Got a large order from here and was treated very well. Not just by the owner but whole staff was great and the food was awesome too!

Great owner and delicious food

Shawarma was not fresh. He took beef and warmed it up. The lentils sauce was too liquidy and untasty. Does not worth the money you spend.Good luck!!!

Absolutely disgusting. We ordered food off Uber eats, the cook called us saying there was no more Buffalo Wings. That’s fine we wanted to just cancel the order so we could get something we want, he offered us a small chicken platter instead but we didn’t want that. Took sooo long to cancel the order, what was frustrating was that he couldn’t just make us what we wanted and let us off. They blamed us for them not having the stuff available 😃😃Uber doesn’t allow us to cancel so I money was taken. As a Muslim store I was expecting more compassion/kindness however they couldn’t even show an ounce of it. It was really disheartening how the owner got angry with us and hanged up on us over a small thing.

My go to! Love the food because it’s always cooked fresh! The owner is fast, cordial and keeps the restaurant clean. It’s my hidden gem for shawarma, lamb, chicken and falafel! I highly recommend!

Omg my home girl told me about this place and I’m so happy she did. Today was my first day and I will def return. I ordered chicken shawarma over fries and it’s so packed with flavor. I can’t wait to taste the lamb now! And it’s so much food. I have enough lunch for tomorrow too 🙌🏽 Also they were so nice and sweet when I walked in. The place looks nice and clean. A nice gem right by my job.

Delicious BBQ chicken. I got the whole chicken with fries. Very very tasty. The garlic sauce is delicious and goes well with the chicken and fries. I will definitely order from them again. The food is delicious.

The food was fresh, the lamb chops were grilled perfectly, and the customer service was great. Will definitely be back when I have a taste for some good ole Middle East food

Used Uber Eats - order came quickly within 25 minutes. I ordered a few falafel sandwiches, 2 orders of falafeles, salad and chicken shawarma. The food was very warm. But all orders except salad could use a little more garlic (also a little more allspice or nutmeg or cuminI also added additional tahini sauce - it could of had a little more lemon and sesame seeds. But over all very good for a restaurant. I also enjoy a little heat but I have my own hot sauce. Will be ordering from here again soon. I recommend Kebab House. I do not know what the brick and mortar restaurant looks like.

The food here is great! I love the kebabs and chicken platters. Their garlic sauce is also amazing! And so is the friendly staff. Very Kind and humble.

My only complaint would be that it closes a little early. But other than that, it has some of the best hummus I’ve ever had and the shawarma mix is out of this world I mean this is halal food at a different level

Their Chicken shawarma was ok, but I guess I was expecting it to be more of a gyro ( my own fault). I did like the Falafel . The Tzatziki sauce had strange taste to it, I guess I havent had much experience with authentic middle-eastern cuisine.

Little spot in walking distance from courthouse and jury duty. Was empty when i walked in but owners were cordial and nice guys. Had the chicken shwarma platter that came with a healthy portion of rice and salad, and some pita. Definitely hit the spot. Support this local establishment next time you get nabbed for jury duty! Its so much better than the cafeteria at the courthouse!

Its very rare to find really good halal food restuarants nowadays. However, Newark Kabab House is by far the best and most well organized restaurant I have been too with great customer service. The food truely is amazing.
