Its an Irish pub with great food and ice cold beer, what more could you ask for?! Their buck-a-shuck is also a great deal. Makes me a little sad that were moving out of state!

It’s a dependable place to get tasty food and reasonably priced drinks. Only complaint is that I’ve gotten fresh oysters on two occasions and they both had tiny pieces of shell broken into them.

An excellent meal, service and atmosphere. We loved the corned beef bites and the shrimp and fried green tomatoes.

The best part of the experience was our server, Eliza. She is just an oyster young woman. Maybe you can get lucky enough to get her when she is home from college. The Irish Poppets are awesome and the Mussels were Felicia and abundant. Kudos to Kelseys.

Very good burgers, but theyre served in a plastic basket. Some of the burgers are so tall that you cant get both hands around them, and even if you did, youd need to unhinge your jaw to take a bite. So, eat with silverware instead, but the basket makes it difficult. Is serving a burger like that on real a plate not an obvious thing to do? Do you have to ask? Yeah, its a nit, but I its a nice place with good service and liile more attention to detail would go a long way.

Bridal Shower for my future daughter in law at Kelsey’s Restaurant was wonderful. The menu was fantastic and the private room had a nice flow to enjoy yourself. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

A quaint local pub with a great atmosphere! Tables were clean, service was fast and polite, and most importantly the food was on point! My date and I got oysters, the meatloaf, and the reuben. Live music was awesome too! Highly recommended!

Oysters were not grilled appeared to be baked. My wife had the Ruben and is feeling like garbage. Weve been in maryland for almost 2 years and tried a lot of the restaurants in columbia, anne arundel, Glen Bernie, annapolis, laurel, etc. This is the only resturant where it was our first and last visit

My wife and I have been here a number of times. This past week we got the nachos. They were great. Everything was fresh and tasty! Definitely getting these again. The salads are great as are the fish and chips. Good beer selection too.

FIRST AND LAST TIME HERE!! Ordered three ribeye steak sandwiches and deviled egg starter.Sandwich #1 HAD A GREEN BEAN BURIED IN THE MIDDLE OF OF IT!!!Sandwich #2 barely had any meat and was mostly bread...Sandwich #3 had so much cheese on it was ridiculous...The deviled eggs were two eggs, cut in half, with a tiny spec of crabmeat barely enough to taste. The entire order was sloppily put together, did not look appetizing, and didnt taste very good. I was going to bring friends here for drinks and food but I will take them somewhere better

It was around 12:40 am on Saturday night. Kelsey’s closes at 2 am. My friends and I were looking for a place to eat and have fun and we all live near Kelsey’s. We walk in the the bar says to us “sorry we had last calls. We closed our cashiers” and did not serve us. That was 1 hour and 20 min before closing. Very disappointed

Food and drinks are always really good! Ellen and Brenden have been my bartenders a few times are they so friendly and kind. My husband is from England and thinks the food is very authentic. This is our favorite Irish pub in the United States so far :)

Bit disappointing. Ive been several times, pre-covid, always great. I ordered my favorite dish, the Blackened ribeye. There was absolutely NO bacon jam on the brussell sprouts, and they now serve just plain mashed potatoes with it. Also, the worst bread pudding Ive EVER had. Hope things get back to normal.

Nice place with big portions. Had a Rueben and fries. Wait person was very nice providing the right amount of attention. Not too busy. Food was ok nothing spectacular.

This was a fantastic surprise. We were in the shopping center looking for another place that seems gone now. We decided to give this a shot since we were there. It was so good! The food was fantastic, came out super fast, and the people were all kind. We will definitely go again next time were in that part of the state.

Great service. Clean facilities. Reasonable beer selections. My only wish would be for them to offer more vegetarian options. Unfortunately even the marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks has "bacon fat drippings" in it.The salad I had was excellent, but would have loved to have more options available to me.

