Kalgoorlie Golf Course - Golf course in Kalgoorlie, Australia
One the best golf Ive even seen I Australia
Spectacular golf course with helpful staff and great special events pavilion.
Well designed courseTotally worth the visit
Considering its location this course is terrific. Well kept and very scenic. Shared with kangaroos. And challenging enough to keep you busy.
Beautiful atmosphere. awesome greens.
Beautiful golf course played early in morn sharing the due with roos. Great experience and would recommend to golfers of all levels. Generous fairways so no excuses. Lots of bunkers all in good nick.
Beautiful course. Friendly staff. In the middle of nowhere!
The most amazing course in the outback. Fantastic fairways with lots of undulating areas, lots of bunkers and some elivated greens. Definitely a must do when in Kalgoolie.
Just played today on your beautiful course..very undulating and lots of bunkers but we took a cart which caught what breeze was around. Hot conditionsstaff very helpfulHighy recommend
Really nice golf course friendly staff good driving range and practice putting green.
Very picturesqueBeautiful course although difficult
Course is great. Really nice shape and nice greens. Short game better be on as its punishing if youre off even a little bit.Service left a little to be desired in the pro shop, but the course made up for it.Played in the afternoon and it felt like we had the course to ourselves. We walked and it was definitely a bit of a hike but completely walkable.
Golfers will love the challenge of this championship course.Great value and friendly staff in the pro shop and bar. Would also recommend the lunch .
Best course, stay out of the bunkers
Went out to hit a bucket of balls on the driving range and ball machine was empty...notified staff and she went out to collect balls of the driving range 1 at a time...eventually got around to hitting that bucket of balls an hour and 15 minutes later...really!!!
A nice course, bunkers could do with a bit of sand in them but greens are very good. The clubhouse is the downfall of this place with very average service in the bar/restaurant and pro shop with the food being pretty average as well. With the right management, this place could be something special.
Beautiful suprise around every corner WowJust be prepared for challenging golf course, when playing out of the rough the red stuff just remember to hit the ball first not the dirt!, 😊
Fabulous golf course. We started the Nullabor Links at 2 holes here. The course deteriorated very much from here so enjoy these holes! Great fun to do.
What a lovely golf course
Most stunning golf course Ive been to in the outback.
Great course, very disappointed there are no facilities to have food or drink
Great golf course and very friendly bar staff.
Great experience to play this course which is unique as the rough is red dirt. Had a cart which I think is necessary for this well laid out course.. had a great time
Course is good, great value with the $50 9 holes parmy and pint special they are running at the moment.Unfortunately some of the staff were quite blunt and not that welcoming of non members.
Beautiful desert course with kangaroos hopping about makes it feel dreamy, girl in the shop was having a bad day or has an attitude problem
Played 9 holes on this beautiful course. Course presentation and service was excellent. The manicured fairways and greens created an amazing contrast to the natural surroundings of red dirt and eucalypts.Must do experience for golfers visiting the WA Goldfields.
Great day great course
They provide a special $49 for 9holes a buggy golf clubs & a lunch parmi & a pint !! , Only on specified days ,well worth it . Beautifully kept grounds , commend the grounds keeper . Friendly staff
Beautiful course. Beautiful contrast between green fairways, greens etc to red desert. Lovely to see Kangaroos on course & greens staff keep course beautiful
A beautiful golf course set amongst the desert!! Tough course and very harsh on your clubs if you dont stay in the fairways. Just beautiful contrasting colours!
Wide open ,great golf course.
This course is excellent. Design & condition are outstanding. A must play for any golf enthusiast.
Absolutely superb. We only played a couple of holes of Nullarbor Golf but this course is just a delight.
Great course. Rough is brutal.
Fantastic, challenging course! Well maintained and a real WA experience. Great job KGC and GGC 👍
Great course well keeped fast greens
Great course great staff greens are fast fairways well keeped amazing to see this in the outback. Very long holes most are 400 to 540m
What a gem of a golf course, wonderful fairways, hard greens, one of the best golf courses I have ever played
Sunset at Kalgoorlie Golf Course, 10th tee, at the end of playing the Nullarbor links Chasing the Sun 10th Anniversary Competition
One of the best golf course I have ever played I love it
Lovely course but you need an old club to get off the red dirt
Great layout, unique in Australian golf. A must play on any golfers bucket list
Really well maintained and challenging course. Looking forward to when the new amenities are built!
An absolute waste of money. Kalgoorlie would have been better off had the council spent the money they poured into the course (and subsequently hemorrhagedon the towns roads. To say most of the roads are atrocious is beyond understatement.
What a lovely remote golf course. Very enjoyable early morning round with a mob of Kangaroos. Almost unbelievable how well they keep the tee boxes, fairways and greens.
A mere 590 km east of the city of Perth, the municipal Kalgoorlie Golf Course is not somewhere youll necessarily rush out to. But if you do happen to be visiting or passing through, this very enjoyable desert course offers one of Australias unique golf experiences.
Amazing course! Friendly staff.
Excellent contrast between the fairways and red oxide dirt. Well kept course and reasonable cost to play. Great service
I dont play golf but have visited on a few occasions to attend functions/events held here, the function areas a nice but a bit lack luster, food whilst good is over priced, and drinks a very expensive $4 for a can of coke
A real gem of golf courses among the Golffields, featuring grass greens and fairways! The contrast with the red soil in the roughs makes for really nice colours and views.Only downside are the many flies you find in this part of WA, they are really annoying when you set up for your shot - but locals say youll get used to that :-)
