Employers couldnt be bothered to give good service.tables hadnt been cleaned.even though no one in.

Very poor tonight. Chicken visibly overcooked. Coating dark and very hard to bite into, tastes stale. Chicken flesh dry. We couldnt finish our meal. This seems to be happening at this KFC more often than not. Wont be back.

One of the friendliest and speedy drive thru people working the register. He is quick as. I dont recall his name atm, but took a moment to inform the store manager how great he always is. I sometimes drive out of my way to go to this location because it is consistently above and beyond the Mount location. Everyone here seems to just enjoy or perform their duties to a higher standard. Ill take that any day.

Ordered my kfc and went home. they forgot my coleslaw. Asked for a tower burger with no sauce ended up with spicy zinger with sauce. Used to work at kfc and was not this badd!!!. Tried ringing too busy it says

Nice bunch of people. My order didn’t go through but the lady at the counter and the manager sorted it out straight away. I will come back.For the love of GOD stop that annoying sound. It must be driving them crazy

Second time now that Ive received a completely cold burger. Im not impressed.

I find the staff here incompetent to do their job efficiently. I placed an order online for pickup and proceeded in my wheelchair to collect it from the store. While waiting to be served (as I was the only one thereI noticed that there was two orders up on the display monitor, mine for pickup and the other for delivery. One staff member asked me what I would like and I said to her that I was here for a pickup order. As she tried to decipher between the two orders which one was for pickup, another staff member pointed out my order. In-between half packing my order she then started to pack up the other order, I assume that she was waiting on an item for my order. Not paying fully attention to what she was doing I didnt notice that she had bagged up the wrong order and gave it to me. Only by the time I got home and opened up the bag did I notice that I got the wrong order. I went back the next day and waited until 10 a.m. for when they are supposed to be open. It took me approximately 15 minutes before someone notice that I was sitting in my wheelchair by the glass doors. A staff member came to the glass doors and shouting through the glass doors I tried to explain to the staff member the mix-up of the two orders the day before. I tried to ask him to open the doors so that we can talk and not shout at each other through the glass doors, but he was unable to unlock the doors for some odd reason (maybe too early in the morning for the one lonely brain cell to function). After about 5 or so minutes of shouting through the glass doors and getting extremely frustrated I went around to the drive-thru service and sat there for about 10 minutes before someone opened and said that they were not open yet. Anyway after explaining to the lady what had happened the day before, I was finally given the order that I placed. Seriously its not brain surgery people!!

Hi guys wow where do I begin... long story short theres always ( I repeat always... something missing in my order. Really wanted to try your new gravy burger but cant really do that because you never give me gravy 🤯 time before that I wanted wicked wings but somehow you forget to give them. Im so annoyed with the lack of care taken with orders being correct. At this point Ive been to KFC four times since being in tauranga and you have not had 1 correct order for me!!! KFC at Cameron road surely you can do better!!!From a bitter and disappointed customer 😒

I was very disappointed when they told me they were out of chips then I was given my food and they gave me 2 bread rolls and 3 wicked wing and made my night

Not everything arrived, delivery person didn’t even care, shop never answers the phone so I couldn’t get the refund. Hopeless

Once was my favourite KFC with speedy service and freshly cooked (so it seemedeverytime I went in. Last time I went (Sunday 17 Jul), the wait time was horrendously long (may have been short staffed or trainee in charge).Still up there as one of the favourite KFCs and hoping that was just a one-off glitch.

Super long queues, always. 6pm Saturday night, queued for over 30mins to be told at the window that theyd run out of original chicken for the rest of the night 😂😂👎🏼👎🏼 put a sign up at the beginning of the drive-thru queue or something 🤷🏽‍♀️ annoying.

Given the wait times youd be better to fry your own chicken at home..... And then they forget half of your meal.

Possibly the worst KFC in nz. Expect delays of up to 60mins.Dont ever come here.

A month ago, I ordered a delivery meal. I payed $55 for the delivery. I called them back 2 hours later and asked very politely for a refund. They said they would get back to me. I have called and emailed their complaints department several times now. No one has gotten back to me. Tried calling them today. But no one is picking up the phone. I am now wondering if they have put my number on block.. very disappointing.

So dirty inside the restaurant. Please clean as chicken was the best ever. Staff didnt look like they liked there Job either as no smiles or customer service

Very poor. Open hours stated 10am till 10pm. They werent open at 10.20am. The staff were inside, sitting at a booth eating and pointing to the drive thru window. Went through drive thu and no answer at the window.Will not be going back.

What’s happened to this kfc. Used to be so good. Now waiting in line for upto 40mins!! Heaps of people leaving and heaps of people trying to go inside but you can’t even do that. I get being understaffed but then you look in the window and there is heaps of people in there, some of them doing nothing! This is seriously a joke. Need to work on it or you’ll have lines all the way to maccas..

They seem to be running out of stuff quite often and staff is having a hard time taking orders in the drive through. Only ever go there for deals. Avoid between 11.30-12.00, you usually have to wait at least half an hour in the drive through

Today, I went there. Chips were soo salty & soggy. They are always run out of Sauces. Could not enjoy my meal without my favourite sauce👎🏻

Dreadful waiting time, never seen anything so bad. Never going to Cameron Road KFC again.

Was sitting in the drive through behind several cars and they just turned the lights off and closed one and a half hours early

Not only was the service terrible, they messed up our order as well. Staff were shocking with service. The store was dirty inside and outside. There was also pee on the toilet seats. Will not be returning.

