Ok dear tourist and guests please skip this place by all cost . I came all the way hours and this geniuses did not let me in by telling i was not dress properly ... what a joke !!! I had shorts sneakers and shirt clean and pretty. For some reason they think The Casino is maybe Louvre museum .Hello This is casino people are coming to gamble and you have to be pleased ,not welcome like this.front door manager was even telling me the material of the short are not acceptable lol what ??? are you experts or tailor ??? anyway skip this place

You must have your passport with you to be let in!! And my UAE ID was not good enough for them🤦‍♂️😬 They could not explain why and what was the reason for not allowing us to enter. They said something about crazy local regulation. So admission became a quest which we failed. We just wasted our time to come to there.

Honestly, if you dont know how to speak russian, and if you are not stacked you have nothing to do there.Ive heard that its huge like Vegas Casinos but its very disappointing.Not gonna come back for sure. Good luck.

I spent a week playing poker at the recent SPF Final. The Sochi casino is a beautiful very well run casino, from the security at the front door to the management.The atmosphere at the poker festival was excellent , the cashiers, dealers to all floor managers were very welcoming, and spoke very good English. All poker tournaments were professionally organized, cash games too, which were running 24/7.The poker was at a high standard, friendly poker players ,who were also welcoming.For sure Ill return for another poker festival at the Sochi casino .

Looks like a nice casino. Keep in mind the minimum amount to exchange chips is 7K Rubles. If you want to bet for less, look elsewhere.

I liked the shows every night, too bad the water bottles and soda are not cold because its hot in the casino and the air conditioner doesnt work on cooling. I wanted to order something from the bar and didnt sell it because I didnt want to sit at the bar tables.

Great place! great service and very brand new casino.Poker rooms are always busy, so be patient when you are coming.Black jack tables are nice, only one table for 10$ min, the rest are 25$ - Roulette as well.

High class casino with live music performances, highly recommended for a visit even if you dont bet.

The casino is nice. it would be a better casino if they would serve fresh coffee from the bar and not coffee from the self service machines . The coffee from the machines is horrible.Water and soda water are not cold and are from stands that located in different locations at the casino. Food is not served at all and even no peanuts are served. In Batumi and Varna they serve everything.

Casino with No food no drinks... back to batumi or tbilisi...

Came all the way from aochi to enter the casino. Got my passport and dressed accordingly. Couldnt enter because i didnt have the immagration card. What kind of casino asks for an immigration card

It’s ok casino not so big but we can manage if they speak English better .there are some who can help Di and max. Who helped me.

I came from the other side of the world specifically to visit this cAsino and they didn’t let me get inside because I’m wearing sandals 👎

One of the best casinos I have ever visited.The service is very good, and its a very beautiful place.Truly recommend about this place in Sochi.

A beautiful hotel in the mountains

Pretty ordinary place, bartenders swear and arent smiling, lines to the wardrobe, security system is crazy-you gotta provide your passport and fill in some papers to enter and only then you will be given a guest card.

Friendly staff and they try to speak English with you and they do have English-speaking staff but I played black-jack and slots and I won money
