Kebab House in Bensenville

Hello everyone!!!! I had to write this review about this fabulous gem of a restaurant. My gf is a eastern European and the food brings her back to childhood days. The food is spectacular dont pass this one by. BTW Im a non poster of reviews but when its this good, I have to. Bon appetit.

I just received my delivery and the food was really good and fresh. Quality and quantity was really good. I personally like to thank cook and other team members for doing such an awesome job. Looking forward to try other items from the menu.

Love this place. Every is great but I usually get lamb and spinach pies. My mouth is watering thinking about it.

I have been coming to Kebab for quite a while & keep inviting friends for their first time for dinner & they just loved the food! My Lentil soup & hummus are out of this world, just the best! Try it you may be coming back! Buon Apetit!

Went to Lombard looking for Greek food that was closed on a Monday night. This was an excellent little restaurant 15min down the road. Turkish coffee was on point.

Great environment, kind attention, good food.

The food was delicious there when I ate. The beef kabob is great and the servers are very friendly too

Great food at very reasonable price. Hidden in a little plaza but you wont be disappointed.

Nice place very friend staff, food is good as well. They offerr big portions so dont over order.

Just ate here and it’s delicious. If you’re into Mediterranean food this is your spot. Had the Lentil soup, chicken and beef skewers, everything was good.

Everything we tried was freshly baked or cooked and seasoned perfectly. Ordered the Vegetarian Sampler, Mix Plate and Portobello stew - every bite was absolutely devine and the service was great. You’ll be well rewarded for trying this sweet spot!

It was a nice middle eastern restaurant with good customer service.We reserved a table for 8 and order a platter which was enough for 8 people.Their yogurt drink was so rich and tasty.

One of the best places to eat. Falafels are out of this world not greasy like other places. Food is fresh, good quality and quantity is out of this world. Fresh baked bread. Fresh ingredients and authentic.

If you like charcoal burned beef and chicken and rice that tastes like vomit, and (the cherry on topwaiting for over 35 minutes for one meal then this is the place to go. Tried it for the first time today and LESSON LEARNED, I’m never returning. Horribly burnt food, incredibly small portions, yucky tasting rice. I wouldn’t give this food to my cat.

By far the worst service. My husband and I walked in at 8:50 pm and we were told the dining room was closed and if we wanted to order for take out it would take an additional 30 mins to place an order. Mind you they close at 10 pm and we were the only ones who havent placed an order. Will never come back to this place.

This place is awesome, plenty of parking space , nice and clean place inside the dining room, traditionally Turkish style decorations and very good service My personal favorite part was their freshly baked bread . Overall their food was average.

Service was top notch! As for the food, it is absolutely delicious and made with high quality produce.

The food was pretty good but we ordered to go and they just threw everything in one bag. Everything got crushed.

Usually love Kebab House. We got lentil soup, excellent as usual. Got the signature salad with chicken breast. Smaller than usual and no Greek olives, which are listed for this salad. The dressing didnt have the tangy taste that very was always so good. Disappointing.

The food was good but the waitress didnt tell us that the tip was included so it turned out to be more expensive, we were tourists soo... yeah.

Havent even gotten my food yet but the service is top notch.Menu is very simple but has a nice verity.Mango juice, lemonade, tea, or coffee are offered. The mango juice is amazing. Definitely will be coming back as is when Im in town next.

Ordered take out, first time trying, got the mixed grill and cheese pida. Side salad. Food was delicious.Everything was fresh and tasty just as I had hoped. Will definitely be going back... maybe even today 😋

Haven’t had good authentic Turkish food in Chicago until today. The pide was amazing and the mix grill was cooked to perfection . Nice clean atmosphere. Our waiter Isaac was super nice and accommodating. Great value for the quality of food you receive. Will definitely be coming back.

I randomly walked into this restaurant for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. I tasted from their lamb kebob and mixed grill platter and enjoyed everything. Food was delicious and our server was very sweet.

Delicious. We loved the place. Everything are made from scratch and tastes good. We had Iskender kebap after a long time. We are leaving with a smile on our faces, a good taste in our mouths, and wishes in our minds to come back soon.

Everything was outstanding !! The falafel and salad was out of this world . So fresh so good . Omar our server was fantastic as well . Can’t wait to come back and try more !

The food selection is great, had a terrific scan menu that even allowed you to pay. I really liked the flavors, but unfortunately my kabob was dry and overcooked. I will still come back and try again, there was a lot of great flavors.

Food was cooked to order arriving to our table hot and fresh.. They offer lots of Healthy options. The waiter was very nice and attentive. It was our first time there and lets just say it wont be our last.😋😋😋

I ordered first time, and i didn’t like fries and beaf kebab, they are so fried, so black fried, you can see attached pictures. No order again!

I live about 40 minutes away but the food is definitely worth the drive !

Good food. Good experience. Bathrooms messed up by the end of the night. Friendly workers. Chicken kabob and rice was delicious. Vinaigrette dressing was very mild. No tang. Boring. Oil with lemon served with bread was an unusual taste—not used to that. I expected the bread to be a home thrown kiln style, which would make this a five star visit. Baklava was good but heavier on the cinnamon than the Greek version. They make it in house. Great work ! A little cleaner would push this to five stars also. Red lentil soup was unusually delicious !!

I missed this restaurant so much ,the food is just amazing 👏

First time here. Ordered the family diner box for four people. It came with rice, meat, yogurt sauce, pizza bread, hummus and bread. It was supposed to come with falafel but they ran out so they gave us something else. Everything was delicious! Staff very was nice too. Definitely going back.

Food was excellent! I had gotten the mixed grill and all the different kebabs were superb, would definitely recommend if you are in the area!

Had a pretty bad experience. Ordered Yogurt adana lamb kebab and iskender. Kebabs were super cold and and the bread under it was stale. I complained and got it replaced. The replaced food didnt actually look like it was fresh at all. They replaced the kebab on top of the previous plates stale bread. Both the dishes were disappointing!! Only good thing was the freshly baked complimentary side of bread.

The portion was ideal and the place is quaint with a friendly staff. Would visit again if I could.

I had a donner kebab, which was tasty. This was accompanied by bread with oil & herbs which was superb. I dined not long before closing on a Sunday, so it was quiet, food, service and value for mainly was good, I would look to return the next time I am in the Bensenville area.

Would give 6 stars if I could. Very nice, helpful people. I got the meat sampler which was just amazing. Complimentary bread and olive oil herb dip. Rice was awesome. Bathroom is a bit sketchy but who cares. I went there to eat and I was very pleased.

Unfamiliar with this area and my usual place was closed so I took a little drive down in this strip to see if we could find another place to eat. So glad I did. This place was clean, great food, friendly service. I will be back. We got a gyro, lunch meat sampler, and they have complimentary bread to eat. Great value! If you like gyros, please try this place.

I was looking for a good Turkish place in Chicago. This happened to be it. The food was freshly prepared and the place was squeaky clean. The staff was friendly. Basically all that you can ask for in a restaurant. I will definitely go back again.
