It was known as Tehsil Chowk before Chiniot awarded District.It is always crowdy since then.A lot of changes have been made since then. Many shops closed to increase the area like Lodhi samosa shop and Salim book depot which was located right at where DPO office is constructed

The place is not too important. It is just Box Chowk. However there is beautiful displays the Muslims faith verse. So the name changed from Tehsil Chowk" to "Kalma Chowk". The roads emerged from this place connects to Jhang, Sargodha, Faisalabad, Pindi Bhattian.

The most square of Chiniot city, commonly known as Khatam-e-Nabovat Chowk. Main bus adda of the city is here where you can find public transport for out of city. Four different roads start from here which leads to Faisalabad, Jhang, Sargodha and Pindi Bhattian (motorway M - 2). There is first Kalma written here with great metal work. You can see this picture. Surprisingly this square has traffic lights which are often out of order so be careful while crossing it.

Not good for night journey, you better not think youll get ride 24/7 here.

Now to success our country nation

It can be improved, there is always a need of transport and bus, a lot of passengers travel from here to nearest cities (Faisalabad, Jhang, Lahore, Sargodha), but the station is too busy, doesnt have enough busses, and the staff is not always friendly. There have been no upgrade to the vehicles, infact they have been going downhill. It can be improved.