I just had a baby shower at Kelseys in their party room. I can not give enough praise to the staff and restaurant. The food was exceptional and the entire staff that assisted us before, during and after the shower were top notch. I highly recommend using Kelseys for your next party. There is not one negative thing to say. It was a 5 star rating from start to finish.

Love kelseys, been going there for a long time its a great spot for lunch and dinner. We love that there is outdoor seating available, and they are dog friendly!Food and atmosphere are both excellent!

Had the Rock fish special minus the fingerling potatoes since Im low carb. It was delicious. They did the Rock fish skin on and the grilled broccolini was a good compliment.

Fantastic hamburger with all the extras. Also, just found out that the hamburgers are $3 off on Sunday nights. They have inside and outside dining.

My daughter and I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant today and we enjoyed the food. My daughter had the fried chicken salad, which was extremely huge, and I had the Ribeye steak with brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes. While I wasnt a fan of the Brussel sprouts, everything else was scrumptious. The waitress was very pleasant and she even switched the brussel sprouts out for another order of mashed potatoes.We will definitely be visiting again!

Top notch service from Kelseys staff! The crab cakes sandwich was good and the curly fries outstanding. My friend had the burger which was very good. We will go back!

When here for a catering event in their private room. The food was so good. The staff was great. Our event was about 50 people everyone had a great time. And it was very convenient.

I had the Rockfish with skin in a lemon sauce with fingerling potatoes and broccolini. It was OUTSTANDING. My husband had meatloaf with fresh greenbeans and mashed potatoes. He was very pleased. We go there regularly, but tonight’s meal really was wonderful. Sadly, we were too full for the bread pudding with Baileys we usually get. Yum!!!

Been there a few times and each time the experience gets worse. Dropped by yesterday for some drinks with my family. The waiter was rude right from the start; in fact, we left without service as his demeanor upset my daughter so much he had brought her to tears. Find somewhere else to spend time with your family/ friends - somewhere where they do not take customer loyalty for granted.

We went for dinner and had a great time. The food was very good and the service was spot on.“Java Joe” Wickless was performing in the bar and the music was awesome. He should be a regular!!Will come back again.

Very lively restaurant on a Saturday evening. Their menu extends beyond the typical Irish fare which was all pretty good. It seems like a popular choice amongst the locals. The bar area also seems like a good spot to watch games with a good number of TV options.

We stopped here for a sit down meal in thr middle of our roadtrip. Food was amazing and service was great. We tried the deviled eggs with crab, the cheesesteak and beer cheese burger. Everything was great. It came out fast, everything was correct, and it tasted amazing. Wish we lived closer this would probably become our favorite spot

Shrimp salad sandwich was delicious. Chicken brie is charred if you like it char grilled. Mozzarella sticks have a different seasoning. We found a hair stuck inside the cheese. The carry out and curbside customer service is pleasant which slightly makes up for it.

Great restaurant with lots of Irish choices. They had several beers on tap including Guinness blonde. I had the corned beef and mashed potatoes. It was delicious and so much better than ones I’ve had in the past. Is a great place to eat and relax. There’s a bar side and a restaurant side. The bar side looked fun.

First and last time. The restaurant was extremely busy and most likely why the service was terrible. Our waitress had a large party of 18 + and other tables to attend to. Our entrees were served approximately 45 min after ordering. Both cups of coffee I had ordered were luke warm. Meatloaf was over cooked and dry. Could not recognize the bacon that was supposedly wrapped around. It was literally black in color. Mashed potatoes and green beans room temperature. My husband after waiting several minutes got up, went to the hostess and asked for a beverage refill. First impressions matter. Very disappointed.

Overall was a great dinning experience. Split an order of Buffalo wings for an app. they were meaty and very good. Cooked to perfection. I had the tuna, it again was cooked to perfection and delicious. I had a taste of the Shepherds pie, it was packed with flavor, yum. Service was good. No complaints.

Had the ribeye with Brussel sprouts, its allot of food and worth every unbelievably tasty bite! The summer mule cocktail is delicious!

