was never serviced. We needed to call daily. The pool and beach areas were so great, we wanted to just chill there the whole time.

The first room we stayed in had a mattress smell like pee and the shower had someones hair in it, was not cleaned. we were moved to a different room only to be bitten by bed bugs. manager didnt want to originally change our room and offered to just clean it. tourist trap do not go, we went to dusit thani hotel and it costed less and was far better.

Service and food at the Niji Restaurant was AWESOME.These are the reasons I keep going back for more.Remember, if your food is not DELICIOUS, you wouldnt have any CUSTOMERS returning back for more.

Employees are nice and helpful But security needs to be more visible and check the handicap ♿️ because people parked with no handicap card not fair for people who has the handicap card other than that Hotel is very good and nice 👍

Beautiful hotel. Mothers day weekend, I couldnt get a table for one without a prior reservation, although Catherine, the team leader in the Cafe Kitchen restaurant saved me from eating a lonely dinner inside my room on a Saturday night.

My favorite hotel so far. It’s beautiful, well organized, and various things to enjoy staying in. Each rooms have lovely decor.Especially pools are amazing. I wanna come back and stay here again.

No more wear the mask! Great staff, service and the Regency lounge is open again. Especially enjoyed the Cafe Kitchen and Ms. Lorraine and Mr. Michael warm greetings each day. Hyatt Guam property has everything you need that you do not need to leave the property. Live music in the lounge on weekends, great pool and warm ocean waves. The staff, from top to bottom, could not be more accommodating. Its my home away from home when Im in Guam.

Great location right on the beach. Rooms and balconies are nice. Good desk. Upgraded rooms have super soft beds if you like that. I prefer the not ungraded ones with firmer beds. Besides a bigger tv so other difference. Nice pool but the fact it closes at 6 pm is simply unacceptable!!! Sunset is not until 630. Bizarre. Hot tub broken too. Also, none of the rooms I found have truly complete black out curtains. Staff all great!

I was incredibly impressed with This hotel with its 5 stars structure and service. I felt like a king on my room. Tons of amenities restaurants, bars, stores and the amount of pools and beautiful landscape next to de beach will make you want to stay and never leave. Many business around the beautiful area. It’s Not far from the airport. Plan your stay transportation because there is no Uber, only taxis. There is a convenience store called ABC right off the hotel to the left. If you can’t find what you need at the hotel. Will def remember this stay for ever.

Staff is nice and friendly, rooms are pretty nice but could use some updating, nice view of the beach, gym is pretty good for a quick workout, pools are nice. Laundry is $8 for washing and drying and on every third floor. I’d recommend if you’re visiting Guam

A nice hotel in a great location with beautiful sunsets. The only thing that puzzled me was that the pool hours were only 9 am to 6 pm, so it was hard to enjoy it after being out during the day!

Great location! The Hyatt Regency is a true resort. Several very good restaurants onsite. The pools and fabulous. Bring your snorkel kit, the beach has a reef. It can be a little cloudy but still lots of fish and coral. The staff here are excellent. The rooms are very large and the bathrooms are huge. I wouldnt stay anywhere else on the island!

Lines were super long for each station. Food was good, but the wait time made it cold before you could get back to your table and eat

Not thrilled with the room, tub had hair in it. I mean its the Hyatt, maybe I expected too much. On the other hand the pool was nice.

The place is beautiful for the location. Rooms are very comfortable, and staff is very helpful. I did have some late stomping, and dragging furniture into the night. I love the bed, the bath/tub, and the bidet is top notch. Room service is fast and they are kind. Having a view to the sunset or the TV from the tub is a nice touch. The pool downstairs is great along with plenty to see and eat. Theres a good amount of shops and places nearby. No microwave but the floor shares them in the laundry room where washers are coin washers.

Room was dated, bathroom especially. Could never figure out the tub drain to actually take a bath. TV was small and no microwave on my floor. Th view was beautiful of the ocean, the beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have a japanese toilet seat. I think they are renovating room so try and get an upper floor. The lobby is beautiful and the pool area is huge although I dont think they are renting out beach items to due to covid. Be advised the island is extremely restrictive right now due to covid, have to show proof of vaccination everywhere you go. Also be advised the restaurant is extremely slow.

If top notch service is your thing then Hyatt Regency, Guam is the place for you. Top notch customer service, great food, very comfortable relaxing and clean. Theyve gone above and beyond to make my entire family feel safe during the covid pandemic. Everything is clean and properly regulated I recommend this place 100%.

This was one of the best accommodations ever! I found this quaint place to be very relaxing; the staff was nice and attentive! Beach is amazing; water is warm and calm!

Our room seemed dated and showed some age. Pool area was large nicely decorated (look out for the snails). Restaurants served great food

I love the food and the pool. I always get the tuna poke. I would recommend this place, the beach is really sallow with few waves to no waves which is great for babies and puppies to enjoy.

