The location is a few minutes walk from Republic Square. Friendly staff. Spacious and clean apartment, two air conditioners, a kitchen, a comfortable bed and a sofa bed, two balconies, in the part where the hostel was not. Standard breakfast, everything is delicious, at any time you can make tea, coffee. Cons: reception on the seventh floor, our apartment on the tenth, and there is only one elevator, often waiting for it for a long time.

Amazing little hostel just 5~10 minute walk from Republic Square in Yerevan with many stores a short walking distance from it.Stayed in a 4 bed hostel room that is just a normal hotel room with a private bathroom but 4 beds, they also provided a good-sized locker with a lock to store you things.in lower floors, you can find a public space to sit down and work, and the amazing breakfast kitchen with great food to start the morning that was part of the booking itself, cant win this place in value for money

Staff excellent. Location excellent. Breakfast excellent. Kitchen staff excellent. I stayed here many days. I could easily stay here for 90 days with no problems. The rooms were large, the guest were quite. I enjoyed by time here.

Nice and clean hotel in the city center. I booked a single apartment for 1 week and it was as they described it.

One of the best hostels i had ever stayed, all of the receptionists and kitchen staff are friendly. They have good prices for Yerevan standards and the location is almost at the city center

Location is very convenient. Very friendly staff especially the ladies preparing the breakfast. Food selection for breakfast is limited but tasty.

Kantar Hotel is every nice Hotel closed to all attraction here in Yerevan nice room and spacious clean and tidy.... staff are very helpful and very accommodating, breakfast was simple but delicious.... Highly recommended!

Best breakfast I had ever experienced in a hostel category

One of the best staying option in Yerevan, Armenia nearby to Republic Square. Either one can stay in their hotel or hostel format, enjoy free breakfast if one stays in the hostel. One can enjoy friendly reception, entertainment room and wonderful staffs to help you out round the clock.

Best hotel in budget. Awesome location, its center and one can get all basic shopping in walkable distance.

Nice place to stay. But the old lady at the kitchen is a little bit stingy when it comes to the breakfast buffet.

we were surprised by the size of the apartment we rented. it had everything one might need even for a long stay. the staff was super nice, especially the cooks by the breakfast.

I’m in the middle of a five night stay here and I have to say that this a fantastic hostel. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, but the real stars of Kantar are the two ladies who run the kitchen in the morning. They make an AMAZING breakfast and are so, so nice. They taught me a little Armenian on my first morning here too.The WiFi is crazy fast and the common room is spacious.

Location: downtown within walking distance from the national museum and Republic Square.Staff: good command of English and very friendly and helpful.Breakfast: the coziest place in Yerevan which gives you the experience of a typical homey breakfast which delicious jams and cheeses.Price: decent and affordable.Overall: I will definitely go back. It was an amazing experience.

The hotel is nice, clean and refurbished with affordable price. Moreover the security at the door makes sure you dont have night guests at night 😜

Clean. Furniture looks new. Bathroom and shower are also clean and look new. Individual lockers have assigned keys and inside theres a drawer and a hook to hang stuff. Each bed has its own power outlet and lamp. You get a towel also. Staff at the front desk fully fluent in English and kind. Breakfast buffet included cold cereal, oats, juice, eggs, different types of cheese and bread, cold meat platters, yogurt, toast, pastry, fruits, etc. A flat screen with music videos in low volume was on at the dining room. Commons room and a screen and a desktop available for everyone. They accept credit cards (a major reason why I chose to stay there). Cons: mens shower hose falls down easily. Internet was down a couple times. Cigarette smoke was really strong despite being forbidden. Some guests smoke in the bathroom, and even though it is allowed in the room terrace, the smoke still gets in the bedroom. I had to leave because of the cigarette smoke; otherwise, I would have stayed for the rest of the week.

Employees are accommodating and friendly,rooms are nice but only washrooms must be cleaned and no odor.
