Rudeness, arrogance etc. Manager is friendly compared to other staff.

Food is good and cant complain, but the only problem is basically ever time i order they either dont have some of the things i order or order is wrong when opening it.Staff helps but there is no friendliness, you get the feeling you are bothering them by being there.

Pap is cooked proper here eastern Cape can learn a thing or 2

Kfc is Kfc, not true some stand out like Musina KFC, there staff is frwndly and witty, you always recieve Your order witha smile and that makes the difference!

It was bad the food here is not the same as in joburg and klerksdorp

It was busy, l should think it is because its along N1. We didnt use drive-through because we wanted to check out the menu first. Customers may prefer to use drive through. I felt sorry for the woman on the till - she had a lot of tasks. I often think of till operators as receptionists: welcoming visitors and asking how they can be of assistance. When we arrived she was serving drive thru clients and attended us after sometime. Increase of staff needed. Overall it was 👌.

Received the worst service ever. Ordered and paid online only to wait for 45 minutes while they were still arguing that there was no order made.

Musina drive through: Please stop forgetting! About more than half the time I bought food here, there is an item missing. Especially cool drink and coleslaw. KFC cooks great recipes but the fact that you sometimes pay for items which was on the slip but not seen in the take away bag is a horrible thing. Please sort it out

They always serve me quick cappuccino and breakfast snack on my way to work...

Theres a very terrible smell🤮🤮 that turned me up from eating inside, first experienced this in December 2021, and this year in February 2022 still the same, but otherwise good service.

Drive thru was extremely busy and slow. Parking for walk ins is limited. Walk in service fast end efficient

Terrible attitude by front office staff. No friendly greetings or them trying to make you feel at home however service was fast as store was empty. Good appearance and neat too

The fact that you have to ask for items on the menu to be made is unprofessional, calling management late at night because apparently stock isnt available is ridiculous... I recommend making sure what you have ordered is in the bag before leaving never the less the quality of the product... Timing is not a concern, quality is out of the question and respect of the brand is undermined. This is the worst KFC in SA I have ever come across..

The staff are very friendly and welcoming, not to mention the food, well prepared and delicious

The service is average..picking online orders through drive through is hassle we sometimes have to pay and wait by the parking..the problem is with the order confirmation it gets confirmed when you pay and then order is placed after you paid next window is collection and didnt have enough time to prepare the order..you get sent to the parking.

No assistance when go into KFC, stand for 10 min. KFC personnel pass me several times without even trying to take my order, only assisting drive through customers. I walked out without being served, hunger and angry.

I have never in my life seen such a slow kfc service they didn’t even talk to us while we were the only 1 in the store no 1 even greeted us.

Efficient service, you normally dont spend more than 2 minutes at their drive through.

They didnt have a working speed point, I was only told half way in the drive thru so I had to go withdraw in the garage close by and walk into the shop to pay....defeats the whole purpose of a drive thru

Depending on shifts they are very rude and never knew one can ruin a given recipe because wow it sometimes doesnt have taste at all... Recently i got into an argument with one staff who insisted that my order was to order and things were missing like it took at least 10min then she was like oh sorry yes i see what u mean" not even an apology

Conveniently situated next to Elegant Fuel along the N1 road, but can get busy after 5pm, especially on weekends.

Terrible....they put the drive through customers 1st before us who are inside. Waited for my order for 30 minutes just for streetwise 2

No cups for coffee...breakfasts on menu not available...Nothing on menu available! Rude staff...Seems its too much work to put smiles on their faces for customers but having a lovely time chatting to each other. Will rather NEVER eat Kfc again than going back...
