Good place to stay

Serena hotel is really the only luxury international standard hotel in Kabul. First of all its security standards ara good and reliable. And talking about Kabul this is very important issue. Location is good too but you didnt safe the mess of the Kabul traffic jams. One time inside the hotel you discover a real oasis of quiet and peace... Prived and safe parking lot in front of the main lobby entrance, nice gardens, wonderful swimming pool...Rooms are big, very well decorated and with very comfortable and huge beds...The hotel is all about service. All the staff from the front desk till the last employee at the restaurant are efficient, kind and professional. The restaurant is magnificent, all the services from breakfast to dinner are buffet style and the variety, quality and presentation of the food is great.In a few words, the best and only option to be in an international standard of quality in the city. Absolutely recommend

Its the most beautiful hotel I have ever seen in my LIFE!!! (My student said this, Ok? I have never been to the surrounding area of the Kabul Serena. Not even 2 Km. It has delicious but expensive foods.I also have heard that THIS HOTEL has ghosts. They are mostly seen in the BASEMENTS. - NOT MY WORDS. MY FREINDS! I am just the messenger.

Safe hotel good security delicious food and services

I lived in Kabul Serena more than one year. Such a nice and safe hotel. Large rooms, international and Afghan kitchen, beautiful gym and spa, kind and helpful staff.

So damn beautiful, Serena has set a new standard in hospitality. Very courteous staff professional and always ready to help. Security is bit pain in the neck for those who wants to come and meet but I can understand the reasons. My first and last choice in kabul.

Amazing place to be in. Neat and clean .

Great place for staying and dining. Located at the center of the city just the opposite side of the Presidential Palace. Area is a bit crowded due to traffic and people. Located in secure (Green Belt Zone). Staff are professional and well trained, quality food and services. Also good for events.

The worst hotel ever, the worst management, the worst staff, I have never visited the hotel and I will never, I am a travel agent in London and we had 2 bookings at the hotel and in house guests still to check out tomorrow 18/05/2018, I spoke with them to ask them how can they share and send the emails between our travel agency and their hotel to the customer and when I asked their rude manager to listen to me as I am the one who is calling to complain he hang the line in my face, We will never ever use their hotel for any of our business travellers and will put the review in TripAdvisor and all tourism platforms.Mahmoud ElsayedSavin Corporate Travel Management: The Mille 1000 Great West Road, Brentford TW8 9DW. A official hotel and restaurant where mostly official people are coming. A nice and relax place.

this is great luxury hotel in Kabul with good security, I have been there for 13 days

Been there multiple times on Fridays ( The Buffet Day Security checks and customer service sucks.The food is nice and of course very expensive.

I was there for about a month the services were very bad as five star hotel, the room that I stayed was not good though I insisted to change it,About the food, I could say that my cooking is more better than the buffet of this hotel.

Hotel is aight but food is not as good as expected and the worst thing is there is no parking at all. Not worth the money.