Great menu. Great service. Back again but this time Domino was with us outside and treated very nicely by Jenny. Mussels in saffron butter were very good. Dubliner on GF and standard Dubliner were also great. Desserts flourless chocolate cake & ice cream sundae.

Kelseys Irish Pub in Ellicott City was AMAZING! First impressions are lasting impressions and I was impressed! Our server was attentive, but not annoying, informative, and efficient. The ambiance was nice (we sat by the fireplace). The only part I would change is the music (too literal). The food was off the chain! "Two thumbs up and a back snap!"

I have not ate here before. I uber and had to pick up and order from here during the COVID-19 epidemic. Really Irishy. They have beads with the clovers you dig your had in a pot and fish them out cute. Everything is social distancing efficient. I can tell people enjoy working here. Seems to have a full staff.

Food was wonderful! Large portions at a good price. Very clean, and the waitress was very attentive. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The food is SO GOOD! In addition to having a nice size menu with options for every palette, the restaurant has the distinction of being one of the first in the county to implement outdoor dining after the COVID closures. The first weekend, they were ready with live music and covered outdoor tables in the parking lot.Thank you Kelseys for facilitating our communitys return to normalcy!

I brought family from out of town here today. It was one of our first experiences since the COVID lockdown and we didn’t know what to expect. It was a nice day so we sat outside. There’s so many choices on the menu it was hard to decide. See the attached pictures for our final selections. Everyone was really happy with their choices. The presentation was good and the food tasted even better. I’m sure we’ll come back again. Hopefully the next time we’ll get to enjoy the vibe inside at the bar!

Its my new favorite Irish place. The loaded fries were perfect. Ask to make sure the gravy and sour cream are on the side.The sausages and mashed potatoes taste great with the dark beer gravy. The chicken pot pie is unlike anything ive ever had. Its not just a bread topping; the whole dish is a pie baked in breadcrumb crust. The vegetables are cut the same size as the chicken pieces and the sauce ties everything together perfectly.Good parking too. When I come back here, I will upload more pictures.

Delicious and generous servings of Shepherds Pie.. great presentation in iron skillets.. yummy mac and cheese.. and Bavarian pretzels are perfect for dipping as an appetizer AND then order more to enjoy with your entree!

Awesome place!! Atmosphere is nice and warm with fire place going in the corner. Traveling from California and this place was recommended by my coworkers back home when they traveled here few weeks ago. I ordered blackened Ribeye Steak with Brussel sprouts. Steak was cooked prefect at medium with bone marrow butter and Brussels sprout was deep fired with Bacon Jam!!! One of the best tasting tender Steaks I had and Brussels was out of this world. For dessert I got lava cake which was really a brownie topped with ice cream, whip cream, chocolate and raspberry sauce!! Delicious. They also have homemade cheesecake, but it was already sold out. Maybe next time I’ll try that.

This is the most favorite restaurant to me. I love German and Irish food, the cornbeef and cabbage is the best in my life. This is amazing. I went there with my girlfriend and her friend, all of them loved food here. Love it!

Groupon experience. Kelseys is an Irish pub and restuarant. Upon entering the establishment the bar is to the right and the restuarant to the left. They have a nice size bar with tvs playing news and different types of sports. There is bar or high table seating with food service. Choose the restuarant side this time. The restuarant is self seating with booths and tables to choose from. Tvs are in the dinning area to watch along with a fire place. The entrance is handicapp accessible with a handicapp parking spot. Our food choices were Irish spring rolls(corned beef with cabbage), a Rachel(Turkey Reubenand a Beer Cheese Burger( beef burger with bacon and beer cheese, yes, real beer). The spring rolls werent impressive but the Rachel and Beer cheese burger made up for it. The sandwiches were enough for 2 people per sandwich. The fries were crispy seasoned just right. The waiter was very helpful with picking out food to suit our palate and attentive to our table. The manager followed up with enquiring about the service, taste of the food and were there any concerns we had. The restuarant was clean and staff friendly. I will be returning.
