KOMPAS Hotel Aalborg in Aalborg

A little bit outdated rooms, but very clean and contain everything you need. Unfotunately, our room was on the furtest corner and wifi was rather poor. Breakfast was very nice and has everything you need. Gluten free bread was no issue (ask waitors). Service desk was very helpfull and had a solution for every issue (no free car park space).Ideally located.

Its a very good hotel, with a bit small and barren rooms.Pros:-Outstanding, amazing staff that will help you with everything-Top tier location to explore Aalborg from-Very quiet-Clean-Very good breakfast, you can take it up to your room if youd like-Indoor parking option-very comfortable bed and pillowsCons:-the rooms are small-no landline phone in the room-no fridge in the room-the bathroom lacks some appliances-the shower doesnt close that well and water will cause a smaller flood in your bathroom if you arent mindful of the gap.I think overall 100% worth it, you cant make the rooms bigger but some more basic things could be put inside! 5 stars!

The hotel Is located close to the center and the sea-side. Parking spots are available in the structure for a daily payment. The staff was very nice and buffet breakfast was diverse enough. What a pity for our room though. Very Little and basic. The bathroom was very tiny. Cleaning was ok.

I stayed at Kompas Hotel Aalborg for 7 days while exploring the area. Its comfortable, clean, the buffet breakfast is excellent, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely a good place to stay in Aalborg.

Nice location, a lot of parking spaces. Sauna is closed due to Corona. Breakfast should be improved. Internet is sufficient for cloud gaming.

The price is very good, and your very central..The staff was friendly and very helpful, and the room I got was really nice..Good size, big bed, clean and with a terrace to sit on with two chairs..The breakfast was tasty and I really liked their solutions how to serve here in these Covid-19 days.. best Ive seen on my whole vacation where Ive been traveling in Norway, Denmark and north Germany..So I can highly recommend this place.Thumbs up.

All in all a really nice hotel, moden and location is perfect for visiting Ålborg, cleening is an issue, toilets are very small in 1 bedrooms, and walls fill very thin.

Its a newly renovated and modern hotel. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and nice. Loved the breakfast. Great value for money.

Beds are ok, no ac, no towels and no bedlinnen for the 3rd bed, very easy to hear the ppl in the room next door having sex 🤣 not allergy friendly cause of old carpeting

The hotel was under renovation during my stay which made it a bit noisy and without some of the facilities in normal operation. Regardless, the staff went put of their way to make up for it, they are very polite, understanding and helpful. Top marks for hospitality!

It’s a clean place. The towels are changed Every day. You’ll have a perfect location - close to the center of the town, opposite the Music house and the old kraft central, which now is a place for sport and culture.The morning food is rich and you’ll have different choices. The problem is that you’ll not have free parking. There’s a public paid close to the hotel

Recently renovated, professional yet humorous service, some issues with the door and some slight stains in the bathroom.

One particular young receptionist lady was cold and uncooperative. I asked for the normal taxi fare from the airport and she said its negotiable, though there taxi fares from point to point are more or less fixed. But another middle-aged receptionist lady was quite friendly and very helpful.

Great service, really helpful, and the information and willingness to help a foreigner was above and beyond. Would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone

The rooms are nice, comfy beds, decent TV and a neat view. Free breakfast always get a star in my book :D

Room was super tiny and the bathroom even smaller, no room at toilet. We had a room to morning sun side and no dark curtains, so once you woke there was no going back to sleep. Breakfast was good, but no pancakes.

Just a room to stay. High prices. Old building. Breakfast was OK.. nothing special.

Value for the money.. Great breakfast. Good location. Out from the noise but very close to the city center which makes your stay really cozy. The canal side is pretty close. On a great summer day you cannot resist yourself from taking a long walk through the canal side.
