Maria-Theresien-Straße 31, 6020 Innsbruck, Austria, Innsbruck
50+ stores & eateries over multiple floors in a modern indoor mall with dramatic architecture.
Very modern but somewhat cold. Escalators rather awkwardly divided. Shop diversification not so great in my opinion. Some empty shop spaces. Gastronomy area a bit small and rather average. Lift is particularly well hidden. Passages quite narrow in some places. Underground car park directly below the building. Very centrally located. Offers several entrances and exits.
Good!
👌
What a beautiful place, kept well, you have the Golden Roof, many historic buildings, good restaurants and fabulous ice cream, well worth a few hours of your time
Good, nothing special!
Kaufhaus Tyrol is one of the important mall in Innsbruck. It is situated on the busy junction of Anichstrasse and Maria Theresin Strasse. The mall has many apparel outlets and mediamarkt as well. The mall is clean and well maintained. It is well connected by public transportation as well. Trams such as 3,5 connect from Anichstrasse side and Tram 2 side connects from Maria Theresien Street.
👍
Very nice shopping centre
Lovely town , very clean, good selection of shops . Lovely location
A horrible opening time. They had a special shopping night event there yesterday with a big “Italian” show (I have noticed this sort of obsession by everything Italian here, you will see Italian flags and tricolor everywhere herebut they closed at 9PM, that’s not a night, is it? Normally, it’s like 6PM or something. Can someone explain to Austrians that closing at 9PM or even later is a standard in other countries please. I was just in Brno, The Czech Republic and there was a several shopping malls in the center of the city closing at 10 PM daily and they are even open on Sunday.
Clean and great place.
Nice shopping mall in the city center
Very pleasant large roomy shopping mall.Food court on the bottom floor.
Nice good place for shopping and food.Parking (Parken/ Tiefgaragewas free earlier but not now. Charges as attached.
Small mall. Clean and organised.
Excellent and really wide open mall with pretty much to find inside.
Nice shopping center in the city center. Bery good stores and lots of parking.
A modern and clean shopping location with all amenities.
Clean with different shops, was an ok experience
Famouse place in innsbruck. Clothing shop Primark , quality average but low price. Spar restorant 2. Floor , after 16:00hours is happy hours. Everything half price
Its one of the few shopping centers in his city, with some good choices of restaurants, and a nice branch of Muller pharmacy. Good place to hang out when youve done enough sightseeing for the day.
Nice mall, few shops but worth a visit.
Too crowdy, too hot inside and an offer is medium.
Nice shopping Mall with various shops… food, clothes, electronics…

Nice mall, with many choices. It closes too early. Most brands are german or international, less austrian ones.Illy cafe is very nice (and has very good coffee).
Small shopping mall in the heart of Innsbruck.. a lot of varieties .. recommended
Nice shopping centre, well laid out, good selection of shops
Great shopping mall and free toilets (so important when all restaurants and cafes are closed).
Nice 4 hour walk around innsbruck, lot to see, make sure you walk through the little side ways.
Amazing location for shopping experience. Located in the heart of Innsbruck Old Town. A walk though shopping center will make you feel better and a coffee will definitely do ☕
Great shopping mall for everything essential. Probably the only shopping mall in Innsbruck so you don’t really have any other options but to shop there. Never less I’ve found everything I needed with the selection of shop they have.
Good shopping center. Variety of shopping possibilities. Available almost everything what one need, under one roof.
Been there in February 2020. Nice shopping mall, with a lot of shops with a very large choice. Perfect location, in Innsbruck downtown. Prices are ok, considering the location.
Building is OK. Design is OK. But it doesnt work on Sundays or in the late evening. Even during the Christmas and New Year days. Guess what it leads to? Right, lines in popular shops are enormous on Saturday. Personell can keep up with clients request. I was waiting for 10 a 7 minutes in two different shops just to ask for a piece of my size (the most common one, nothing exotic).
Its organized place in a strategic plan, that you can get everything that you please to have.thank the planners.please before leaving Innsbruck vist the place you will understand what I am telling you.Go shop for Xmas. Meet Christmas.. GOD BLESS YOU.
Id say its a clean and nice little shopping mall, you got nothing crazy in here but its a nice stay.personaly i have the problem that the way this building is build is made so that you have to run through the whole mall if you want to get upstairs, there is a elevator that brings you up to the top level (directly into the electronics shop saturnbut if you just want to get to the 3rd floor you have to walk zick zack around the every floor because of the escelator setup
It was a cold day, so this shopping mall is very good to warm up. Nice atmosphere.
It was interesting to visit it. Wonderful city with its own atmosphere
the content of the shopping center itself is nothing exciting.... I came here only because of the Chipperfield facade....!
Very nice mall. Not a cheap outlet mall if thats what youre looking for youre better off going to Dez Mall. But nice stores nice street I do recommend visiting
A great selection of high street shopping brands. Clean washroom and baby changing facilities. Plenty of options for food. No parking offered but park at train station and it’s a 5 minute walk. Everyone speaks English. It’s not massive or overwhelming just nice for a browse.
Mall is located more centralized, therefore parking is not available in the mall. The place was pretty crowded on Saturday but its rather small compared to the others in Innsbruck..
Nice one to visit during the day. Shoping options available
Probably The biggest mall in Innsbruck. You can find everything here. Butiques, electronic shops, restaurants, supermarket, sports shop and caffes.
This is a nice place to visit
The cafe and restaurants on -1 level are great serving a fresh mix of healthy and favorite foods. The cafe menu was very health conscience. The stores were a typical mix that you will find in any mall a nice Mplace grocery store and DM selling to go food as well on the sub-ground floor, an electronics retailer on the top floor.
Warm and nice maill in Innsbruck. Enjoyed the cafe on the first level. Very nice schwarzwälder kirschtorte.
Only way to say it: DELICIOUS - especially the ayurvedic dishes
Decent shopping area in downtown Innsbruck. Many brand name stores with fair prices. The store sushi in the downstairs area isnt bad at all.
