Cool meal but why call ticket numbers for people to move from table to counter for orders? Looks odd. Not even calling through a digital system, its pure manual kind of thing. Please situp. Next time we come and experience same old practice, we wont step there again.

Its not crowded and its a great place to visit with the family

The place is comfortable, not very crowded or noisy, and they offer delivery through glovo etc.

So far.... KFC is the best and have the delicious chicken ever 😘

They are fast and dont keep you waiting for long

Did drive through and still waited for 45mins to get my meal. First time though, hope it never happens again

The serving girls there are too stingy. Each time I order theyd only give ONE single piece of tissue paper, and sometimes only one ketchup, and only when you request they would give you more tissues and ketchups.

My conclusion will end with a drive through. Theres a need to fasten up services rendered. Aside the drive through, everything was normal.

Food is great but the veggies they serve with their burgers are always cold 🤮. Sometimes even the chicken in the burger is cold . Overall I rate the place a 4.5/10

So the favorite spot for my kids when we get tonGhana, west Africa is KFC. They swear the KFC is better than the American ones. Going to KFC in ghana is a must if I want my kids to say they had a great experience visiting. So what did we do today? … it was KFC for dinner 🥰

A busy place but staff are well composed and friendly. You would have to wait for some minutes to get your order or use the drive thru. I left some items at the restaurant but was able to retrieve them when I returned.

Very crowded, wasnt able to place my order and they didnt have Potato chips

I was eating here regularly because initially the food was always reasonably fresh. However, when I arrived an hour before closing the manager said no food was prepared because left over food must be paid for by the employees. I was given an option to wait 25 minutes for them to prepare the chicken 2 sandwiches I requested but that was unreasonable and the employees were less than cordial about serving me and more interested in closing and going home. I have not returned to this particular location again and with such a policy and poor customer service I will definitely look for alternative locations if possible especially if its less than 2 hours before closing because the menu will be limited and wait time will be excessive.

Nice and Friendly Staffs my problem is with the dine-in, you don’t get enough ketchup for your fries and the annoying this is upon request you told per sachet is 50p like seriously why????? What the difference between the dine-in and the home delivery... Cos when delivered home by kfc delivery,bolt food or jumia the ketchup is enough.... I need answers for this please........ Currently they are undergoing renovation.... Peace ✌🏾 Out

we all know KFC in Ghana and this is no different... the pressure here is very high but the workers always deliver without mistakes... talking from my experience. they are always nice and smiling though you can tell they are tired...kudos

Located in tema community 11, there is a parking space outside, the place is neat and there is a sitting area inside where u can sit and eat, there is a filling station and an ATM just outside the premises

Friendly staff, the place is very clean. Short waiting time for orders even when the place is full. The KFC chicken dishes are prepared as per expected high standard.Home delivery service available using local food delivery apps. Im nota big fan of fast food but KFC is definitely a place I recommend to visit.

The stuff needs professional training, especially customer service training. Their communication skills is poor. The drive-in personnel receiving orders needs to be proactive and hes mostly overwhelmed seeing customers driving through and waste the time of customers time. Some personnel customer relations is very poor. They seem too relaxed. You most of of the time receive no or not enough hand paper napkins.

Well, the narrow drive at the drive through and the three-point stages in Ordering, paying for and getting your order is surely not helping. Location is good and attendants are pleasant on a good day. Wish they would have foods and beverages advertised as often as well

It can be better, the staff were rude, aloof, not helpful and delayed my order especially the soft serve ice cream. The two ladies were just wasting time going to and fro within their cubicle without actually serving it leaving me standing and waiting even after other parts of my order had finally been given to me after almost 20minutes of waiting.

Thick tall guy at the front was very polite and gentle while taking my order, he spoke very good grammar too and suggested a few promotions that made us spend more for less. True definition of customer service….🤙🏾

You feel welcome right from the entrance. The supervisor on duty in particular gave a good impression. She often strolled, asking customers if they were satisfied/needed anything at all. She smiled to say "welcome" and "goodbye, see you soon".The order was also delivered on time and I loved the meal.

The service level is a 3.5 star. the food tastes great. Chicken is crispy and golden 👌😍. I love to eat the potato chips hot 🔥. Very easily accessible too. Id recommend that they take on door-to-door service. That would be a great experience 🙂.

I drop by always for their ice cream. Service is pretty quick and I enjoy the ice cream too
