It is a great national park. It is not far away from the nearest big city 高雄 (Kaohsiung). There is amazing scenery. I highly recommend people to come here.

The Whole Kenting area is amazing and great for relaxing and having fun.Evening time go to Central Road Night Market.

This area is very large with a lot of diversity in plants and landscape. You could spend hours here and see a fraction of the stuff. Beautiful beaches, rock formations, and cliffs are all Instagram-worthy photo ops.

A vast national park with an endless amount of trails and things to explore. I highly recommend spending several hours exploring the coral caves and watch out for those monkeys!

Great place to go with the family. Relax and enjoy swimming and playing in the ocean. They also have food service that drives around to see if you want any food or drinks!

A excellent national park

This place was great for a nice during the heat of summer. There were plenty of shades along the paths, and a nice coastal breeze. We went in the morning and watched monkeys forage and chase each other around. While walking along the paved paths, we saw a variety of animals such as lizards, crabs, and insects. The sight and sounds of the park are worth the visit alone. Dont worry because almost all the roads were paved; therefore, it was more walking than hiking. Some of the attractions were closed due to maintenance, but wed come back again to enjoy everything else.

It’s a lovely place to relax. You can see nice tall trees and green grass fields. You can walk up to the beach and if you can watch the beautiful sunset if it’s not cloudy.

Nice place, big area, so even if the parking lot appears full not to crowded. Butter on weekdays.

This is an excellent area to spend 3 days 2 nights to explore the various natural sights and beach. There are rock formations, lighthouse, nature walks, windmills, hot spring, wind-swept cliffs, farms and night market among other attractions. For beginner cyclists, do not try to cycle the triangular loop as the road becomes hilly and steep on the eastern side.

Amazing beach reset place

The place to visit if you want to escape the bustling city life. The area is scenic and the atmosphere is refreshing. Transportation to the area was very convenient, our taxi driver took us directly to the location without hesitation. One can also access the park via scooter, bike or private transport.

This park is easy to walk. Good for young children and elderly. There are many paths with unique features that are worth seeing. On our way up to fairy caves, we walked into a path of 6-7 wild deers rushing for cover. Weather was nice. Unfortunately, some of the paths were closed but they charged half price for the tickets. Easy to find parking too.

Terrible architecture and toi many people. There are plenty of other places in Taiwan to enjoy the sea than this one

Some facilities (e.g fairy caves, sea view towerare closed. We paid 1/2 price for the ticket, good walk but not very special. I would recommend 社顶 instead of Kenting National Park Scenic area.

Interesting landscapes, clear blue water, surf and sunbathe! Recommend to rent a bike and explore everything on it. Locals are I really kind ❤️ love them so much. Food in restaurants would be expensive, so its better to book a hostel with a kitchen and buy a fish and seafood in the local markets, then cook by yourself. It will be much cheaper and very yummy! In November the water is pretty cool. Be careful about wind and check the forecast before.

This place is beautiful. It is one of the best places to visit in Taiwan, this place includes a lot of beaches and beautiful forests. Lots of nature things to observes and make sure you make time visit there. Amazing sounds and wildlife also.

Although Kenting has beautiful beaches, be wary of which ones you can actually swim at. Many of the beaches are bought out by hotels so that only their guests can swim there. The main beach you can swim at is South Bay beach or Nanwan but its besides a nuclear plant and is quite average. Kenting is probably the most touristy place in Taiwan yet information is difficult to find in English. If youre a person in your twenties, youll likely enjoy it as it is a party town/area. Overall, its gorgeous but overated.

Fun for everyone. From beautiful beach experiences to wonderful views from the nearby mountain peaks, there is an adventure for you. Highlights for my family are snorkeling and looking for hidden natural treasures. Great place to connect with nature.

A well kept secret that I dont want to share. Still untouched my mass tourism, you can immerse yourself in nature, find hidden paths, and lose yourself away from everything.

Calm and peaceful seaIts better with scooter

One of the National parks that I loved most, you wont feel youre inside the park since theres no sign to tell you youre there.But this place is definitely a beach lovers paradise.Everyone are on slow pase and dont expect much people understand English, since its a very country side of Taiwan.

Fantastic diving! Wish they would include the coast and water in the park land, make it a marine sanctuary... There would be so much more marine life if they could protect them!

Kenting National Park has long, white sandy beaches. Amazing tropical paradise! Check waterfalls, hiking trails, surfing, snorkeling info and pictures.

Kending National Park is amazing! Is has a looot of little beaches, most of them are flooded with people, but also little hidden ones of youre willing to lookout for them. You just have to look right and left at the beaches themselve and explore the surrounding area a bit. Its not hard to find empty little bays.

Baishavan is good place for swimming. However, must be careful because several big stones in entrance to water between sand beach areas. So, could be dangerous if big wave.

If you like, swimming, snorkeling, Scuba diving , Hot Springs, seeing sea life, monkeys, deer, coral reefs surfing, body boarding, hiking, nightmarkets, restaurants where you can pick out your own live seafood,vand off the beaten path areas too, you may just find the perfect place for you. Ive done & seen nearly everything, except surfing and Scuba diving .

Something for everyone, beaches, restaurants, street food, shopping, nature reserves, go karts, snorkeling. And great weather to boot!

Kenting national park is a very beautiful place to enjoy a beach vacation with family and friends .. see the blue sea water is also beautiful lighthouse and stunning coastline scenery! maybe next year i will come here again for a getaway to kenting beach

Beautiful! You can rent an electric scooter to get around Kenting and enjoy all the scenery.

Beautiful mountains. Nice small beaches. Bit dirty after the typhoon but to be expected. Southern most tip is worth a visit. Lots of places to eat and drink and chill.

AN absolute must see in Taiwan. The beaches are warm but there is a coral run out just beyond the shore that is kind of dangerous.

Nice area, big so you should rent a bike

Its a real beautiful area. The beaches and sights are all wonderful. There are all types of accommodation options too. Food choices are plentiful. Amazing place for a holiday. Surfing cycling and diving are recommended for those looking for a active holiday. I rank kenting above Bali and phuket for beach holidays.

My 5th stay in Kenting. A great day trip we stayed @ Hai Ye a BEAUTIFUL beach front hotel on Nan Wan rd, Heng Chun township . Was a little upset we only did a day, had no idea this would off been so wonderful.You are right across from the beach and all activities, with 10 to 15 mins drive to downtown. The hotel is just above their breakfast(@8amrestaurant and next to another restaurant.Am hoping more restaurant open in this area. To find more food youll need to get a taxi or rent a bike to all restaurants in the downtown area. To see the beauty of Kenting as a foreigner you need to have transport. Another thing they should have,a English speaking tour bus for the area. Ive seen some really beautiful site in the area but you need to hire a personal tour guide.Remember at this public beach you need to wear beach shoes. It is VERY dirty, people throw garbage everywhere. Its a shame because the beach colour is beautiful and the water clear.

Paved nature trails through an enormous tropical forest. Many highlights along the way, such as caves, a lookout tower and monkeys in trees. Give yourself a few hours to take it all in, and have a wonderful time.

This national park is the must visit place for high school students before they graduate from school.

Its pretty nice here for the views. I didnt see much wild life though. Felt like a big money trap?

The area is huge. In the whole area of Kenting, you must visit The Most Southern Point of Taiwan, stand there and watch the tide occupies the area. Rent a scooter (remember to bring the international licenseand ride around the area. Kenting is very nice by Sunset, that was the clearest sunset that I have seen in years. Nice place for photographer as well. Bus access from Kaosiung ^^
