Kayenta Art Village in Saint George
Description
Privilege
Went for their Arts Festival. It was out standing! Art, crafts, jewelry, food, drinks.
MoreThis is an amazing little place to go have breakfast lunch or dinner, the food is incredible. Also the art village is cool to check out.
MoreOne of my favorite places to visit. I love the art, art vib, and the restaurant! The restaurant food and cocktails knocks it out of the part! I recommend visiting, shopping and eating!
MoreWe went to the Art Festival today. 10/9/22. Lots of booths with beautiful art by very talented people. Their are also stores where art can also be bought and art classes you can take.
MoreI live near Kayenta and support the art community there. Its unique, I cant think of anywhere like it. Upscale homes in the Kayenta community surround the art village where you can buy one of a kind pieces or have them made to your specifications in many cases
MoreI love Kayenta! The village has darling shops and fun outdoor spaces to enjoy. The restaurant (Xetavais amazing!
MoreGreat restaurant and local art. A nice place to explore for a day.
What a cute little art village. Lots of glass work and beautiful jewelry and wall art.
MoreQuite a drive out of St George with poor signage but this little place has some class and sass.... Expensive artwork mixed in with affordable small pieces for the cost conscious... Plenty of parking but can get quite crowded at weekend lunch times... The on site restaurant is spend but well worth the costs... I do not think Sangria should cost $10.50 a glass....but what do I know..???We had a fun and relaxing day....
MoreBeautiful landscaping, great art stores and friendly people. A must place to visit.
MoreKind of a fun place. Looking forward to going back.
Its very pretty and I guess it would have been better to know that theyre closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays most of the shops in the cafe so there was nothing open
MoreIt was cool. Unfortunately all the doors of the businesses closed a few minutes early. Their hours were wrong online and we got there a little bit before they were supposed to close. So it was a little disappointing.
MoreGreat place to visit with several art and gift shops and one restaurant. Make sure to verify hours of operation of any business you are interested in going to. The real estate office is always closed.
MoreFood was delicious and good service. Eclectic mix of artisan shops with beautiful art and jewelry.
MoreXetava is great for lunch and Dinner. Great service with a unique atmosphere and excellent service.
MoreGreat shops and restaurants to be explored in the village. Guests from out of town love it.
MoreThis was a great place to visit you could feel these people cultures and you looked and viewed their work
MoreA must-see! What a desert treasure. If youre checking this out be sure to visit. Youll be glad you did.
MoreAwesome place. Xetava has outstanding food. Get the Brussels sprouts. 👍
Ate at restaurant there.Food was good. Had a salad, big. Has indoor and outdoor seating.
MoreWhat a great experience attending the Celebration of the Americas this past weekend. Great venue. Wish I would have taken more pictures!!
MoreWhat a great little hidden gem. We stop for lunch after hiking. So peaceful and very unique. Enjoyed browsing the little shops.
MoreLocated in the middle of the desert on the edge of the Mojave, Kayenta Art Village is a serene & peaceful respite from a hectic life. Xetava Gardens Cafe is a delightful eatery experience sitting outside with the monumental red rocks towering in the background. Food is delicious & reasonably priced. Outdoor dining is excellent for our pandemic times.
MoreGorgeous high end craft shops. Wall hangings, baskets, cards, jewelry. Photos. All in well lit shops with beautiful vistas of red Mesas. We get something everytime we visit here. Most items can be shipped.
MoreSuch a fun, and unique, art village!! There are so many unique shops to stroll through, and the restaurant here is one you don’t want to miss!
MorePerfection. Stunning views of Utah landscapes!
Nice little arts area. Several galleries and shops. Plenty of parking and clean restrooms.
MoreWe go there for Breakfast and Lunch and we always receive great service and the food is awesome.
MoreVery quaint place. The shops were closed by the time we finished our dinner, but many of the art pieces were displayed around the village. Our dinner was excellent!
