Very clean branch, friendly staff and fresh food, you cant ask for something better than this from a fast food chain on a gas station.

The stuff in there was very friendly and quick responding for the customer special majed He was very friendly with us and they serve us very quickly. Even the restaurant was busy, but we get hundred percent good customer service. Thank you very much for this stuff

The Chicken is not good. I am always purchasing from here. But unfortunately the chicken is not fresh to eat sometimes. I dont know they give old stock chicken making hot again and giving to customers. Last week I order for 24 Pcs Double Bucket Chicken and the quality of the chicken was very very Bad. I get sick after eating

Staff and branch managers behavior is pethatic and aggressive. When I refuse to give them the credit card and tap with my own, they start fighting with me when I punch the credit card with my own, they say it isnt working and I give them the cash when I leave from the outlet I receive a msg from the bank stating that the amount was deducted. I will never go again in that outlet anymore.

Almost like other outlets. But one thing I noticed one of their staff a (An african girl name I dont know came out with some chicken pieces and placed it on the floor & then called the cat to have them then she went in and brought a bowl of water for the cat I was impressed.

The cashiers are not friendly and dont seem to be paying attention at work. I have been to this location thrice and they gave me the wrong order on all the visits. If you are ordering a take out, do check your order before you leave the restaurant. A number of tables were not clean too.

Staffs are not friendly, as their attitude they will not listen us but we have to.. Last night I have ordered a dinner meal, paid through kiosk to dine-in.. But they have given me to take away.. after my second request one staff put my parcel in a tray and ask me to take it.. then I went to the person in charge he provided me a paper plate and a spoon for coleslaw (requested to staff, not listened as usual). As a compliment they have given me two straws for drinking Pepsi instead of one 😂.. Bad experience, will not visit again..

poor service - order placed via app (store muwailah all details was correct but delivered in wrong address later called the call centre ... rearranged the order but again disappointed as the order is wrong !!!!! order for normal brought spicycalled the call centre again and informed .... but dont care attitude ...well done KFC arabia keep this type of service for future growth ....

Major attitude staff..😤 even if you have a special request like extra thigh pieces already requested on the web order, they wouldnt bother.. they say that they have a standard😧 then why have an option to mention a request 🤷

Yesterday I ordered super dinner meal (4 pieces chicken). But I got 3 pieces only. Today I go the shop, and complaint. He apologized and give me 2 pieces chicken and Pepsi with french fries. Good customer responsible employees 👍😊

Decent size kfc branch with quick to eat service.

located in a parallel road of E311 towards dubai direction after ajman, unless u take an exit and get into the parallel from 311 u cannot enter KFC which is located in ADNOC premises , location is quite non noticeable and unless one is frequent traveller in the route chances of missing the pump will be more, another disadvantage of this pump is the exit, it is very narrow and very difficult and quite tricky to exit and reach the main road.Limited seating space is available inside and not mostly crowded also, take away option is also available.

Small dine in area but its accessible when your way..and its fine for this pandemic time no more occupied space.

Easy accessible place. Parking is not a problem. When this petrol pump was closed i was surprised to see they stay alone and survive. Now petrol pump is open and this place is so live now. Only problem is that sometimes the staff will serve u cold fries and chicken. Just mention is while ordering that u need fresh everything. 😄😄

I cant even give a 1 star it should be 0 star. I went to buy dinner meal suddenly the manager was shouting to the staff very loudly and badly in front of everyone. I felt so sad to the staff. He should be in a professional way he should call him aside and speak to him in a low voice.KFC please hire a proper and well trained person who know how to treat the staff.If u treat the staff well the staff will treat the customer as a king..This issue happened on 10 Dec 2020 at 2120.

Dont buy the 32.50 dhs deals it’s literally nothing in it.. look at d size of the chicken its small... not even medium....

Though I prefer KFC once in a while, what I dont like most in any KFC outlet is the attitude by their staff. They seem to be altering their attitude based on customers skin color, origin, ethnicity, etc. Should be better trained.

Nice place weekends are usually bit crowded but food is delicious very nice and fresh chicken my husband loves their chicken broast. We ordered online from zomato. Our order took 20 minutes to arrived at our place excellent delivery service. Highly recommended

this branch of kfc is worst ever as i recommend and the delivery staff is the owner of this brad when i ask for late delivery he reply i want want kfc then i will come late every time i you want kfc on time then dont order (delivery boy name Sugam Kerki i ordered 12.30 and waited for food 2 hours and received after approx 2 hour 2.30 delivery and such a worst system of their delivery .

Ordered at 10.23pm and but till 12,30am delivery not received. But the status is updated as delivered. Very arrogant staffs, they are always right. others are fool. cancelled order and requested for money back. without hesitation cancelling a order. No proper customer service. When cehcked with call center ordered item given to some other customer.

Taste is same as the normal KFC shopsHave enough space to dine in.But they have only one wash basin to wash your hands and it is inside the washroom. If someone is in the toilet, the others have to wait outside the toilet to wash his hands. Its an uncomfortable arrangement.Have 2 kiosk machines to order the food through online by using the payment cards. Terrible customer service! I was in a group of four ordering food, and the orders would either be late, or be taken wrong!!! I got for example a pepsi instead of a 7up like i ordered! If you would like to enjoy food in any way, I would suggest anything but this KFC!!!!!!

There is a minimum Guarantee of service you can expect from every KFC outlets, same is here. Little cozy place. There is 10-20mins waiting time on peak hours.

Terrible food and terrible costumer service.I was in the drive thru for 20+min. After all the waiting I got the wrong order. I had to go in and fix it they werent pleased.And after all that the food was absolutely terrible, burnt twister and dry old fries 😫Never again!!!!!

This KFC Sharjah Industrial Area has one of the worst Customer Service!!! We ordered snack boxes for our meal, Ive started eating the bread and dont like the taste so I have informed the staff if I can change the bread politely. They looked at me and discussing my request. They said NO and moving their head sideways. I was surprised about the reaction. So I told them if you want you can take a bite of the bread to know what I am saying. The way they look and reacted was getting in my nerves. So I repeated what I said and told them to accommodate us the customer. They change the bread after, but we did not enjoy the meal and left the area. Coming BACK again to this place and recommend to others.... NO! Trained your staff again... and AGAIN.

One of the worst customer servies i have ever seen throughout my travels seriously...! The manager throws a temper tantrum when you give him some constructive feedback and more over servers disrespect customers like they own them if this is what KFC has come down too than for sure my whole office wont be coming there untill and unless the manager is changed and the staff is educated on how to treat there customers correctly.

New deal of prawns is good and tasty. I dont like their fry chicken as its always very oily and heavy to digest. Wheelchair accessible entrance.

Im one of the usual customers for this brunch and to be honest they are always giving me a wrongs order and they have a very bad habit specially for the drive thru service, they asking you for the order by the speakers and when you go to the next window to pay they ask you again to repait the order. This reflects their lack of respect for customers, which unfortunately distorts the companys reputation

Nice ambience....Most Thursday Nights we can see a big rush to this KFC outlet 🐔🐤🐣🐥....Cleanliness is average....Food is good..and have an excellent ambience for having huge amount of chicken🐘🐘
