Very beautiful place to visit.Unfortunately I lost my silver medaillon with pics of my Grandma en mother. It was my Moms before I got it. She had it for 50yrs...Hope someday someone will find it and reads this. If you want to share, its also on my fb and insta.

August 2021:Beautiful piece of nature. Just a 15 minute, 1 km, walk over a hardened trail to get to this beauty. The road passing this place is currently closed for cars, so youll need to park at the intersection with the narrow bridge and walk from there. Just go to the far end of the parking away from the road and youll see the sign. From there just keep going straight until you bump into the water basin which is the source of the water. Theres a stair going down which will lead to this place. The footbridge coming from the other side has washed away due to the flooding so that side is blocked or youll need to get adventurous and climb through the water. Theres also a tree that fell down over the path coming from the parking due to the flooding so strollers and wheelchairs will have a hard time reaching this place until they clear the debris.May 2022:The bridges in the wooden footpath have been repaired again. If you just want to see this place with a minimal walk, there is a sand patch across the street where this is located where a few cars can park. Just cross the street and in a minute you can reach this place. If that place is full or you dont mind a nice walk, park on either side of this place where the parking lots are to be found and walk over here in about 15 minutes.

Easily accessible after a short hike from the Waldbillig parking spot, the Kallektuffquell is just down the stairs from the pool (dont miss it, theres no clear sign). Nice waterfall with beautiful colors in the fall. The visit can be easily combined with the Schiessentumpel

Close to the road but what a beautiful place. follow the stairs up for more.

At the Travertine source situated in the valley of the Ernz Noire crystal-clear calcareous water flows over a rock formation into a basin. The colors of the water and the rock as well as the variety of moss are impressive.

Time your visit well for it not to be overrun by tourists. If you do that, you can take it all in and spend some quality calm time sitting and listening to nature and the water

Very beautiful! I would recommend seeing this one as part of a longer walking route but since we were pressed for time we parked nearby when coming through there.

Well worth the walk - seeing that this was a stop for me along a 20 kilometer trail. Nearest parking seemed to be about half a mile away. The walk towards the spring is worth it as well as you walk over long wooden bridge.

Beautiful place, great colours

Very small, including a nice walk youll be set for an hour. Great when it is really warm, but dont expect a lot of space for swimming. The forest is really beautiful here though
