Kaskikot is beautiful place. I’ve been there for 3 times .I can see my hometown Hemja and stunning view of fewa lake ❤️Recently new trekking route which ends in sarangkot has also been started. Which is very beautiful 😻 Fine work of woods in durbar is still good as new ❤️Month of Falgun Chaitra and Baisakh will be best time to visit because rhododendron adds beauty ❤️

It is one of the old palace here in Nepal .. yeah. I should definitely visit here 🙂.

An ancient temple which carries the history of Nepal, specially the Shah dynasty, the latest rulers of Nepal. This place is taken as their origin and moved to Lamjung and then to Gorkha and conquered the entire Nepal.Located in top of the hill of Kaskikot, it has outstanding view of the entire Annapurna mountain range and the Himalayas in the far east and far west along with the view of the Fewa lake towards south. One can enjoy the short hike and reaching up there can enjoy the beautiful blessing of Mother Kali and immerse in her nurturing and blissful arms with the meditation or spiritual practices or just simply being there.

Kaski kot is both tourism and historical place. Tourist hike every morning to get some awesome views of Himalayas and the phewa lake. Domestic tourist visit in abundance during the festival. Well one can reach there by 15 minutes walk from the road. There are some home stay where you can experience Nepalese lifestyle.

This is very beautiful place and is the temple of Hindus. View from this place is simply breath-taking. It is located at the top of Kaskikot hill. It is located at very high place. Many occassions are held here and many rituals. During Nepalese New year, Dashain this place is very crowded. Animal sacrifices are given here in this temple. This temple is very popular in Kaski Village and people respect the goddess very much. If proper roads and neccessary facilities have been able to maintained or supplied, then this place would become one of the good tourists spot in Kaski district.

It is a nice temple of goddess Durga named as gupta kalika. Formarly it was a palace of ancient king called Kulmandal Shah.It is a nice place in terms of view. You can see pokhara and mountains on the north. If you are interested a short hike around pokhara this could be a scenic option. You can walk either from Sarangkot to naudanda or opposite way.Thank you.
