KFC Riccarton Mall in Christchurch

Got the family feast meal tonight but instead got the most dry chicken on the planet - so disappointed ☹️

I was disgusted when I received a chicken snack burger instead of a vegetarian burger. Ate half of it whilst chatting to my daughter before I noticed. Nearly threw up. Ive been a staunch vegetarian for 4 years now, as a conscience choice and this is my first fail through no fault of my own, but I feel like crying. The Duty Manager, Dhara, offered no apology or refund. I will NEVER eat KFC again. Why bother having a vegetarian burger on the menu when you obviously dont care about vegetarians. Lucky I wasnt allergic to anything in it.

Terrible service and meal looked nothing like the advertised picture. Rubbish

The food was great few to chose from, the cleaning service was poor, we had to ask to have our table wiped down.

Its alright, what am I meant to say? Its a food court, its loud and crowded, but its not KFCs fault, they have good speedy services for the amount of people there are, however they didnt have the chicken little burgers, which sucked, it would have been nice to have had that sorted out, but meh, what are ya gonna do.

Good service as usual, the chicken are crispy and golden.

Your team should know what food contains what allergens off the bat instead of passing a piece of bloody paper to the customer!

chicken was not cooked properly in the Zinger burger , really disappointing.

It usually is busy as in the mall. U can dine in the food court as it is there.

I didnt make a purchase there but the location was good as it was in the food court along with approximately six other stores

The shop was closed not sure why very disappointed because I havent had KFC since before lockdown 😒

This outlet has got pretty quick service being in the mall but I find the chicken is a bit on the dry side.

Chicken wasnt that good. Usually its hot and fresh but looked like itd been the warmer a bit too long.

Chips were dry, ordered gimme five and some wicked wings, so wanted no wing pieces in gimme five, but was told cannot do that, which can be done in other stores. Shocked found two large pieces and three small pieces (including two wing piecesfor my gimme five, it should be at least three large pieces, very disappointing experience. BTW, the price in this store are higher than other stores, dont know why. Not recommend this KFC.

Great place for a quick lunch. Some staff hard to understand as they talk very quickly but good service and food.

Terrible, burnt chips, not alot of potato in potato and gravy, left most of it. Come on guys $35 and not edible. And no one cared at counter

Nuke warm kai served to me ordered a 2 piece quarter pack and recieved a drum and wing!

I love KFC chicken but the one here at Riccarton mall is ALWAYS dry. Ive been there multiple times and different days even asked customers who were eating there they all say that the chicken is too dry and really needs a review over the restaurant procedures.

Very busy. So busy they ran out of trays. Service was still amazing and food was hot and delicious

Perfectly acceptable service times, food is as youd expect for a KFC. Nothing much else to say.

Food here is standard and reasonably priced, at around 90 cents for a wicked wing. A decent amount of flavouring is added to the chicken, and not too much salt. This is a great place for a quick snack.

I dont know why I do this to myself attending KFC very slow service low on staff expensive and with so many other options avalible .. chicken is not free range and you have to feel bad about yourself after you eat it.

Fast service and the nicest KFC I have eaten in a while. Tasty and properly cooked. Wished Id ordered more. Staff were friendly too.The lunch boxes are good for students wanting a decent amount of food for a low cost.

Order 100% correct and came out fast. All food was very warm evident that it had been cooked very recently. Best KFC I have eaten at in terms of food quality ever.

The only KFC in the whole city where youll get your meal within a reasonable time and itll 95% of the time be actually what you ordered.

Standard KFC fare, though the staff were very friendly and helpful

just a typical mall KFC really. Can sometimes take a while to get your order especially if it is busy. It is disappointing when there is a new sauce available for a limited time because they are often out of stock. please order more so everyone can enjoy the sauce.
