We always fill up at BP, weve had the worst ever experience with this KFC, I honestly dont think the owner cares about his customers, thats why his stuff is soo incompetent and rude, they know the management is as incompetent and careless as they are. Been there atleast 3times and its always the same, meat dry and not fresh, twice given the wrong order. The service is really bad shame

Unprofessional and bad service. Ordered boxed meals. Half of the content was In it. Chicken is hard. I couldnt return it because we were on our way out of paarl. This is the third time this has happened. Really all of those people working there should be fired.
Worst KFC, ever. I went there a few times, everytime my food is cold and old, unfriendly staff and very unprofessional, they can really close their doors, once I went to buy a bucket for one and thet gave me old food and I went back to return the food they told me I needed to wait 20 min to fresh food so why in the first place give me old food.
I dont remember much tbh, other than service wasnt that great. Food was fine though.

Ive done multiple Uber eats orders from this branch and each time I have a problem with missing items and when I try reporting it to them nobody ever picks up the phone. Poor Poor quality and service
No it seems like the staff have a short memory or poor listening skills. I went there to get dinner and the cashier ordered the wrong thing , she fixed that but however double ordered which we also had to fix again.Then I went to get breakfast and I was given the wrong order , this time I only saw it later when I was about to eat. So double check everything with them, you might be paying double or going away with the wrong order.
Can this place please be closed down? Poor service as always. KFC Paarl East is a disgrace to all KFCs.....close this place!
I ordered a delivery take away on the app for my kids, 2 twisters and 2 nugget box meals. Sadly one child did not have dinner as 1 nugget box meal did not arrive. I called the customer care who advised they would get back to me...no feedback. This makes me really angry and disappointed in KFC. You stole from me and my family and waste precious time which I used to call you!!!!!!
Very slow service at night. Specially when it comes to month end and the 25th. They should definitely have 2 teams working... 1 for Walk-in clients and one team for the drive thru. Cause drive thru clients all have to wait long hours
Service is non existent. We had to wait approximately 45 minutes for our takeaway.The positive was that the cashier was helpful. Please KFC try and do better.
The food is fine, but the staff are very unhelpful. I placed an online order(so I wouldnt have to wait as long), but ended up waiting longer than the walk-in clients. Its clear that the staff do not understand how their online system works.

Poor customer service, talking to me as if Im a friend. I had to repeat my order 5 times, as the employees were chatting to each other. The crushers were half filled and they messed up our order.
Everything was perfect! Chicken was perfectly crispy , zinger wings weren’t too small , staff were friendly. Keep it up!
We did takeaway chicken for our journey to Johannesburg, it just seems as if you cannot avoid waiting exceptionally long for your order at the majority of KFCs wherever you go, maybe its just part of the package if this is your preferred meal Decor is always appealing.
This is one of the slowest KFCs if not the slowest. The food is never really fresh. They should take notes from Wellington KFC, now thats a really good kfc, friendly staff, fast food and tasty at the same time. Please improve Im begging you.
I am new in town and the service is bad,the front staff shouting at each other i waited so long for my order and not to mention my burger was hard and dry.Staff need to be more professional and realise there are customers infront of them.

Never on my life did I experienced such bad service!!!!The burger was tasteless. My fiends with me chips was still unprepared(frozenand wrong sauce put on. They had to wait for their meal. My husband ordered a burger with no sauce and garnish. Guess what? He get a burger with sauce and garnish. They will not sea us again. One word come to mind PATHETIC!!!!

Worst service ever. First pulled into the drive-thru and only when I got to the ordering station was I informed that drive-thru isnt working. Dont how that works cause there was a worker who was more encouraged to stand in the shade and not tell people that not to go through the drive-thru. Was told that we should fine inside to place our order. My wife ordered us 2 all star boxes and a streetwise 2. We received 2 drumsticks inside the streetwise meal and our all star boxes was changed to wrapster boxes without informing us. Will never every go there. Really a waste of time and money going here. Stay away and rather go to the other kfc branches in Paarl

Terrible i almost waited 15 min just to get a colonel burger. Went to McDonalds first and ordered 4 burgers and took me 3min from ordering untill collection
Fries were good. However, theTwisters chicken was still pink inside. I returned it immediately. I was offered another one, but I politely refused.
Drive thru was very very slow. Not all meals available at drive thru because of system issue. Food quality was okay.

