Kashoku in Taipei

先電話詢問訂位4人，店員說明現在沒有4人位置，再次詢問是否有機會後面再換成4人位，店員只說不確定但沒多說有什麼其他規則。到場後看店內還有其他分開的2人座位，結果當場才說分開坐也不行，沒有其他任何一句話，整場冷眼看我們離開。服務業是不需要卑躬屈膝但基本的禮貌是做人基本的原則，沒禮貌跟有個性的落差建議好好思考思考

態度很差很跩 ，4個人有位子也不能拆桌 不講原因，想喝酒有很多選擇，不需要受氣

Secret bar in the basement... Friendly but a bit expensive

最大的記憶點是調酒品質很好今天點了whiskey sour, 老廣場, martini, 榛果特調及highball同行女性友人點了sidecar, aviation, 各種特調不論是經典或是特調都非常令人滿意(個人偏好酒感清楚銳利)老闆展哥也很健談對於調酒的理解與經驗令人折服整體的氣氛偏安靜輕鬆酒客彼此與店家之間都很尊重非常適合2、3個想要享受調酒朋友的地方有品味的人更適合☺️

Chill vibe

調酒水平極佳，無論是創調或經典都令人滿意，對於只是想好好喝酒的人，這裡是一個很好的選擇。

好喝，應該比較適合當第一家開始跑bar，我已經第二家了，小茫，沒跟bartender 講到話小可惜😅

小小卻很有味道的店，沒有吵雜環境、大聲喧嘩的客人。空氣的味道，店裡的氛圍，播放的音樂，老闆調的酒，讚到沒話說。很適合想要好好品嚐氣氛跟聊天的人唷～大推薦！絕對會再訪！

隱密的日式小酒吧喜歡看到黑膠和CD 這樣原味的東西簡單的調酒，味道也是很細緻，層次分明特調也完全符合需求絕對優秀

Please do not visit this bar. They didnt provide a menu. We spent over 3,000 NT and they said cash only. We ask for a receipt to see the breakdown of the nine drinks we order. They said we have to write it down by hand for you. They DIDNT end up providing a receipt. Must be evading taxes. Horrible service and attitude

Kashoku是朋友大力推薦台北必來的。讓我一直很期待😁Kashoku是隱身在地下室的一家酒吧總是喜歡，第一杯點Martini🍸是我不變的習慣。看著bartender展哥在調酒的過程，讓我更加期待這杯調酒～第一口，我只能說😍是我喜歡的感覺，醇厚順口，口感濃烈但很滑順❤️完全對味。下次有去台北，必再訪。

調酒的製作上非常用心在選酒的構想上大膽但是能找到平衡在第一杯的氣泡調酒上非常驚艷調酒師的shake很強烈而且快速可能藉此可以讓味道強烈的材料融合而不突兀第三杯故意點了用stir的製作的酒有點像是馬丁尼的改版但夾帶了溫柔而有深度的尾韻很好的酒 很好的bartender

At first I didnt know what to expect, my friend told me "This is a great bar, try it". After 4 amazing drinks I must agree, this is a great bar and you too should try it 👍🏼🙂

Wonderful cocktail in Taipei

A great place with great drinks. The bartenders really knows about any kind of alcohol.It is a nice but small bar hidden down stairs. Not easy to find it but definitely worth it. Do make your reservation in advanced.**Cash Only!

One of the hidden gems in Taipei, bartender with deep knowledge of spirits, concoctions, mixology. Also a respectable variety of single malts, I had too much to choose from!

This was a fantastic little spot that I found from a recommendation of the staff of several other bars.Enter the tasting room upstairs and take the flight of stairs down. You’ll enter Kashoku which is unmistakably Japanese in style. The long bar stretches the length of the room in the narrow space.There is no menu and so the first order of business is to discuss drink preferences with the staff. After some simple questions the bartender seemed satisfied and started making our drinks. The result: an incredibly unique cocktail with with fernet hunter in it’s base. I really enjoyed the first cocktail and I asked for a second, and it too was just as impressive (an interesting non-sour style use of Midori).The atmosphere here is very laid-back and quieter, soft music from the record player fills the space. The staff is warm and friendly — happy to match your request with something interesting from behind the bar. When we were there around 1am there was a mix of locals and tourists. If you’re a fan of Ginza bars, this will definitely scratch your itch.

Make sure all of your friends drink alcohol, otherwise they kicked you all out.

調酒口味偏濃烈，上酒速度不算快，需要耐心等候，可惜環境有菸味，不然其他部分都挺好的

店在地下室滿特別的。老闆會依照個人口味調酒，調酒口味偏濃烈，已收入口袋名單。

일본 위스키바와 유사한 분위기의 바입니다. 차분한 분위기가 강점인 곳 입니다. 사장님 역시 일본에서 바텐더 경력이 있으신 분으로 원하는 베이스를 말하면 거기에 맞춰 칵테일을 제작해 주십니다. 스카치 위스키와 버번 등 여러 종류의 위스키를 구비하고 있습니다만 한국에서 쉽게 볼 수 있는 위스키는 아쉽게도 구비하지 못하고 있었습니다. 다만 새로운 종류를 맛보고 싶으시다면 추천할 만한 곳 입니다.

Amazing service and drinks. Bartender is very knowledgeable and makes drinks to the tastes you prefer. There is no menu. Cash only. Wonderful selection of jazz vinyls. Go here, you won’t regret it.

Delicious sushi!

Nice cozy place, only around 12 seats available, doe t accept groups over 6 people, and makes great drinks. Must try the old fashion. I recommend you either go early or make a reservation.

Nice place with plenty of options, and good atmosphere and comforts. You will definitely want to visit it again.

Amazing place for Friday night

Very cool bar (a speakeasy; in the basement of a wine store that isnt open at night, so if you dont call to be let in, the metal gates will be pulled down). There is no menu, and this place mostly serves classical drinks. On the night I went, I ordered cocktails (came to about NT$400/glass).

Japanese speakeasy in the basement of a wine shop. Drinks were really good and whisky is their speciality so most cocktails will be based around whisky. Very strong drinks so probably best not to drink too much before you go there!

Service is not good

Service really bad. Half way while we were drinking, the boss said we need to pay the bill already. Not all our drinks are served and the boss say he doesnt want to serve anymore. It was just 10 pm

Go down to this basement level bar to find a really cool atmosphere, great service and conversation from the knowledgeable bartenders. A great selection of wonderful whiskeys.
