The service was just ok. For such a beautiful place, Ill suggest the management do some refresher trainings for service staff. Loved the environment and the pool options. And the beach is 🥰🥰🥰🥰😍😍😍

Very terrible experience with the security guard at the beach.He was certainly rude and terribly aggressive.I have been here on several occasions.But in future will just stick to Tamala.Impeccable standards every Time

Kasumai Beach Resort is a beautiful place to stay when visiting The Gambia. The beach is amazing and the views are breathtaking! The service was great and all my needs were met. Highly recommended!

Siisti hotelli. Ihanat huoneet, isot. Huoneessa jääkaappi, vedenkeitin, hella, tiskiallas ja astioita.Kylppärissä amme ja käsi- ja kattosuihku. Ravintolasta voi tilata ruuan huoneeseen. Ravintolassa hidas palvelu, mutta hyvä ruoka. Hintataso keskiverto. Kannattaa mennä itse kokemaan huoneiden luxus.

Good Hotel with guarded beach & pool areaand Restaurant.For us, the non-seaview-rooms closer to the motorway were perfect as we were looking for cheap accommodation with running water, aircon and electricity.It was no problem for us to elongen our stay two times, the staff was really helpful and understanding of our difficult travel situation because of covid.

What i love most about this place is its a clean and well designed place which has its accommodation, restaurant, pool, a well designed open field with lovely wooden bed and form where you can relax alone, with family or friends or go down to the beach and make use of the sun bed

We have just returned from a fantastic two week stay at this hotel. The hotel is located on the beach, so there was always a nice breeze. The room was very spacious, and had a lovely glass balcony overlooking the ocean. The food in both the hotel restaurant and steak house was delicious but most of all the staff were incredible, always smiling and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Big shout out to Haddy, Mariama, Yassin and Omar who made our holiday extra special 😊

Nice pool, off season the Restaurant had a very limited menue. Pool use 200 GMD. All a bit aged.

Amazing relaxing place

Went to book in. The room was advertised with a spa, it didnt have one. Im afraid the room wasnt as we expected so left and went elsewhere. for the cost we expected toiletries and enough towels for 2. Also Im sad to say the furniture was grubby and no one had cleaned the balcony glass. Very disappointed. We realise that tourists arent here but dont let standards go or locals wont visit you either.

I like everything else about the hotel is clean, tidy with nice staffs sound proof walls and windows,I love the garden with my coffee ☕ one more things is the atmosphere just next to th monkey Park 🏞

Its a great place to relax in the sun. Food is well prepared and the drinks are reasonable. Although it costs you D200 to use the swimming pool

We highly recommend this fantastic small boutique hotel for a welcoming and inclusive experience. From the moment we arrived in March until the day we were sadly repatriated we received friendly and attentive service from reception, security, beach attendants, waiters, cleaners and the chefs. The rooms in the new building need to be seen to be believed. We stayed in a King Suite with a sea view and it is absolutely unbelievable to be able to sit in bed and look out to sea over the gardens. The bathroom is huge and the shower had hot water instantly throughout our stay. Our room was kept spotlessly clean. We send a special mention to Yassin Saho who worked tirelessly, along with the rest of the team, to ensure we had chilled drinks and tasty food delivered to our sun lounger each day as we relaxed in the sun. We have booked for next January and cant wait to get back there.We send love and best wishes to each and every member of staff affected by this terrible virus.

Ein schönes Hotel vorallem da man keine europäischen Verhältnisse erwarten kann.Aber es ist sauber und meistens ordentlich die Leute sind sehr bemüht. Der Strand und die Poolgegend sind sehr schön, vorallem wenn Abends die Sonne untergeht. Das Land selber ist zu dieser Zeit sehr sehr heiß, aber es gibt genug Schatten. Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit bei allen Anliegen muss man sich nur etwas an die Afrikanische Arbeitsweise gewöhnen aber das ist kein Problem da diese immer mit einer sehr Lebensfrohen Art einhergeht. Das Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant ist super und günstig.

Schönes Beach Resort mit freundlichem Personal. Der Pool kostet für Tagesgäste 200 Dalasi, Handtuchmiete 100 D. Die Snacks für 75 D sind sehr zu empfehlen, die Seafoodplatter hatte zu viel Knoblauch. Massage gibt es für 650 D für eine Stunde.

Nice spot for a bit of fishing, look out for a really helpful and friendly guy called Skinny Kevin. Nice food there too and reasonably priced.

Omg we stayed here for 3 nights it was fantastic rooms comfy all you need very quiet only the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach, the staff always smiling and so friendly I felt like I had been staying with family will definitely be back food amazing never had a bad meal theteWell done to all the staff and management for all your hard workSee you next year xx

Wonderful location ,room and staff great

Leider etwas abseits gelegen, das ist aber der einzige negative Punkt den ich finden konnte. Sonst eine wunderbare Anlage mit Rasen , was man sonst so gut wie nicht findet. Freundliches Personal, gute Preise, köstliches Essen. Und das Beste, es ist nie voll . So kann man gut entspannen.

hotel still under construction, i lost a whole day to find a alternative solution.

Beautiful people! Wonderful staff! Basic but good accomodation. Electricity off very often but there is generator. WiFi almost never working. Bar/restaurant always empty, probably because off that more dishes from menu are not available. And I picked this accomodation because of Schnitzel advertised on the menu 🤣🤣🤣 But if you want to ask if I would like to come back then its a big fat YEEEEES!