Well KFC 🍗 has that special taste only Colonel Saunders knows the secret ingredients of.The drive-thru was malfunctioning. I needed to go inside.Inside the cashier had a problem with cash register. I waited patiently.I placed my order and I went to sit down on a nice comfortable couch. I waited for quite a while, then decided to take a walk to the shop next-door .On my way out the waitress attract my attention and said that she was sorry for not calling my order number. I received the order. She assured me by showing me that everything I ordered were in the paperbag .I appreciate the fact that they do this check.
Their ice cream machine is "out of order" on most days. Their staff is always unfriendly. Their service delivery is always so slow too. We ordered specific meat pieces and asked the assistant to check but she just casually told us to check for ourselves by saying "I didnt check, check there", not even respecting and recognizing us by saying sir or miss/mam. The pieces were wrong, she corrected it but didnt apologize. We also ordered 3 flavoured ice cream tubs which took her too long which I think shouldve taken her max 5 mins to make. She called out our order number without realizing the ice creams ordered also and had to ask the cashier first before making them. We got home and the mash and gravy had a burnt taste to it. The gravy was also too watered unlike other times, it looked like mash with soup.

Worst drive through experience to date. Very very, very slow moving que, rude service, beggars going through que of cars. Called to advise manager/owner, no one answered the calls (4. Definitely a step back for the KFC brand.
Their service was very slow. Waited long for our order. When we arrived at home to eat there was no kcf salt and tomato sauce in the bags. I phoned the manager. Apart form lots of backround noises while on the phone with her, she did not respond to what I was telling her. I put the phone down because I was waist my airtime as well. Bad and bad
Worsr experience ever at a KFC!! After standing in a long queue for over an hour, the person in charge of sanitising customers hands, locked the door in our faces at 19h30,without any explanation. When we knocked on the door to enquire as to whats going on he just ignored us flat out. All the while the people in the drive-way was being served, and cars kept piling up. We demanded to speak to the manager, she just said that they cannot sell anything after 20h00,when it was only 19h30,she could not explain why doors were locked in our faces and nobody having the decency to even tell us what their policy was pertaining the lockdown rules. They have certainly lost my money!!! Never again!!
Missing item on my online order when I got home but the manager (Anneline Beukeswas very helpful to sort it out. Even arranged something special because of it. Keep it up.
Ordered a chicken lunch box buddy today and they sent me 2 drumsticks and a wing,all for the nice price of R81.99.I mean how can you even send out something like that, No breast or thighs? this is the second time ive gotten terrible chicken from this place. The previous time the chicken didnt even have fried batter on it or chios, went straight back for new chicken and chips. Avoid if you can
Service is poor,The manager Vennesa on duty dont know how to speak and imply good customer service ..You need to send your staff and managers on training how to deal with customers.They over promise and dont know how to deal with customersBad and worst service ever.Please get yourself new staff who is friendly and helpful
I would give them one more star if their service is and was always like I received yesterday but I dont. So its just ok for me for now until they improve. Work on your service and take aways then I would maybe think of giving an extra star
The service here is always horrendous. Staff are unprofessional in every way. They almost never have chicken ready for consumption. They take no initiative to improve ones experience. When you drive through later than midnight they assume that you are drunk and handle your order accordingly. They have been reported to Paarl Paals numerous times. I suggest they train their staff to take more pride in delivering a service.
Time delay with food had to wait extra long , and we were only 2 in the shop at the time. Peak time picking up and they have only a trainee at the tills taking orders. Also slways a delay at drive thru
Very very bad service. Babalwa was the lady who helped us. She didnt even greet when she answerd at the drive through. She just told us when whe said hello " Ill be with you now" We waited for more than 5 minutes. She had an attitude when serving us. I told her she doesnt have any client service and also complained at the manager. I hope their servise will get better
