Small, very clean hotel. Good and clean pool. Nice staff.

The room was great, with nice balcony and beautiful garden. The service was very good and the manager Sifael did everything to feel us very comfortable.

We stayed in Karibu Heritage House three nights in total before, between and after our hike and safari. It was our tour operator that chose this hotel, and so glad they did it! For a budget hotel, the room has everything you need and more, and the hotel staff is extremely friendly and available. It is located in a quiet area with a nice garden and swimming pool. You can always take a taxi if you wish to visit downtown, or there is a restaurant in the hotel reasonably priced if you prefer to stay there in the evenings.

Spent a few days here during my stay in Arusha to do the Kilimanjaro trek and Safari, super recommended!!Nice structure, nice people working there, well located and good food. Best choice in town!

Room was great with mosquito nets, we were offered the option for a double bed when initially booked for a twin (as in the site was the only available). Dinner and breakfast were tasty. Monkeys around the trees and garden but not causing any nuisance to the guests. STAFF is super caring specially reception staff, they will go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and are very helpful, they wouldnt be out of place on a 5star hotel.

We stayed here 3 nights , Sifael has been an amazing host . The food is also delicious , rooms are super confortable , the garden on the back is really lovely with a swimming pool , perfect place to chill and relax after a safari !

We only spent one night here, before taking out flight to Zanzibar.The hotel is perfect. Clean and modern rooms. Free WiFi, which is very fast. A nice garden with a pool. Friendly staff.We can recommend this location totally, even for a longer stay!

Homely and small hotel with friendly staff! The pool though was super cold though. Liked the fact you could walk to the main road and catch the local transport into Arusha town! chased views of mt meru but unfortunately it was cold season in May

Great team, especially Sifa the waiter, he was always on hand to assist with a smile. The accommodation is basic and comfortable. They have great Wi-Fi, a swimming pool and gardens to relax in.The meals are nothing fancy but all enjoyable. If you ask for a cafetiere (coffee pressyou will get a decent cup of coffee :)Room Tip: Ask for a room with a balcony!