Extremely wonderful service, an amazing place. Just what you expect for a five-star hotel. This has it all. Wonderful staff and amazing location and really clean rooms and wonderful garden and really cool swimming pools. Absolutely strongest possible recommendation.

I chose to stay at the Hyatt for the first time for my birthday . Initially, I was skeptical about the stay due to some inconveniences such as LOUD unexpected construction on the floors above us and an error in the room type we reserved. However, after addressing the issues with Guest Services, we were accommodated very quickly and the staff were very apologetic and made sure we were happy! All in all, we loved our renovated room. The room was clean and the balcony was clean. My toddler loved the little play tent, legos, and children’s books that came with the family room. We loved the pool and the cleanliness of the surrounding area. My favorite part of the stay was the quality of the bed and pillows and the kindness of the staff. I only took away one star because the parking garage can be difficult to find parking at certain times of the day and can be a bit trashed.Other than that, I highly recommend Hyatt to those looking to relax... with or without children!

Room was simple but clean and comfortable. Didnt feel closed in. There was noise from a generator or a/c outside that was noticeable at night when youre in the balcony but couldnt hear it inside thankfully. Most staff encountered were friendly and courteous. Elevators were also quite fast (but maybe because not many were staying at the time too). Pool was wonderful and Id go again just to relax by the poolside. It is also super convenient that there are multiple restaurants right across or in walking distance.

They have spoken to the housekeeping manager and put a note on file yet everyday there are feather pillows on the bed replacing my foam ones. When asked to bring back up the foam pillows, on several occasions they have been out so no pillows but a consistent apology. Feather particles still on the bed to aggravate allergies. Definitely not the Hyatt standard, better off with another hotel along the beach.

Great location, awesome view from all the rooms. Beach area very shallow great for young children. Pool area suitable for all ages. Rooms have an open airy feel, are clean and well kept. Staff is very helpful. I look forward to coming back.

현재 숙박중(23일까지). I am currently staying until the 23rd, Dec.Shower room - the water leaks out every time I take a shower, so the bathroom keeps getting flooded. The problem was that the water flows towards the toilet, not the drain. From the first day until the second morning, the hot water didnt come out well, so I talked about it three times, but its okay to go out and come back at night.The ice machine on the sixth floor broke down, so I walked all four or five floors, but I didnt have any at all, so I gave up and came back to my room, called back and said Id bring it back, but after 30 minutes had passed...(A little later, a guy has a cold face and came with ice without saying a word. I admit it is a little late, but where is the hotel service spirit?he made me angry)The overall facility is backward, but not dirty.Other auxiliary facilities, swimming pool, access to the beach, and location of downtown are as good as other reviews.Its my fourth visit, and every time theres a problem in the bathroom.The parking lot is free if you do it on your own.There are many advantages over disadvantages, but satisfaction is approximately 75%.샤워실 - 샤워할 때마다 물이 밖으로 새서 화장실은 계속 물바다. 물도 배수구쪽이 아닌 화장실쪽으로 흐르는게 문제. 첫날부터 둘째날 오전까지는 뜨거운 물이 잘 나오지않아서 세번을 얘기했는데, 나갔다가 밤에 오니 좀 괜찮음.6층의 얼음기계는 고장나서, 4,5층을 다 돌아다녔는데 아예 없어서 포기하고 방으로 와서 전화를 거니 가져다주겠다고 했는데, 30분이 지났음..(좀 이따, 한 남자직원이 인상쓰고 말없이 얼음건네고 감. 시간이 좀 늦은건 인정 ㅎㅎ 하지만, 호텔의 서비스 정신은 어디로?)전반적인 시설은 낙후되었으나, 더럽진 않고그 밖에 여러가지 부대시설들과 수영장, 해변 접근성, 번화가(?)와의 위치 등은 다른 리뷰들처럼 좋음.네번째 방문인데, 그때마다 뭔가 욕실쪽에서 문제가 발생하여 ㅋ주차장은 셀프로 하면 무료라 오케이.단점보다는 장점이 많지만, 만족도는 대략 75%정도.

Great family hotel. It is perfect for family with little kids. Staff were so friendly and polite. Swimming is spacious and very well maintained, and had a direct connection to the beach. The room and interiors are outdated and boring and the restaurant and the lounge could get very busy and crowded. Overall good experience!

Our 3 nights trip with my friends was outstanding. The staff was very friendly.Got the lounge facilities with simple & filling breakfast. Soothing pool area. There was bridal fair going on happy to bridal faces around.The property is very easy to access places near Guam.

Great staff, excellent pools for young families, beach front is lovely and the reef can be explored with snorkel gear. The room we stayed in was in need of a serious update, but the amenities and location made up for it. Room was spacious and all rooms have a gorgeous ocean view!
