What an absolute gem in Karratha. Great staff great facilities great food

Very comfortable and a delicious Dinner.

You must try the daily fish meal and the Oregano pizza 💯

Food is excellent and staff are wonderful. Definitely the best place to eat out in Karratha if you want to eat at a nice restaurant with good service.

Good stay. Food for me was a problem.

Food 10x saltier than the sea with terrible tasteless flavours for top dollar prices, information not relayed to us though booking confirmation, rooms sub standard with everything worn out an toiletries there but empty all for high price tags, no charge points near beds untill you move furniture around an find remanants of mouldy food behind them,the tiniest version of a bar fridge I have ever seen,location was good parking was ok but would never waste that kind of money an stay there again.

Went for lunch food and service was wonderful only downfall the food didnt come out together 2 of the meals were nearly finished before the one was served.

Never stayed here before but was there recently for an overnight work function.Rooms are huge, recently renovated and nicely appointed. Staff were friendly, great looking pool, we used the boardroom for our function which served its purpose. Catering for the function was quality, dinner and breakfast service was great. Not a huge fan of the pizza which was prerty heavy and not great for vegetarian dinner options but there were a lot of tomahawks and chicken dishes around the table and everyone enjoyed it.

Very friendly and welcoming. Staff were very attentive during our Christmas party. Food was well presented and fresh.

Good bed, nice food. A bit of construction going on around the pool but not a big deal as I was only overnight.

I got stuck here due to a cancellation of my flight, the food was amazing and the rooms where very comfortable, food was priced well and the service was excellent, this is a place I would stay at again, first choice for me

Nice and clean, bed very comfortable, staff polite and very helpful.

Half way during stay, excellent and friendly staff. Dinner was served as expected. Staff still remembered what we drank day before. We had a change of mind after we tasted a ginger beer which was exchanged for XPA without an extra charge. Excellent service also rooms freshly renovated and serviced every day! KI is the place to be again!

It was my 50th stay last night and I have always enjoyed coming to KI - thank you for the hospitality over the last few year- can always rely on the friendly service, excellent facilities including gym.. the new renovations underway around the pool are going to be wonderful too.

Had a pizza there which was well priced and tasted great nice outdoor area friendly staff will be going back for sure didnt book accommodation there just had lunch

My five year old son and I stayed for five nights and had a great time! We stayed in the suite which was perfect. Large and beautiful with a handy microwave and kitchenette. The staff were lovely and accommodating. And we really enjoyed the food. Thanks Karratha International!

Booked a room for a VIP, the reception staff member were so helpful and nothing was a problem. We came in late and could still order when the kitchen staff were due to finish. The food was delicious, thank you so much for the hospitality. I highly recommend this establishment. Thank you Chantel (front office sup)and awesome kitchen staff.

We stayed with KIH a couple of months ago with our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kidsand had a fabulous stay. We had two adjoining rooms which was perfect for us and they were modern, fresh and clean. The restaurant was also a hit. Last week we were booked in to stay again (as they were so great the first timeand the day we were due to arrive our son had a medical emergency which meant we needed to cancel our weekend stay. These guys were so amazing that I cried ugly tears when they waved the late cancellation fee entirely. Not only is this accommodation lovely they are also genuine people with hearts of gold. Thank you KIH! We will be back x

Our room was very nice, but it was a building site!! Dont understand why sections werent finished before moving on. Outside our door was never cleaned. Service was great, but would think again about staying here. I even had to drive to our room, through the area where guests shouldnt see, the behind the seen area where staff are working, ect.

My friend at I got stuck outside of Karratha and needed to stay in the city centre for a night. This hotel was the first one that popped up, we called when we got reception. They said they had rooms available. It was also advertised online that they had rooms available, once we got there we were poorly greeted and told there were no rooms available. No other hotels/motels in the town were available. Forcing us to drive to Hedland at night for a place to stay. Would not recommend this hotel.

Room was fine & spacious. Nothing special for the price but expected in Karratha. Payment system is absolutely ridiculous, definitely would recommend the Ranges for a much better experience.

