Very disappointing food, the service was super slow. The main dish was limited and the worse part was the desert which had to be shared by two people.

Visited the restaurant for the dinner and cocktails.I ordered tasting menu which consists of 3 appetizers, main dish and desert.After 3 appetizers I spent 40 minutes waiting for my main dish and of course after this time I felt full and didn’t eat and asked for the bill. They suggested to bring complimentary desert. 15 mines later we decided to leave the restaurant, they didn’t bring the desert from tasting menu to take away neither the desert they offered as complimentary to take away as well.Worst service taking into account the restaurant was half occupied.

Prices are little bit high, the food was descent but I assume they overcharge you just because you can see the fountains. Reserve a table before showing up as all of the tables with view are always busy.

No hospitality !Food didnt come on time, the main came without any sides, and the side came after people had eaten and finished.The F&B service team was rubbish, didnt get their act together. They were more interested in saving pennies by not bringing drinks or food quickly.Not the place to go for a good time any more !Over priced for the service and food! not at all value for money ! no sense of hospitality !

Lovely evening at Karma Cafe. They have an amazing location, right by Burj Khalifa fountain. Amazing view. Excellent food and service.

We had an amazing night. Food and drinks were great. Customer service was the best. They have a lovely terrace overlooking Burj Khalifa and the fountain show. I really recommend this place. Everything was outstanding. We will definitely be back

Nice view of the lake and Burj, cool ambiance with lit up Buddha inside. Solid sushi rolls and portions. Bit $$$ if you don’t mind that!

Absolutely wonderful evening.From the time we have entered to the very end, the customer service was top notch and super attentive.Our waiter was Sherilyn and she certainly added to the great experience we had.We came for the brunch and it was absolutely worth it. The almost every single dish was great, stood out and yet went well with everything else on the course.The atmosphere, from music to lightning, was very toned down and pleasant.Definitely coming back again!

Nice atmosphere, try their couple special offer for 290 AED for unlimited sushi with a bottle of wine. The food is good but limited options available. The presentation and variety could be enhanced!

I dont prefer to get stuck in downtown traffic just to go there, but can be an option when you visit Dubai mall. Taste is ok 👍

A good place, with honest food. everything we had was great but not excellent. the prices are high but they are not impossible.it is worth mentioning that it is a good place to watch the fountain

Haven’t enjoy a brunch as much as i enjoyed Karma Kafe evening brunch, amazing service by the Bar Tender Mr . Dinesh, and the manager was extremely amazing and made sure everything was amazing, the food taste incredible true asian flavors and satisfying in every meaning

Very disappointed! What happened to karma.brunch??I’ve ordered the salmon main course and it tasted overcooked , dry and inedible.. we had to wait more than 15 minutes to be served drinks .. i love this place but i am very disappointed and the dessert is really sad (picture speaks for itself)!

Very disappointed with the service for ladies night. I explained to the waiter about my allergy to prawns. We ordered food. Moments later the waiter arrived back to tell us some of the items werent available. I spoke to the supervisor. He was very friendly and helpful.I asked for no prawns. The dish arrived with prawns. Our waiter was very rude and made the experience uncomfortable. I felt like he didnt want us in the restaurant because I had to complain about the food. Overall the experience wasnt great. Especially when its your first time in the restaurant.

Really good service and lovely flavour of the food in every dish. Went with friends nice view outside. As a tourist nice spot to go to if you enjoy oriental cuisine.

Awesome Saturday Brunch experience; We went on lunch date as it was my husbands bday and It was perfect decision to go there. Super delicious food with great variety, extremely courteous staff especially kyaw who made us feel super comfortable and friendly.Definitely this would be my go to place and I will recommend it to all friends and family.Thank you karma staff for making our day even more special!!!!

Very cute spot for a date/dinner with a loved one. The water shows happen often and youll have a perfect view of the shows from this restaurant.The food was also delicious! It is a little pricy but the food tasted great! Hospitality was also phenomenal.

