With the upgrade of the mall.. It makes a great place to have meeting and secured parking

Not bad for a KFC outlet. The boxmaster meal was super tasty and freshly made. I hope they keep up the good work and keep on making good take out food.

Staff not the most friendly / professional I have come across at KFCTypical of KFC there are always out of stocks and menu items not availableTwice now I have gone through drive thru, placed order and at payment window was asked to come inside to swipe my card for payment..... Really?

Buy some chicken pieces yesterday some of the chicken pieces was not clean well and the pieces are more dow than anything else. Never never in my live I will buy there again. It is a shame to pay a lot of money for nothing.

Service is slow, it is almost if the frontline staff do not care about the customers. If the que is long they keep on working at a snails pace. Just dont care . . .

Always a good experience when I grab a quick bite to eat or if I just dont have the time to cook - cashiers are friendly, real service with a smile, and food is served at just the right temperature in good portions!

Waited more than 30minutes for a regular uncomplicated order…

Im at worcester Kfc at the moment music so loud that they cant even hear the orders. Casher refuse to reduce sound. One order was repeatedly said due to the loud noise how can you serve a customer

Paid by the self help machines came to the counter, and they insisted that I should still pay this after Ive showed them my receipt which also states paid. Should definitely check that the people in front know the different type of transactions.

It is only because of the service we received from the staff that I am actually giving this 3 stars, Ice Cream machine was out of order, and dont let me start with the chicken I think the bone had more moisture in it.

Very disappointed, and so was some other customers. If the order is not wrong,my chicken was roar, got 1 zinger sort,chips was horrible, looks like it was just dipped in the oil...Im not ordering there again...

Lady told me she can not give a receipt, then charged me for a 10 piece, when I asked for an 8 piece. Got home to see I only got 8 pieces, but paid for 10. Tried to phone them from the web site number, but it does not exist. They are cheating me out of R30, but will not see me again! KFC Paarl Mall no good!

Takes forever at the drive-through and missed orders received after repeating it several times. One reason that there should be a way that people should be able to place order themselves at a drivethrough to eliminate having to order again to get what they asked for the first time. Maybe it was too busy for them before my arrival but having to wait and then receive the wrong order, then having to wait again, then giving up and leaving without it shouldnt be the experience at a drive-through. Staff just turn their back on you while you still talking to them. From other ratings i have read, this all seems to be the norm at KFC Paarl Mall.

The place is fine just like any other branch there is just not communication between the person helping u , to them it seems like they doing u a favour by serving u just my opinion.That is the vibe I get when walking into the shop.

Ordered a bucket for one online at 10:27. Checked in immediately. Went into the restaurant. Stood by the counter for 15 minutes before they even acknowledged my existence. Then waited another 5 minutes for my food. 20 minutes for a bucket for one... Pathetic service. Then we get to the food itself. There was only 7 chips in the bucket. Far less than there should be. The chicken was cold. The wings, judging by the fact that they were dry, cold on rhe inside and hot on the outside, were no doubt yesterdays wings that had been reheated. This isnt even a case of I wish I could give zero stars... I wish I could give negative stars. I wouldnt come back even if my life depended on it and that is no exaggeration.

We only buy from Kfc paarl mall. Always quick and always fresh. Never ever had a complain to them

What pathetic service, so we order breakfast and 20min later its still not ready because they waited on the eggs, .......breakfast time??waiting in eggs??.....no compensation for making us wait so long and the staff not too friendly......I will definitely not go back there. Such a early morning disaster

Always neat, clean shop and food fresh

On ordering they did not know if they had enough chicken to give us so they had to check first. We got the ok so we placed an order.When we arrived back home there were only 7 small pieces of chicken instead of 8 and it looked if some of the pieces were cut in half to make up portions.The coleslaw was shredded cole in a tub. We had to add our own mayo at home.Will not be returning......

By far the best KFC myself and my husband have ever had 😍 I have never ever had an actual crunch burger that was crunchy other than at Paarl Mall KFC. Everything was so extremely fresh, juicy and crunchy.

Disgusting!!! If i could rate Zero stars if i could.We just bought KFC from Paarl Mall KFC branch and the food was disgusting!! The lettuce on the burgers was brown, there was almost no chicken and sauces in the twisters, the fries tasted like it was yesterdays fries and the mashand cravy was so tasteless and watery!!Over R300 down the drain for food we couldnt eat! We will definitely never buy from them again!!!

Pretty disappointing for a Drive-Thru.Half their ordering equipment is out of order.Sometimes, if you order a burger the two halves of the been arent even from the same bun and therefore different sizes. (Ie. Using the Snack Burgers bun on a Colonel Burger size burger.)Bruh.. I aint even getting into this.

A standard KFC experience can be expected at this branch. Friendly, and busy, staff with finger licking good chicken. My go-to fast food take away joint in Paarl.

Product is fine and fresh. I do however had a bad experience with my last purchase. My daughter needed to use the loo. I asked them the key. The one staff member said that the lock on the entrance door of the toilet is broken and that they cannot open it. Another one said that the toilet is out of order. Not good!!!

The quality of food served is great, however, the attitude of some staff members towards customers needs to improve. Staff or workers are the face of the company. When they do well they make the company great. If workers are not great in the way they interact with customers it dents the image of the company even if the products of the company are great. I was shouted at! The shouting was unnecessary and unacceptable. My fault was to confirm my order twice to avoid mishaps! Please improve and treat customers with dignity, love and respect!

Although the food was great, the wait at the drive through was very long. Should really have more staff on dury during busy times.

Absolutely without fail forgets to include the promo code items for mr delivery orders. Forgot 3 out of 3 times. 1 Litre coke, large chips and twister not delivered.

The website says they close at 20.00 and we got there at 19.15.The lady that take the orders at the drive tru side said they dont have any food left because they close at 19.30.We try to explain that we drove to this KFC for 20min and this is not what the website said.Then the lady(her name is Wendystarted to shout at us saying that they close at half past and they all go home at 8 because of the curfew. We told her in a neutral voice that there is no need for shouting and that we have a 1 year old son and we drove here to get him something to eat.She didnt show any remorse and then we insisted on taking to the manager because this is unacceptable behavior.The manager (Marshallcame and took our order and put it through without any hassles and we got our food at 19.35.

Absolutely worst service ever! Waiting an eternity in the drive through with no communication, 20min later someone finally comes to the window and doesnt know what our order is, then tells us to go wait in the parking. This doesnt even deserve one star!

Hi I bought breakfast this morning in your KFC Paarl Mall, Im not sure if your coffee is suppose to look like this or its only mine that looked like this. Your coffee tastes horrible. Its still here in my desk, Im thinking of bringing it back later on. This is nonsense

The service assistant was poor , the lobby assistant was not really of help . The lobby was untidy even though not busy . The cashier was unfriendly and half irritated at the time of service. Chewing gum while serving me . And the fact that the food take so long for a take away shop , was unpleasant. And on top of that my food was not up to KFC standards. Disappointed with this store , wouldnt go there again soon .

On three occasions I have received terrible food. Either the chips are awful or the meal is old. We ordered the new crunch slider and the way this thing came in the box was a joke.. I have only ever once had a decent meal from this KFC..

This KFC is nice and clean. The food is of the normal standard and staff are very friendly. Service is fairly efficient. It is so much nicer and safer than the branch in town.