Room was beautiful - clean and spacious. The restaurant was great - relaxed atmosphere and good food at reasonable prices. Very friendly and pleasant staff.Pool was dirty, gardens full of dead plants, palm fronds and dried leaves, and at 9am we opened our door and we’re greeted with caution tape. We went out after that and got back to our room about 1:20pm. Caution tape was still up (blocking our access to the pool). Then we got to listen to the sounds of chain saws and tree limbs literally crashing down on the roof above our room. I know this has to be done but why wouldn’t you schedule this at a time when no one was in these nearby rooms?We also got put in a room with a family in the room next door, so were serenaded with the shrieks of children and the slamming of screen doors.In it’s current state I would never stay here or recommend it to anyone. I’d come back for dinner but that’s it.All in all, my stay was a let down.

I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with the Staff at the Karratha International Hotel. I had to enquire about their accommodation and facilities on behalf of one of our customers. I personally dealt with a staff member called Dane and he went absolutely above and beyond to help with all of my enquires and the customers personal needs. Absolutely fantastic customer service skills, will highly recommend for any future bookings.

Friendly but slow service, dry food, cramped layout for eating space making you shimmy past people. Wont be back.Replying to Steve FWe were seated in the upper eating area, to the right as you walk in. The tables were all so cramped together that there was no clear walk to our able without "shimmying" past people. There were seats elsewhere however i didnt want to sit outside or in the bar area.

Expensive old run down dump. Stayed here for one night last weekend. Definitely not a $300 a night hotel. Western power inspector would have a field day at this place with faulty lighting

I really enjoyed staying there. The room was very spacious and clean, the staff couldnt be more friendly and I had a great breakfast. I would choose to stay there again.

Visited karratha in summer and stayed 4 nights.Room was HUGE and clean, all amenities are of good quality: the towels, shampoo/bath gel, etc. Also provided with coffee and tea making facility. Housekeeping was efficient and clean.There is a pool and a gym, pool water was warm as the weather was simply TOO HOT! They provided drinking water near the hotel entrance, and also sunblock for one to slather on before walking out into 45deg sun and heat.All the staff members were pleasant and helpful. Check-in and out were easy.Would stay again if coming to karratha and definitely would recommend to friends!Didnt give 5 stars as we did not dine at the restaurant, will make it a point to try next visit!

Probably one of the better restaurants in Karratha. Food is always of a high standard, venue is tidy, tables are pool is a great feature that allows parents to relax while the kids have a free swim.Misting fans are out in external areas, the area is totally non smoking which is great.Kids menu could do with a few more options though. :)

Clean comfortable motel style accommodation with parking outside room.Friendly staff. Good facilities..gym pool laundry. Pool cool but needs shade. Bedt breakfast in Pilbara.

Nice, clean and huge room. Large wardrobe and toilet area. Generous space to move around despite having all the furnitures. The room lightings and setting create a pleasant and soothing ambience. Great for individual, couple as well as family. Friendly and helpful staff 😀

Had a wonderful work lunch here, spicy chicken burger was delicious and the Sauv blanc was lovely, all of my colleagues were very happy with their meals and there was a wide range of options. Staff were very friendly and attentive too.

Rooms are a bit average but the food is amazing.Definitely recommend staying here just for the food.I was here with 14 other people and every one of them were amazed with the quality and deliciousness.

Quiet place, neat and tidy rooms, restaurant service is great and food is awesome. Has a few malls nearby. Restaurant serves great cocktails and some tasty ale. Highly recommended in this part of Karratha.

Not too bad but they need to do something about grey water plumbing, the smell flowing to rooms is terrible. Not luxury accommodation but practical and in a good location. Pool and social areas are very good, plenty of parking. Wi-fi is decent.

Dealing with Maddsion on the front counter has been one of the highlights of the hotel it makes me recommend it just for her services. yes The room mattress was also nice rare in a hotel :(yes they could do with a better pillowbut service and especially once u have left that they still care counts a lot for me.

Extremely pleasant place to stay. Either evening or morning meals can be had inside or pool side or on the balcony above the pool deck. Food was 4 star. Rooms better than average for the Pilbara. Staff very helpful.
