KFC Negombo in Puttalam

There are many flies in the restaurant and it is impossible to eat food from them

The service of this restaurant is very low. I would like to mention here my personal experience. I am a frequent diner in this KFC. Due to the current economic problems in Sri Lanka, the prices of food here have increased unbearably. The quality of food has also gone down. And the customer service is also at a very low level because even on a day like Friday when there are a lot of customers, they have blocked the stairs leading to their upper floor. I feel that this is done to make it easier for them to serve in the morning the next day. Allowing customers to use the lower floor is not a problem, but there is not enough space to eat on the lower floor.And the carbonated drinks here are like drinking plain water. They have also reduced the amount of curry served for main meals from biryani and spicy rice .My suggestion is that even if the price is increased, it is your responsibility to maintain the quality of food and service at a high level. If your business is to grow, it is your responsibility to maintain the service at a high level rather than the objective of getting money from the services you provide.

Dont visit here the food offered is like rotten.

I ordered a 12 piece KFC bucket for Rs 5,650/- today. Sad to say, after I came home found out around 8 pieces were tiny wings. Don’t cheat KFC. Give value for money. Very very disappointed

Experienced that the quality has dropped. The rice in the large biriyani was not sufficient and even the piece of chicken was a bit not fresh. The chicken drumlets portion was small as well and I personally did not feel the usual taste with enough of spices. The richness has faded from the brand overall. Must say that they have a clean washroom (ladies).

A very unpleasant place. The tables are full of flies. does not even use AC. Not even a fan. Sweating. Having to eat food with great difficulty. Not even a single tissue is provided.No ketchup. When I asking tissue they said its not provided.tables are full of dirty. we had to clean ourself. the foods are worst. for the first time I had to throw all the meal. why they are doing these to customers ?? 🤮👎

Due to the prevailing situation in the country, these days they dont allow people to dine in. (Due to the curfew and power cutsKids Play area is also closed.

Disgusting. No customer service. Cant rate even 1 star.The supervisor who is in charge blame the customers when he is under pressure.

Wow what happened to KFC.Visited Negombo branch and it was like a School Canteen. Even those are better than this.Soggy chicken, no seasoning. they didnt even bothered to give us plates. the burger only had lettuce. Pathetic and hilarious at the same time.

Worst KFC Experience Ever!Orderd a KFC Sawan and for beverages we ordered Pepsi and they said theyre out of Ice cubes.After we opened the Sawan there were no large chiken pieces. Only small chiken pcs. And we asked them "Are these the 4 hot and crispy chiken pieces" and the employee looked confused and after a long pause she said yes. We were so hungry and didnt wanted to ask for their manager and ordered four more hot and crispy chiken pieces.Also we had to ask for plates to eat.When we started eating we all noticed that there were no salt and flavor in the rice and didnt wanted to deal with the poor customer service and quality.I always loved KFC but this experience made me hate them.Also the kids playground is no longer open for kids.Parking space was good.Food was served very quickly I think thats because they had to put less things in the order. :*)

Pretty sure that KFC Negombo is the worst outlet in Sri Lanka. Every other Sri Lankan KFC outlet Ive been to are great and a million times better than this one in every way.

Dirty ambience ; unprofessional staff ; limited seats ; unfriendly service from the cashier … I’d never visit this place again 🙁 disgusted

According to my last 3 visits the time taken to complete an order is very poor. Some times I had to ask them about the order and then only they care about it. The food is not what it was used to be.

Really horrible service. I stood at the counter for 20minutes and they proceeded to ignore me the entire time and help people behind me on the line. I willnever return to this location and will be sure to tell all my friends to avoid it. It wasnt even busy. See picture.

The worst food ever. I have ordered 2 zinger burgers from Negombo outlet. The price of each 690 Rupees and it didnt worth for price. They have totally disregard of the quality of their food.

Horrible. The Biryani was horrible, and the 12 piece Chicken bucket had mostly small pieces. Regret spending Rs. 4450/- for a highly deceptive and worthless offer.

very unclean location. No idea why like that. Leftover plate are all over tables an no one is cleaning

More chicken related foods. Have more spaces to dining. Have two floors. Choose for couple, groups or family etc.

