Absolutely terrible customer service. We came around 11pm and the place was supposed to be open till 1am, but we didn’t have a reservation so the bartender told us that he won’t serve us anything. And the place wasn’t full at all, there were only few people. We didn’t understand why we were treated like this, it looked like the bartender was just lazy and didn’t want to work.This is not how you treat customers.

Great place. Good private places with some state of the art karaoke machines. Good sound, great amount of songs available and drink are well priced. Definitely would recommend.

Great karaoke place! Lots of settings (lighting, smoke, backing vocal track, independent volume settings for music and mic), huge song catalogue. Neat rooms too!

We had such a great time! The staff were excellent (and even helped us in English thank you!!!). Definitely looking forward to going back again soon! Only wish the AC in the room was better, but not a deal breaker at all. Would 100% recommend!

Simply the best karaoké in Lille to this day!Ive been going there for 2 years now, theres a really cool and friendly staff, they clearly can read the mood of your group. They know if youre here with a very confortable group of friends vibing together and theyll just lead you to your room without breaking your vibe (one staff member even stayed to dance and laugh a few seconds with us once, special kudos to heror if youre with a more shy group theyll be there to break the ice and make you confortableThe drinks and food are clearly just on a snack level but you wouldnt be expecting more from a karaoké place, and in that range theyre completely honest on their price (sure its more than you would pay in a bar - though not much more tbh, but youre also not in a bar)100% recommended place, I brought numerous groups of friends and family there and everyone is always having a thrill and a great time, even the more shy people! Would and will go again!

Great place, great music, staff and everything. You will sing and spend good time even if you are very shy :Big amount of karaoke songs, cozy - small, but not too small - room. Great place for a party with your friends or work.

Great Karoake. Clean room. Thoroughly cleaned after each session. There is a vast collection of songs both in French and English. Washrooms are also clean and the drinks are good. The cocktail I ordered was not too strong though. I would just stick to beer next time. Besides that, everything was good. The staff were nice and polite. Spoke English and French. 👍🏽👍🏽

The best karaoke experience Ive had on this side of the Atlantic! Clean rooms, great service, the karaoke app on the ipads in the rooms is easy to use with a vast selection of songs not to mention the fact that you can increase background singer voices to sound just a little bit better when singing!
