KFC Tauranga Crossing in Tauranga

The hygiene is disgusting!!! Saw a guy making ours burgers then turned around to wait for the fryer with his hands in his pockets then went back to making the burgers. Eww from reading the other reviews seems like this is normal practice. Needs to be stopped. Zero stars

please bring back the self checkout tablets for us socially awkward folks

Please, please improve your hygiene standards, it is not good enough, stood in a long line only to turn our backs, many other options in the food court. Yuk!!

Very slow with service and the chips were not the greatest. Shop looked clean and tidy which was nice

No lighter eat options in stock. Horrible customer service where staff has an attitude like its inconvenient that you have ordered. Staff had masks pulled down under the chin and use the same glove to pick food up from the floor to handle food going into take away bags. Yuk. Serious training needed here. When to this kfc yesterday on my lunch break waited 10 minutes in line while another girl was messing around, once came to her serving me she seemed really disinterested in her customers, i then finished placing my order and took another 10 minutes waiting even tho I understood they were busy but the one thing I don’t understand is how the girl went off leaving 1 person to serve customers and doing orders wasn’t really professional of her and when he asked for help she was no where to be seen I could see he was very stressed and under pressure which I totally understand but he was amazing even tho he was stressed doing everything , I’d recommend the management of the tauranga crossing branch to have more than 2 staff working so your not losing customers in these situations and not leaving 1 person to do everything but I’m giving the extra star for that 1 person

The quickest KFC service in Tauranga, and the dining area is far superior to any dedicated KFC.

Definitely not worried loosing customers. Place an order on Uber just to get notified an hour later its cancelled. Cant even answer a phone call.

Absolutely appalling. The chicken was so little it mustnt have been more than a few days old/young. The potato was dry as even though it had gravy, couldnt even push a chip into it. Those serving need to update on the rules. Hair down and flicking it around, two without caps, one handling money/cash and packaging orders. Absolutely no customer positive interaction. Just a job.Will NEVER do KFC again. KFC really need to take a good hard, long look at this franchise. It is appalling. Literally the worst.

Waste of money! I placed an online order to get there and it’s been given away and the staff didn’t care at all. Waited for them to make it and got a twister the size of a slider. The excuse this time is “I just wanted to get the order done”. Eventually they got the order “right” but the quality was shocking, twister was cold and everything was very bland.Unfortunately zero stars isn’t possible and I definitely don’t recommend this KFC.

2 starts for hot wings,, old looking, not buyin anymore,,, the last 4 times old! But 4 stars for chickin,

Service okay I dont eat kfcb but my husband does and he is always happy with what ever he orders😊

This type of fast food was to fill the fast and value for money meal market decades ago.The Crossing KFC is neither fast or value for moneyAnd expect it to be cold once you get itMy days of "so called" fast food is over( would be faster to go home and cook it myself)

Had a very bad experienceWe order for some wings but got some numbers short from ordered which can happen and has happened many times but unlike any Kfc’s they were not ready to give us the wings that we asked for and for which had already paid.They wanted to count the number of bones that we ate and when we went with the bones that told we might have thrown some of the bones which is ridiculous and the manager told am the manager and you can file a complaint if you want we can give the wings seems like the girl who served us and the manager was having some kind of racial issues.Never gonna come back here and am gonna make sure that none of my friends are coming here and facing a problem like this.

I give KFC Tauriko a zero for my meal purchased about 5pm today, i ordered 4 pieces of chicken, 2 potatoe & gravy, 2 coleslaw, the chicken was all dry, hard crunchy outside totally inedible, the pototoe was nearly non existent in the tasteless gravy. Sorry but after lockdown, this was my worst first takeaway meal. Really disappointed.

One star because I can’t do zero. Worst service I’ve experienced from KFC! Ordered a zinger burger with upgraded combo ($7 extraReceived a cold burger and I mean cold.. 😬 And just a regular combo? My partner ordered an aioli burger also received it cold.. went back and asked for some fresh burgers, my partner received a microwaved burger and I received another cold original burger (I ordered a zingerThe cashier “T…..” offered horrible service!! Her back to the bench and chatting to each other. Need to do better!

Worst service. Completely miss my order and when I questioned them about where it was they told me they had run out of what I wanted. Not even a sorry just ignored me

Told us our order doesnt come with 2 chips when the coupon we used said the complete opposite and one lot of chips had heaps of salt and the other had nothing

Quick service but they forgot to include the coldslaw. When I rang they said call in and collect anytime. Later wife who is not a fan of their colslaw stated it was the best shed had.

I had the snack lunch the chicken was nice the burger was disgusting ..it had so much mayonnaise in it it was just leaking everywhere and the chicken slid out.. chips were nice

Hopeless service, wait there for over 5 minutes look at the staff walking around and chatting each other. And a crossing staff go there ask for a free drink they smiling and give him straight away while real customer is waiting. Walk away after the wait.

Chicken was perfect, place is clean and service is good

I had a cold drink with large chips and two pieces of chicken. A small wing and a large piece with only a small plastic type bone in it, not greasy or oily at all.

Missing parts of order and chicken had obviously been sitting for quite some time. Disappointing.

Burger was cold...chicken barely warm and bacon almost raw....whilst it was very busy...only one person on till creating the slow procedure.....was most dissatisfied overall....but the 11 year old had no complaints....his was hot and cooked beautifully...there you have it

Like this KFC a lot, seems to be a bit nicer than the others in the BOP. The service was fast enough, even for being a bit busy and the staff are mostly friendly. The addition of the fast order machines beside the counter make ordering a breeze although they are a bit slow to use. Places to eat are common in the mall and you can even go outside as there are tables there too. Would recommend.

Very good food, the same as all KFCs but I did get a bone in the supposedly boneless chicken tenders. The food came fast once we ordered but the ordering touchscreens were all broken so there was a massive line for food.

Food was very well done. The only thing that let it down was the one rude staff member, who ironically seemed to be the manager.