Customer service was good. Limited drinks on the brunch menu. The music is rubbish but decor is great. Food is digestible, however the worst brunch Ive been too. Dont get fooled by the 241 on the entertainer or by the Burj view as youre only allowed to sit outside if youre ordering off the menu. Brunches strictly inside.

By far one of the best quality food brunches in Dubai. Superb and therefore is our third time taking friends. Everytime it is a pleasure as the food is simply too good. And its great value for money if you have Entertainer, even if you dont, it is worth the money.

Restorant itself is fine dining but staff it’s need to reach that level , food it’s not bad but it’s not worth. They mention in menu vagyu beef , they brought mince beef but far from vagyu beef. Make more profit they add over additional ingredients Into vagyu beef so there will not be taste of meat but there will be high profit for short time . When I ask waiter it’s a wagyu beef he said with bossy way %100 percent it is . Than when we order drinks you need to repeat two three time to get your drink . Need really manager to guide there and ask guest how was the experience . So normally I don’t make bad comment easy in Restorant but honestly I didn’t like and will come back again. I don’t think so!

Restaurant terrace has an amazing fountain view, in the evenings it’s noisy. Food and drinks were much better before pandemia… unfortunately

I just so upset with last nights experience that I just felt that I had to write this review. I would not rate this place at all if there was a negative or no star rating.I had booked a table and specifically asked that as I had friends over from London it was important to get a fountain View. They told me it is always first come first seated and they would seat accordingly. So table booked at 7.30 I arrived at 7pm to try and ensure we got a fountain View. The whole terrace is empty. And yet they sat me at the back I specifically said I was told that it was first come first seated and yet they said no those seats at the front are reserved. I quietly sat down but inside I was not happy at the switch.We ordered the food...everyone wanted to order the shredded duck. They said madam we dont have pancakes but we can give you lettuce as a substitute. Everyone was happy to accept that and said that is fine lets order it. First we had ordered an entire duck and we received 3 lettuce leaves. So I again asked for some more and Below are the photos of what I received. Seriously???? This is what I have paid 200 dirhams for ?? At this point, the food was cold and I called the waitress over and she told me to layer the lettuce. I said how exactly have you seen the size of the lettuce you have provided and now compare this to the cucumbers. Are you not embarrassed that to have put this on the table. There was not even enough for one person to which she replied well you can ask for more. I said I already have.....but why should I have to ask 4 times for lettuce in one meal. You dont ask for your meal to be served by the bite ??There was, no, let us try and resolve this for you? Have a drink ? Or even we wont make you pay for the shambles of the duck....or the cold food. Just she told me how to eat the duck with the lettuce leaves the size of my fingernail and the cucumbers the size of bean poles. The patronising tone of voice to tell me how to eat was humiliating in front of my friends. My friends just laughed and said wow...this is level of service ? Common sense and customer service not very abundant here.By the end of the meal I was so embarrassed and she very happily presented me with a 1600 dirham bill.I would not rate this restaurant even a one star for service or food. I am totally furious as it was embarrassing that I had raved so much to my friends how good this place was and it turned out to be such a bad night.

Put 5 stars only because of the view and your promotions.Main points :Staff is not much attentive (forget the orders).Dimsams and sushi are not the best… it was falling apart while you catch it with chopsticks.No AC at the terrace.Napkin had a lipstick on it.

My favorite. I highly recommend this restaurant is suitable for family and friends. The food is superb with unique flavors and the service is exceptional. The area is excellent and good accommodation specially miss Cyril. The design inside is very calming and inviting. The employees are really helpful and attentive. I keep on going there because its a good experience.

The restaurant offers a decent cocktail list and the sushi platter we ordered was decent, but the atmosphere (very dark, loud music, loud fansalong with a less than desirable set up for its terrace, pretty awful udon and Szechuan beef (so bad we did not touch it after the first couple of bites), expensive prices and barely welcoming staff, made this a far below par experience. I would not recommend the address to any gourmet or well traveled individuals. This place needs help.

The food is good for what actually made it to our table.The restaurant has such a great vibe to it however the service was unbelievably bad.We were not served all our dishes to the table, drinks were watered down and service was just very slow.I would go back because of the vibe and the views but not for what I actually pay for.

