Great History behind the place were not far from downtown new to the area and glad I got to see one of our historic monuments.
The house is beautiful and the tour guides are awesome! We learned a lot and enjoyed the stories.
We loved the tour of the Kell House museum and the historical value that we learned. It was well worth the look.
Went to the haunted tour 2021. Loved it! Absolutely gorgeous house. Staff was super friendly. Our tour guide was very informative. Hope to go again next year!
Beautiful inside.. Very informative and want to go again to see the other areas which are closed now due to repairs.. Donations are badly needed to continue to do the repairs to this historical building.
Amazing tour guide!! Love all the original furnishings and history of the house, a must see if in Wichita Falls!
Officiated a wedding here, and the outside area is a fantastic place to get married.
The story of the family is very impressive and the interior of the house was a work of art being ahead of its time. Wish the area put more focus on it as it was so instrumental to the surrounding area.
Unfortunately we were not able to go in the Kell house this day because they are currently closed due to covid. No one was on the property, but we did manage to take a few photos outside(I would post photos, but they have family members I them🤷).
Enjoyed the history of the house

Wonderful history museum of one of the Founding Fathers of Wichita Falls, Frank Kell. If you love all things history, or dont know what it means to "Think like Kemp and work like Kell", then you should make plans to visit soon!
I love historical houses, especially when the docents are eager to impart wonderful information about the house and its owners. The Kell House is a beautiful place to visit. The ladies joked that I now more more about Wichita Falls than most of its townspeople. Worth the visit.