Tried a chicken submarine and it was the worst. Chicken piece and bun was soggy. Looked and tasted like they made it ages ago. Some staff at counters has a very bad attitude. Only good things at kfc are chicken bucket, winglets and spicey rice.

Takes a long time to clean the tables. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Food is aight but the service u can never order from a call these employees never answer not even the hotline the website says everything is unavailable

Amazing food! And there is enough space for parking too. A good place for family members to dine in and kids love it as they can play in their kids area.

Went there on a Sunday Evening, place was buzzing with people. There were queues to order at every checkout. Upstairs dining area was also filled and some tables werent cleaned there were left over food everywhere. We had to clean ourselves since no staff was available.Our order also took more than half and hour, food was mostly meh.. we ordered the family combo and they were out of hot wings so it got replaced by some sort of nugget with potato and cheese which is not tasty at all.

I enjoyed my last meal before flight here its very near to Colombo airport. service is fast but their staff is not very professional they forget to give us ketchup and didnt give straws aswell. Other than fast service they should put little effort on branch cleaning aswell.

Poor customer service, they didnt clean tables. When we request to clean they are looking like disgusting . Very small submarine for huge price. Only have small cheken and poor cheese slice. The most hated place to get meal.

Had Really Bad Experience With The Staff. When I Wanted To Change A Type Of My Burger While My Order Hasn’t Been Processed. Staff Was Really Giving Me A Hard Time When They Could’ve Easily Changed It. After A Lengthy Conversation They Agree To Change It.

This Fast foods outlets situated Chilaw-Colombo main Road (Opposite Side of Mari stellar College You Can get Delicious chicken based meals with reasonable Price. Internally in build large kids play area also available for those who are looking to have everything at under one roof.

Low crowded and following the covid-19 guidelines. Good place for evening visits with the family. Kids play area also available. Talking about the foods they are very good actually. Staff also much friendly

Really not that much of worth for the expent money.. the chicken mixing is not that much of good & tasty. Road side lower cost foods are better than this . We always seeking for brands. Thats why this kind of foods are still alive. Anyhow family members were happy to have KFC & it does. Thats fine

It is fast food and they dont have a chips. Also no have a Twister... many thinks, which they should have, because it is on the board it is missing.... :/ 🤔 better to go different place, also the tables not clean!!! Nobody was here and we waiting 30 minutes for one burger :D

We ordered offer package of 10 pieces. Staff promote their business and convince customers to buy more products apart from offer. Bathroom is not clean and not maintained regularly. Taste is good and fresh.

During a time when we have to be cautious on not getting contaminated.. staff here doesnt wear the mask properly nor gloves when they serve food.. they can be working the whole and can be exhausted. Doesnt mean they can manipulate safety concerns. Because end of the day we pay for the food.

Overall a good place. Good food.Food potions are kinda small.But washrooms are really bad. It was smelly.They need to focus on hygiene and cleanliness.

Bad service.. Not friendly staff. And they left other customers food on table for a long time. There are 4 counters but usually one counter used to get orders. Anyway food is in best quality.

After a long time I came back and I must say the food quality has improved and service and people too.Thank you and I’ll be back! ;)

You can find KFC any place in the world and we are happy that we have tasted KFC in Sri Lanka. The chicken is serve with biryani rice and its not the usual gravy that they serve. Value of food is the same, not too expensive thats why a lot of families come to dine here. Location is very accessable to public transportation and theres enough parking space.

Just the same food as every KFC. The place is spacious and can even support a party. The rates are pretty high and the waiting times usually take long. Most of the times you have to wait in line for longer since theres no cashier present in every counter. Has a cool kids play area.

The first time visit experience is quite good actually. Very spacious, doesn’t seem to be overcrowded. Has a kids play area, good for a family time. The food was okay, the drumlets were a tad spicy (the batter was not on spot for some reason). The top floor could have its own serving area, would be much better. You have to order and take your food yourself to upstairs, guess what would happen if you happen to just slip or something. Will visit another time for a closer look. Oh! People look out for the good deals and offers, save a few bucks
