Well priced. Taste is okay. Very good service.

It was a very enjoyable dinner, the food was really good. The waitress was a bit unpleasant and it took a long while to get our meal.

So glad this place is as wonderful as ever. They have very cool lunch options. Had their Panko Tendeloin and Udon noodles. Staff was very efficient and friendly. Food was perfect before a long drive home.

Great service.... reached there close to closing time and they still served us with no rush and made us feel comfortable.

The staff is always friendly, their app is easy to use. Consistent quality for the most part food wise. They always have deals which is great.Theres also the downside. The app stopped working for me, taking me only to the privacy page. I emailed the app developers and they couldnt fix the error (we tried a few things). Eventually deleted the app and used the website as suggested which isnt totally mobile friendly. Collected the digital reward points and queried about using it in dining in to which I was told I can by whoever manages the IG. Went to the restaurant for a date night to use it to be told that it cant be used there, the higher ups dont know how to deduct the points from my acct if I do and that they dont know who told me it could be used there (despite having the IG message which they saw). Also learnt that it cant be called in either- you must order through the app to redeem (maybe the website might work too). None of this was communicated in their marketing from what Ive seen, nor changed after the incident. The app was re-downloaded just to use the points (thankfully this time it worked many months later)As a loyal customer that has made over $4k worth of purchases there since Sept 2020 (because the online bit wasnt around before to record and the instore purchases still arent recorded either).... I was dissatisfied with the responses.

They have March specials which was a pleasant surprise. The service was great, our server was friendly and helpful and the rolls were awesome. It was a great experience for a mid day date with my husband.

Enchanting atmosphere and ambience, however, the food did not live up to expectation.

Sushi was delish great service keep up the awesome work hope i heard correct because i want to commend our waitress i believe she said her name was Curlie but with a mask on i could have heard wrong ... anyhow Godzilla roll was tops my sister had the Volcano which is her absolute fav!

The food was amazing, had the best service and the music was a vibe.

No major complaints, I enjoyed the experience as well as the rolls provided.More emphasis needs to be placed on having staff focus on core duties and responsibilities. There were a number of available staff members on duty, however most were multitasking at best, which caused unnecessary delays and double work as well for them.A more efficient service can be accomplished if personnel remain focused on core roles and help in other functions when they can or when necessary.

We order peanut chicken with udon noodles and there was no peanut flavour at all. Tasted like regular Chinese food

The staff are friendly and professional and you have the option of having your dine-in experience either inside or outside on the plaza terrace.The sushi is always fresh and delicious, and theres always a special that catches my eye.If you want to share a special dinner, Kaizan will not disappoint!

The place tastes good but the cancerous culture of tipping has taken over the establishment. I had an employee have the audacity to ask me how much I gave for the tip. Ruined my date, the food and the night.I personally believe that employees that beg for tips should be fired on sight. Disgusting.I really would like to find a nice place with a better atmosphere.

Had a great experience from the time I called all the way to my pick up.... Staff was pleasant, had to wait a bit but I did arrive early.... And it tasted Soo good 😋

First time eating at this restaurant and it surpassed my expectations, food was great, dessert delicious and service exceptional.

Had 3 positive occasions. The 4th occasion did not go as well. Ordered take away for my sons birthday on 27/8/20 and the edamade beans ordered was hard and old. It was inedible and had to be thrown away. While the other parts of the order were commendable, this was not expected of an established restaurant given the experience on previous occasions.However, staff was pleasant which is sometimes lacking in some restaurants. The quality of the take away food may need to be reviewed before going out the door.

New menu. Consistent quality. Good service. The plethora of offerings is impressive for such a small work area off to the back.Cooked food is quite satisfying and great options. Amazingly they seem to not run out of the ingredients for their varied sushi rolls.Under this "new" owner they have come a long way and have seriously improved. Now its a preferred place for me.

I really loved my very first experience here. The customer service of staff and the atmosphere of the restaurant was very welcoming. I was recommended by my friend to try three different rolls (shrimp, salmon and volcano roll). In my opinion the volcano roll was the best out of the three because it had symmetry in its taste, it was just right and the light soy sauce just added more heavenly flavors. The salmon and shrimp I do like but not in comparison to the volcano roll, thank you very much for making my first experience the best.

Sushi rolls are good and delicious have specials on rolls but service charge and vat are very expensive when added on to bill.

We love this restaurant because the sushi always tastes great and the prices are reasonable (sometimes really exceptional when they have specials). Wait time could be better but I guess food prep requirements are the reason for this. If so I have no issue because it’s a quality product. Highly recommend them.

I have only good experiences here. They always have specials during the week and they also come up with pretty interesting menu items- like this sushi pizza!

This restaurant has a variety of options for most palettes, the prices are moderate and the staff is generally pleasant.

Their sushi is amazing and customer service is really great too. You also dont have to wait long periods for the food as well. Just a little note tho, when making a reservation on a popular holiday like valentines day, expect to wait a long while to get seated.

Definitely recommend this place. One of my favourite places to eat at Movie Towne. Suited for those who want something more unique to the palate.

This place is exponentially popular its a place to hang out with friends and family also they have a wide choice of menu. You feel like family when you visit kaizan. So pick up your friends or your family and go shop for sushi by kaizan!

Dined at Kaizan Movietowne on June 1st with my husband. We ordered the 4 chefs choice sushi rolls, which we assumed would be the best. The rolls were nicely presented. However, they were too large, I would say double the size of a normal roll making it difficult to eat in the usual way. The rice was overcooked and had the consistency of a paste. Moreover, there was too much rice to the quantity of filling. None of the ingredients appeared to be fresh and all of the rolls lacked flavour. Although the ambience of the restaurant was inviting and the presentation of the food was good, it was unbearable to continue eating such awful food. We did not finish the sushi rolls and were saddened to have wasted our money on food of such poor quality.
