A must-visit if you come to downtown Bethlehem. In fact, many people who live here havent been to this quaint museum yet and thats just not acceptable. They have a fascinating permanent collection and rotate in special exhibits as well! Like the Purse Lady! (Shes awesome)
MoreWonderful display of pocketbooks.
🤔
Interesting visit, unique items to view. The Kemerer is part of a walking tour package of other museums around the historic district of Bethlehem which highlight the heritage and culture of 19th-century founders of a Moravian religious order. For history buffs, a great sidetrip here to the Lehigh Valley just north of Philadelphia.
MoreHas some nice pieces of art on display. Also includes rotating special displays.

Arcade night was fun
A quant local museum that is part of the Bethlehem museum "complex". Visited here as they were hosting a classic arcade themed Friday night "shindig". Very cool, Bethlehem it seems has much more history than one might think and when combined with interesting events like this worth checking out. Staff was polite and engaging.
MoreThis is a beautiful museum with a cute event to get people inside.
One of the hidden museums of Bethlehem. Even locals are surprised to know there are museums and events weekly here. Great place inside with both good staff and volunteers. Visiting is a must in my opinion
MoreDont know I never went there
We had such an enjoyable, mind expansion of knowledge. Our tour guide Carol was so very knowledgeable about every detail of every aspect of the entire museum. We truly did not expect to be wowed the way we were. Great museum tucked away. You should seek it out and make sure you have time to peruse.

Wonderful museum for Bethlehem culture!
It was a delightful experience!
Very interesting museum that showcases the way people lived in the Lehigh Valley through the past few centuries. From the locally made grandfather clocks to the full-room reproductions to the many dollhouses, we spent an enjoyable and educational 2 hours learning about our past.
MoreThis place was pretty neat. We went during the free Sundays they were promoting. They had snacks and crafts for the kids. Theres a play area and you can join the tour. They also have a printed scavenger hunt. Definitely recommend doing this.