MoreThis place is simply perfect. Perfect coffee and food. Perfect weather. Perfect views. Go to Xetavas and then go walk around the Art Village. Sit outside and soak it in.
MoreWe enjoyed the art show at Kayenta Village. Many different items at the show, items that you dont see in every store around. I like unusual art and this show fits the bill. Plus great tacos and shakes.
MoreThis restaurant here is the very best food in the St George area. The prickly pear cocktail. Beet salad a must! Fantastic spot. Our server super energetic and so helpful with separate checks
MoreBeautiful and coy scenic village brimming with the work of talented artists. There is a single cafe/eatery but its enough because it serves delicious meals. There are also bikes to rent and a bike trail that I wiah I had time to explore. I will come again and bring my bike.
MoreWhat a lovely place to eat. We were seated with a beautiful window view and could feel embraced by the nature around us. The food was great. I really enjoyed the mint drink and the bread pudding was most excellent. What a treat and a good change of scenery.
MoreI like this little artist center. There are lots of different art offered in the different stores that is not mainstream I really appreciate that. It was a good time with some friends just hanging out and looking at all the different art theres also a place to get drinks and such. I highly recommend it to those who like art tons of things to put in your house
MoreThe main art exhibits are exceptionally good. This occasion they had native American artists at a festival put on display. Very impressed with the artists. A good time for friends and family exploring the arts.
MoreGreat shops with southwest themed jewelry and home decor, and a fabulous restaurant, Xetava Gardens Cafe, with delicious food including vegetarian options at reasonable prices. The "Village" also hosts events such as the Native American Art Festival I visited this weekend. Gorgeous pottery, hand-woven blankets, paintings, jewelry, performances and more.
MoreGreat place to learn, explore, eat and buy original art.
An absolute must visit if you are in to anything artsy. There were many interesting and unique boutique stores. There was also an amazing restaurant I got take out from (Xetava). Its a little outside town but the drive out there is so incredibly scenic and well worth it. It only took like 15 minutes from the downtown St George area. Will definitely rerun when Im back in town.
MoreIf you are really into Art, this place would be really cool. But theres only a half dozen shops and a small cafe... Was worth a drive to look around, but it wasnt great, or even amazing. Some talented artists, but art just really isnt my thing. I think you have to be looking for something specific... But again... Art just isnt really my thing.
MoreFun art place. Very quiet place, visited several nice shops. It was fun to see the employee spinning pottery. And a man doing picture work in his shop. Nice restaurant to have lunch with outdoor seating. Gift shop was quite nice also. Love the artwork on the walkways. Fun to just explore around. First time coming to this place, will come again.
MoreWonderful place to visit, especially when there is an event going on. There are shops, lots of art and a place to eat.
MoreJust had my birthday brunch at the cafe with some friends and it was fabulous. The setting is gorgeous and the food is wonderful! Love-Love. Highly recommended!
MoreThis was a great little collection of art stores, galleries, an amazing café and two theaters. This was a great place to walk around and observe the art in the desert, and just enjoy the stillness of it all. I would say this place isn’t great for young kids, because there isn’t much entertainment for younger kids, but there is a lot to look at for the artistic eye. I LOVED this place and the whole artsy, tranquil vibe it had, and I would LOVE to go back very soon.
MoreId you get a chance to go, take it! I could have spent the whole day in the pottery shop. Also unique art, jewelry and wind sculptures. Definitely top it off with a vanilla latte at the restaurant!!
MoreKayenta "Chalk Art" Festival was on 4/28 - 4-29 2018. The Art was Amazing the village is really a great place to find a treasure or just to come and have a unique meal
MoreSaw an outdoor play here recently. It was nice. I cant wait to explore the rest if the art village.
MoreSpent 3 days here and it was incredibly beautiful and peaceful. So unique. From the architecture to the red rock mountains, beautiful accommodations, artwork, food, and Labyrinth it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!
MoreBeautiful setting, great walking paths, great cafe, great place to bike, hike or just window shop and learn about the art.
