Pool , gym equipment, all workers ,strictly but everything works fine

Super clean and tidy kitchen, great common areas. This hostel even has a little gym in the backyard. Very good value for money. Great place to stop by between broome and exmouth.

7mins walk to the city. I just want to say thank you, thank you the manger (maybe the ownervery responsive and very advisable; for me to book their single room, while other hotels were fully booked (and I checked the price was like freaking $700 for two night well, for me, it’s a big amount of money, I chose not to spend this money for just two night stay instead, I called up a lot of hostel, all coz more than $300. At the end, this hostel safe my nights stay)What make me more thankful was, he never take my money in advance, and ask me just stay in when I arrived and sorted all the payment next morning, (I arrived at 8pm, he put the key in the roomcoz he knew that I might stuck because of the flash floods road closure; very helpful and easy friendly owner.Not the best, but more than enough to stay in for a sleep under the safe roof.With that price, what more can we ask for? I would definitely recommend those who need help in a stay; especially new people here in Karatha with limited budget💯💯

We have stayed there couple of nights. The room which has A/C and tree fans was so clean and quiet. The owner is very nice and kind person. Kitchen is little bit small but there are a lot of common area also gym and swimming pool. They don’t take fee for washing machine. Also location is fantastic you can get to shopping and some pubs quite easy.

This place is cool but I feel like the manager is trying to make us have a bad stayIt’s over 40 degrees and we’re not allowed to put the air conditioning in our room on the way home from work.The cleaning is supposed to be done every day but all the common parts are very dirty.If someone does not do the dishes, we are deprived of fork! Hallucinating

Dont go there.

Avoid at all costs. The air conditioners are broken, the bathrooms and kitchen are absolutely filthy and the place is generally run down and untidy. Additionally, there are clear health and safety issues such as mould and the fire alarm in our room having been removed. The manager did try to assist though had little to work with. In desperate need of some basic maintenance and cleaning.

its the only place there is in karratha for backpackers. Its not cheap at all, everything is dirty and the aircon is not working as it should. There is no service at all. There is no cleaner. The only good thing is the WIFI and its close to the shops.

The owner was good and has warm welcome attitude and he will help you through most of the things you need. But, the cleanliness is totally need to be under military control here.

The most filthy place Ive stayed. The kitchen was never cleaned or bathroom in the entire time I was there. The guy running it is pleasant enough but a total slumlord. Ans somewhat slimy with the women.

I stayed here for 3 months and I fell in love with this place! Very chilled out. Very welcoming. If you get a chance to stay at least a night do it... everyone stays longer than intended!

Great family type atmosphere

I was just staying for two nights but Terry was a great host, casual and family atmosphere. One night we had Terrys catch from fishing for dinner and if you dont expect a fancy hotel its the place to stay.

Great value accommodation. Arrived with car problems and within 30 mins they were on their way to being solved. Gonzo took me out fishing and showed me how to cook our catch for dinner that night. Loan bikes available so I checked out the local mountain bike trails the next day. Rooms, kitchen and bathroom were all clean and tidy, the artwork adds a cool atmosphere to the place. Not a bad 24 hours spent in a place I was orginally just going to drive through!

Comfortable

Tennant on place and very friendly. Had the whole dorm all for myself. One of the best night I had during my travel.

Terry (Gonzois a wonderfull host. During the two days I spent there, he kept taking care of all the people staying there. Took me fishing, cooked a free wonderful diner for all the guest.Great atmosphere around the pool and the garden. Nice, clean and well furnished facilities

For the price per night it isnt too bad. The place seemed tidy enough.