The location and decoration for this place gives it the opportunity to be outstanding, however there was a few elements that let it down.Firstly, the atmosphere wasn’t good. The place is very quiet and there isn’t enough buzz. If I am going to a funky restaurant and spending money on the food I want there to be a good buzz yet there wasn’t.The food was tasty to be fair. Sushi very good and the adaptation of the Japanese menu was interesting. Definitely take the cod. Drinks are on the pricey side but that’s to be expected and we enjoyed a very good bottle of wine.I will return but only once it has a better vibe.

Loved the design, the colors, the music and the lighting. Terrace with beautiful fountain views. Sundays unlimited sushi offer is a great value of money. Fresh and high quality sushi with outstanding drinks created by talented bartenders. Once you are seated here, you just dont want to leave!

Honestly would not recommend this to any vegetarian or vegan diners. We were so impressed by the fact there was a separate vegan and vegetarian menu and so were really looking forward to the experience this evening.Unfortunately, the food was substandard it really does not warrant the price being charged for it.We ordered the edamame which you can’t get wrong, the sushi that followed was 6 small pieces which carried little flavour, average ingredients, and more akin to conveyor belt sushi.Then we had ordered the sweet potato dumplings which was basically four tiny pieces of sweet potato ravioli. Really disappointing.We ordered some sort of cheese fritter which again had sweet potato but sadly no flavour.Main course was udon noodles which the table agreed was not what we were expecting, the horrible flavour in the oil stayed in the mouth for hours. The second main was a Poke bowl which started well but then once the avocado was moved was just a bowl of rice.The service was actually fine and I can’t complain about that, location and setting are beautiful with the fountain views. Drinks were fine, espresso martini was really good, mocktails were very average.Again, would not recommend, vegetarians and vegans recommend you to dodge this.

The food was good. Ambience was also good. However they could work on their service a bit better. Their menu was quite confusing. And my friends who wanted to drink could not find what they were looking for and apparently at the end they ended having something that the waiter said is nice but they did not like.Food was enjoyable though

I often go to Dubaï, this place is special and the experience unique. Effectively the view on the fountains show and the Burj Khalifa is incredible ! You are right in front of the Apple Center. No better place possible ! About the menu Id say its expensive as the price is about the place and the ambiance. Also the food quality is great so dont be scared. I judge the restaurant is not rated 5* as the wait time is inappropriate

Spent NYE 2019 here. Definitely the best cost for the venue, food and drinks. There is a wonderful viewing area for the fireworks.

We celebrated New Year’s Eve last year here. Definitely the best choice, as we got free bar and a 5. course menu, and I got a delicious vegetarian menu. The food was soooo good.Karma Kafé is a Pan-Asian restaurant located on the 3rd floor in Souk al Bahar; which means you get a balcony view of Burj Khalifa and the Fountains. Definitely the best place to celebrate NYE! We could easily enter the Ground floor to get a full view of Burj Khalifa during the show. Unforgettable!

Great ambiance, average food.You go to karma cafe for the ambiance and to see the fountains (sit outside, its great). However, the food is really overpriced for what you get. We got the tartare, which actually was quite tasty, though a bit too much dressing.The duck and eel roll was good, but too much tempura. The mains however were quite disappointing.The tea smoked salmon was quite bland- the skin was nice and crispy but the salmon itself lacked flavour.The flank beef was quite boring as well. There was no taste at all.The Asian chicken salad is what stole the show. The flavours were great and the crunch was awesome. However it is disappointing that only 2 out of the 5 dishes were good, given how expensive everything is.

I went here for a ladies night on a Tuesday. The deal was 3 free drinks, and the cocktails were good. We also ended up ordering some food, which was decent. However, Ive been here for brunch and compared to that experience, it was disappointing. The most annoying thing was that a photographer kept walking around insisting on taking pictures with a huge flash. So every 3 minutes, you were blinded. It was ridiculous! Ill never go back again. There are better places with good food and drinks where you can enjoy the night with your friends in peace.
