So far Ive been here twice. Everyone has been friendly, helpful, and quick in theirel service. Also, the brown sugar scone is to die for! Definitely plan to come here more.

Simple homestyle food and coffee done very well. No BS but nothing flamboyant, for good prices. The entrées are pretty great, make sure to try some.

They finally got my Peach smoothie after months of being unavailable. There is always just one barista so it can be quite slow if someone orders in front of you. They are open for a minimal number of hours. Good pricing though, especially for a small business. Fairly friendly baristas from my experience.

Coffee is delicious and so are the pastries! You can tell theyre passionate about what they do! Atmosphere is very cute and quaint.

Nice, quiet, laid back atmosphere. Kind barista. The mocha, wrap and danish were all tasty. Probably average price for a coffee shop. It was a good place to meet up with someone for the first time.

Expensive coffee, but great scones, fresh baked daily. Service is generally good, one rude woman snapped at me when I went to get a Caramel Macchiato because I did not know what stirred or poured was (I believe that is the term she used?!). I asked what she was saying and it made it seem pretentious there, but have gone back a few more times and the other employees are super sweet and helpful.

Ive followed Kais on Instagram for a while but just visited for the first time this morning with my 3 year old and infant after dropping off my big kid at school. It has a welcoming atmosphere, a good selection of coffee and tea and comfortable seating where I felt safe to nurse the baby. We will be back sometime to try lunch!

Nice Quiet place with polite employees. I would recommend that front of store is kind of bland and hard to notice it needs that Spark or light that says hay Im open for Business come on in for some good Coffee. But place is Cozy.

Not particularly impressed. The staff talked to each other for a good few minutes while I waited at the counter. I asked about the brew of the day and ordered that. It wasnt very hot and really wasnt very good.

The lady that was working was so friendly and helpful. Very clean and cozy atmosphere. Had the ham and cheese croissant and bama brulee and they were amazing, highly recommend.

A fun place to grab a coffee and catch up with s friend. Fast friendly service with a heart for the community. My husband goes often and it’s become a favorite for him and his friends to discuss current events.

I give it 1star mainly for the reason that my frappe had nickel size ice chunks in it and the girl put coffee grounds in a cup of hot water and then made a girl wait 20 minuets instead of making a potmight be because it was 45 minuets from closingthey don’t have a menu to tell what kind of drinks they serve just what they serve not flavors or anythingwon’t be attending again

Nice quiet place to go enjoy a cup of coffee and read a book. Their apple spice is good. I have only been a few times, but service time can be a little slow at times. I know it is due to growth having enough equipment to serve during peak times. There is a balance to business.

This place has great coffee, excellent eating options that are healthy, and the have wifi. I love to go here order the Bama Brulee and enjoy. Better than Starbucks

Place could take off if a little attention to detail was given. Luckily I was with good company, so while the coffee was tepid, the trip was worth it.

guy making the coffees was a mess. easily flustered, couldnt keep track of his utensils and ingredients, would get off track easy and blame it on "a rush." A rush is not 6 ppl. very inefficient and easily thrown off his groove. waited 40 minutes for a coffee witg only 4 people in here, then he had the order wrong. he was a really nice guy, just not sure this is the kind of work he should be in.

Kais Koffee is fantastic. The baristas are very knowledgeable and attentive, and the coffee is top notch. If you live in the area or pass through Pelham, you are doing yourself a disservice if you havent visited here.

This is a really great little coffee shop. All of their coffee drinks are delicious, as are the various pastries and other food items. It is much better than the big chain store down the road.

Staff is extremely friendly, the place is usually very quiet and uncrowded and the options on the menu are great (its kid friendly too)! As for recommendations, I highly recommend the Bama Brulee if youre a fan of mochas.

I was in town for work, and wanted a good iced coffee! I found Kais was close to my customer so I decided to give it a try. The coffee was just what I was looking for to help escape the hot day! The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. I hope to be able to come back again!

Kais is a great cafe. The staff and owner are cheerful and helpful. The cafe it self is relaxing and comfortable. Wifi is available which is a plus for me because I am an online student. Kais is a great place to go and relax with friends or get some work done. I recommend the Bama Freeze, its great!

I *love* Kais Koffee! They have intimate spaces to hang out as well as a huge space in the back that can be reserved for meetings. The owner is so cheerful and makes every effort to make her customers happy. They make an awesome Caramel Mocha!

Service is Great! Coffee is also. A lot of room for meeting space as well. Love the place.
