KFC Teluk Intan Drive Thru in Teluk Intan

It didnt look too packed but had to wait long for just 2 meals at the drive-thru. I think going in to order take-away might have been faster. Also the lady at the drive-thru speaks so fast I couldnt understand her.

Very cozy n non crowded. The restaurant is very large space inside.

Very disappointed!! Toilet bowl...filled with water...ouch n yuck!!!!!Sink not too clean too!!!A staffs litl Malay kid walks in n carries a broom n walks around!! Heyyyyy!!! 😒

Poor drive through service. Drinks only got Pepsi. Burger only got zinger. We dont have any choice. Just pick what they have. So bad we need to face these bad experience. Just close the business. The worst KFC outlets we ever had.

Food good,I means the quality... clean..service good too..but the restroom need to be clean up...Soo dirty...

Poor facilities. No air-conditioning & clogged toilet. Online payment device is malfunctioning & broken.

Sohai place. They want to save electricity by switching off all air conditioner and cause me cancelled my intention to dine in here today. Better close business. What a shame.

Slow service and workers are not customer friendly. Come just for the drive thru so I wont have to turun and masuk the premise.

Poorly maintained compound & surroundings, poor drive through service with staffs running out fetching food abandoning counters. Only 1 indoor counter opening for taking orders, long queue and slow service. ¾ of food on the menu not available, original recipe fried chicken need to wait 15 minutes, nuggets & potato wedges not available, burgers not available. A least I got my food and drink within 2 minutes after payment. But the hot and spicy chicken breast was dry and hard and almost choke me.

Sometimes I got an old mash potatoes. It taste little sour and on the lid you can see the black paper gravy or it sauce crust that already dried. Not like usually.But other services are okay.

No fried chicken available then why called it kentucky fried chicken?

It was 24 hours Drive Thru KFC in Teluk Intan. But not anymore. This KFC operates until 10.30pm.

Today a bit slow due to crowded drive thru. Overall service standard is above expectation, the only downside is the drive thru design.

Sometimes the staff cant cope with this service. Have to wait at the side road. Twice they have no ice. Wonder why they didnt solve this problem within a week. Other than that food is okay.

U can get your KFC by Drive thru. Sometimes the queue will be very long. What i dont like about the drive thru here is the staffs dont allow to choose your fav part of your chicken.

Good place for family to dine in or take away. Spacious inside and óutsíde. Can do birthday party too

The hospitality is top notch. Kudos to ms Asidah whom very good at taking orders and entertaining customers.

They does not take the SOP seriously.. they limit the chairs but they keep letting the customers comes in. Customers are not social distancing, and the store doesnt say anything about the chairs limitations.

This branch try to implement drive tru system.They put trainee for drive tru order.Worse..7 cars awaiting for orders at one time.Didnt give receipt until u request.Received food, not same as per order.Need to brief and wait for the order completed.Very worse...

Spacious parking area especially at rear of the building. Need to appropriately place signage to customer the route to park the vehicle.

We are happy with the food and environment here. Freshly cooked chicken, friendly customer service, hygienic washroom, comfort indoor temperature.Great place to hang out with friends, several power points are ready to use.

Environment is good. But the drive thru path a bit small and the service is a bit slow.

Worst kfc drive thru outlet in town. Have to wait 1++ hours during peak hours. Manager want to save chickens perhaps. Drive thru que brings no meaning, as orders are given randomly following availability of items. System worst, orders sometimes written like kedai mamak at drive thru.

This KFC drive thru really does not understand simple request... I have been driving thru here for so many times and each time i order their signature Spicy Fried Chicken, i will request for no drumstick... you can give me chicken breast or wings but i just do not prefer drumstick... and to my surprise, 8/10 times of the request, they failed to understand that simple request and give me drumstick instead... I just wonder should their staff go thru communication instead and learn how to understand simple request from customers...

Renovated recently. But their service is excellent!

Best KFC in town! Kind of weird but everything tastes better here. Only complaint is parking at the back is quite dark & far from entrance.

Very good staff..arrived at 11pm. The sign show shop close at 11pm but the counter still accept my order

Always use the drive thru,never get the meal fast,always needs to wait at parking area around 5-10minutes

The management of company KFC must realize about the service is so important to restaurant and the parking space is freaking small as well as quite difficult to parking properly... Hopefully you can hear my advices.

Bad review on this trip. I had Double Down set and was waiting 15 minutes. It wasnt complete Double Down, without bacon. I realized that and asked them about this. One of the staff took it back and they started discussed among them.She came back to me with the previous Double Down burger and said, "Sorry, sis (maybe the duty in line supervisorsaid the bacon was not in stock (habis)"Seriously? You knew already the bacon was not in stock when I had ordered it, but why you didnt tell me earlier!For me, I dont care about the bacon, but your attitude to the customer was wrong.

Understandable that they are under stress due to high volume during the festive session but staff service could be improved further.

Not too crowded and the place is spacious, the only problem is that the parking lot is too small