Poor service, it took close to 5 minutes of the staff walking around before realizing we were here. Store was dirty with rubbish scattered inside and out. They missed some food so my daughter went to let them know but after them just looking at her and not approaching her she gave up after acouple minutes. Highly unimpressed. Do not recommend unless something changes.

9.30pm on a Friday night, wait in drivethru was ridiculous to be served cold chips, gravy was bland, chicken was horrible and left us feeling ill. Waste of time contacting a manager as I wouldnt want anything from there ever again.If I could give 0 stars I would! 🤢

Think you would be able to order online to be click and collected on time, 15 min no joke, standing at the counter and we havent even be served. Why do you just ignore people when you are busy? KFC customer service is a joke

I brought KFC last night * the chicken was old. I rang today & spoke to a fantastic manager, who sorted out my issue. He put faith back into buying KFC again at the Tauranga KFC.

Great service but please really need to watch the seasoning on the chips. Always too much..

Had it 4 times each time the worst KFC we have ever had. Bad food, missing items every time and literally the rudest staff. Gave it 4 attempts and won’t ever be going back. Food left us feeling ill

Useless and unreliable delivery. Been let down so many times. To tell you an hour after ordering that they cant fulfill the order is hopeless.

Terrible! They don’t even open the restaurant for walkins. Drive thru line is pathetically long. This is a joke for fast food. Can seriously cook a roast chicken dinner quicker!!!!

Went to kfc tonight waited in line in drive through only to be told sorry we havnt any chicken only wicked wings not what I went there for what a waste of time not happy wold think twice about going back there

Ordered the family feast and it arrived 23 minutes after the latest time that it was going to arrive. It was cold and the chicken wasnt fit to eat . Rang and left a message and nobody has rung myself back and you cant go in and see the management as the front is close and you cant get through on the phone.

Long queue. By the time the car in front got to the window they were closing. So no food. Why no sign outside to say they were closing early. When I left cars were still pulling in...all that petrol wasted and I had to go hunt for something else. Put a sign at the entrance with your closing hours KFC!

The lady who served us was rude, the bucket we brought was full of oil at the bottom of the bucket. We wanted wicked wings (12 packto be exact and they told us they could only sell 3 at one time. The chicken tasted like yous let the chicken sit in the oil and chucked it straight into the box.

Bought two burgers and they literally didn’t have anything on them but sauce. No lettuce. No tomato. No I’m onion, not even chicken. Just sauce and two buns

Its a nice place but I personally dont like the fried chicken of kfc nz. Some of their other stuff is good but at the end of the day its heaps of junk food. So maybe visit kfc once in a blue moon.

Today just now I have ordered 2 burger and chips from this branch. 3 Indian ladies is working tonight and The lady who was taking the order doesn’t know how to deal with customers also I have repeated my order 5 times which is not professional at all. After repeating my order the food was still not the one which I ordered also cold food .Poor quality food .

Everything is all good BUT pleeease can you guys calm down on the salt on the chips. Love seasoning but you guys are far too generous with it. I have to ask for no salt every time 🤮

Yum says my friend. I didnt get any as Id eaten. The following day i went to get some. I clearly said no spicy chicken just original and I got spicy chicken in my burger. Not happy!!!

Went there today and ordered a 6 pack chicken family feast,the chips were so salty and the chicken was over cooked! I went back up to see the manager and the manager (Indianwas so rude and basically just laughed at me.I told him one of 6 chicken that they had been served was so small, that I thought was unacceptable to be even considered a portion size! He walked away laughing. So I requested my refund back.Told me to write back within 10 working days if I wanted my refund. Is this a joke KFC?This issue needs to be doubt with or my matter will resort to social media.

5pm, Level 3 and busy. Had read all the bad reviews of this establishment but thought wed try. First and last time. The chicken was over-cooked, the crumb hard and just about uneatable. The Potato & Gravy, was one quarter spud, 3 quarters gravy. Very disappointing.

Love KFC Tauranga!!! Food is Always Fresh 👌 Service with a Smile 😊 Friendly Staff. Always Fast an Efficient. Restaurant is Always Clean & Inviting 👌We mainly use the Drive thru. Occasionally we will Dine in. Highly recommend this place for Fast Food thats Served Fresh, Hot & Tasty! Cheers

Ive used it a dozen times, but recently Ive been disappointed by the old oil, fried chicken thats hard and dry because its too dry to know when its fried. The hard fried chicken in my mouth almost peeled off. I dont mean to revisit again.

Not having tried KFC for years, decided today to try our local branch. What a very pleasant surprise. Service was excellent. Undecided on our choice the lady who took our order couldnt have been more helpful and so pleasant. Our order was ready immediately. Food was really good and I will not be waiting years to try it again. Days maybe, but not years. Thanks.

The fries too soft and salty, must be old. Chicken not hot, a bit warm.I am here now at 3pm and didn’t eat anything from 8pm last night, I am so hungry but not feel ok at all.My husband is fan of KFC so we eat KFC every where we pass through but actually this place is worst.

The guy who served us in the drive through was the most enthusiastic employee I have ever met at a KFC. They got our order right and the chips and Fried chicken were super fresh. One of the best KFCs I have been to.

Poorly presented. Dirty grot hole. Staff are younger and with that you get barely be bothered attitudes.would not recommend
