Missing sides, staff is frantic but not very attentive at times. I went up to order extra sides and server cleared my remaining food and most of my drink with my other belongings there. I mean I was literally giving them more money and they threw my stuff out. There were hardly many people there but the staff was frantic to clear tables while more than 2/3 of the restaurant was empty. Disappointed and will just order delivery from now on. Ang gulo tapos wala man tao haha. Oh and there was a hair in my addition mac & cheese. THIS PLACE IS A MESS.

AVOID. Not all items are available, still waiting for food after 20 mins. Poor service. Steamed vegetables came last after we are done and not cooked well. No apologies from server or staff after being late.

Upon entry we were advised to sit in family table good for 4-5 people ( though theres just 3 of us ). We asked if its okay and they said yes. We ordered our food and waited. After 15 minutes a family of 12 entered and we are asked to move. They move us to table with only one chair and left us there. I asked if its okay to sit together since were family ( others are doing soagain they said yes so we settled but not after 5 minutes one of their staff approach us and advised that we sit in 3 different tables! They moved the table and again left us alone.

Very well managed and proper sitting arrangements. Delicious and healthy menu. Worth the money. Better than that typical KFC or McDo. If your choice is healthy interesting food; Go for Kenny Rogers Roaster.

Serving size of the omg chicken is very little not worth the price. Ill give 2 stars atleast the cheese burger serving size is ok for 195

If youre going for healthy, go for Kenny! The franchise that you know can give a healthy selection. Though meals are by the 3 digit pesos, the food is delicious with ample variety. My fave is Clam Chowder, Chipotle Chicken and those baby potatoes chives are just exquisite from their wide range of side dishes. Crew are nice and service is relatively speedy enough.

This is my 2nd experience in which i was told my orders will be ready after 18 mins....heck! 4o minutes na po wala pa rin! I love the food BUT the service is so verg lousy!!! Nakabili na ako ng pang takeout sa katabing DD, pavdating ko wala pa rin orders.....KRRs management, pls do something on this! Nakakadala na!!! Mawawalan kayo ng customers pag ganito ka dilly-dally ng staff nyo! 😡
